A perfect 1-week stay

The hosts were both lovely, very friendly, and made me feel very welcome in their guest house! Breakfast was great. The room was small but had everything and was perfectly comfortable. Would recommend for a warm & welcoming stay in Keswick!

Location

Being blamed for a toilet that didn’t work and apparently flooding the floor, a letter telling what I did left in my room, the attitude of the hosts, we left after 1 night even though I paid for 2 nights, I won’t my money back

Great hosts, beds and breakfast! What an amazing view. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in Room 8 which was on the top floor of the property and had an amazing view over the mountains. The best I have ever seen! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating making for a great stay from start to finish. Room was lovely, clean and tidy with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Parking on site was a real bonus and much appreciated, but there is also good street parking right next door to the B&B. Great breakfasts and hosts offered a takeaway bacon sandwich for one of our party that was doing the Parkrun on the Saturday morning. I would thoroughly recommend this place and I'll certainly be back.

The guest house was very clean breakfast was nice just 2 mins from town centre cleaned room every day also gave more tea coffe ect

The family that run b& b are very nice always asking how uour day went took time to have a chat with you wen u came in or out and at breakfast great b&b

WONT EVER STAY AGAIN ...Lived and stay in Keswick all year round but not here

Nothing went well

Stuck in the past but not in a good way ...Wi -fi not working " just give it a shake " sorry ...get real ...Despite saying breakfast was from 7-50 I was told and looked at and served in a miserable cold way ...NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

Fabulous two days

Lovely Bed and Breakfast in great central location. Breakfast was delicious and the owners could not have been more welcoming and friendly . Will definitely return when we are in Keswick .

Great location, 2 minutes walk to centre of Keswick. Ideally located for walks, leisure activities, food and drink outlets. Has free off road parking. Friendly owners. Great breakfasts. Excellent value. Room was great, best view possible.

There was nothing really to not like. The ensuite was a bit of a squeeze but was fine.

Lincoln House 🏠

The room. The view (room 7). The house itself has lots of original features and it's an impressive looking property. The breakfast was lovely and all locally produced, but not the best ive ever had. (see below) The place was mostly clean. The staff were friendly but not overbearing which is great. The owners have put a lot of effort and love into Lincoln House and hopefully they can keep this going.

The mattress was too hard for me. The hairdryer broke. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul (room 7) however it was clean and serviceable. Bacon was too salty for my liking (locally produced) the toast needs to be done longer and no offer of a choice of different eggs eg: scrambled poached, however the fried eggs were cooked beautifully. There are lots of steps and on a steep street so no good for those who have difficulties with walking, but fantastic for those who have no difficulties/drive (small area to park cars) - the views are incredible 👏

Perfect location in a perfect town. But the room was small.

A perfect location almost in the centre Keswick. To have that location and free reserved parking was brilliant. Breakfast was good (if a little early for a weekend - 8-8.30). The hosts were warm and friendly. The view of the mountains from the bedroom window was great.

The room was very small for a double (Room 3). The bed had to be crammed into a corner of the room right against the walls because there was nowhere else it would have fitted - which meant a bit of a clamber over my partner to get out. We saw other rooms in the house that looked a good deal bigger. Next time!

I enjoyed my stay at Lincoln Guest House and it was very convenient for the Keswick Convention

They provided a good gluten free cooked breakfast and porridge on request. Portions were generous.

Bed was rather hard.

Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and care.

I enjoyed the friendly service. very clean facilities and good promptly served breakfast. The room was quiet, the TV worked without any problems and there was a fine view of Skiddaw.

Lovely + good location guest house in Keswick

Lovely couple looking after the guest house, the room was inclusive of an English breakfast. During my first breakfast, the host found out I was veggie and very accommodating, they bought some veggie alternatives for the next breakfast! Good room, views of the Lake District mountains from where we were which was a lovely plus upon waking up early!

The price of the room was a bit high to our liking, felt more like a hotel price room than a B&B/guest house room price
