Hotel excelente en Valladolid

Hotel muy bien situado en la plaza en pleno centro de Valladolid. Muy bien equipado, piscina y jacuzzi. Restaurante en el mismo hotel excelente

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel et dans un cadre idyllique.

Excellent séjour et incroyable expérience vécue dans cet hôtel. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement bien accueillis dans cette Hacienda que nous n'avions pas l'impression d'être dans un hôtel mais chez l'habitant tout en profitant d'un cadre très sécurisant (parking intérieur avec gardiens, ...) L'emplacement est époustouflant, donnant directement sur la place principale de Valladolid avec vue sur la cathédrale depuis le super Rooftop. Rien à redire sur la qualité des petits déjeuners et repas servis dans la cour intérieure, encore une fois magnifique.

Rien à redire, à part une gentille famille de pigeons qui a choisi de faire son nid contre notre chambre. Un peu dérangé pendant la nuit. Mais le personnel a réglé le "problème" très rapidement.

Excellent stay in the best area of Valladolid!

- Excellent location, right on the main square of the city - Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us on various topics (e.g. booking a tour) - Good food at the restaurant - Very beautiful colonial-style hotel - Clean and relatively spacious rooms

Overall, no major negative comment. Only be aware that the "rooftop" is actually a restaurant where you need to eat to access it (i.e. it cannot be accessed freely and/or just to have a drink).

Excellent emplacement en plein centre de Valladolid. Belle chambre avec balcon. Personnel agréable

Petit-déjeuner tôt (dès 7h) mais service trop lent pour atteindre Chichen Itzá à l’ouverture.

L emplacement, la décoration , les équipements … La taille de la chambre pour 3 adultes Le petit déjeuner était de loin le meilleur de tous les hôtels qu on a fait dans le Yucatan

The best of Valladolid

De locatie in het centrum van Valladolid met prachtig zwembad openlucht Mexicaans restaurant op begane grond en terras restaurant op 2e verdieping met uitzicht op 's avonds verlichte kathedraal

Parkeerplaats was niet eenvoudig te vinden. Bevindt zich aan achterzijde van het hotel. Door één richtingsstraten paar rondjes mogen maken.

Voor 2 nachten is dit een fijn verblijf in het centrum van vallodolid . Stad is niet zo groot. Had er meer van voorgeste

Centraal gelegen en veel sfeer.

Om 7 uur begon het standaard deuntje van de reclame op tv buiten die je in je kamer duidelijk hoorde. Heel irritant !

I wished in lived at Meson de Marques and would return again and again.

The Meson de Marques is beautiful architecturally. It’s an old estate with modern touches. The dining area is set around a gorgeous garden with plants and a huge tree in the middle with wonderful lightening. The owner has put in a relatively new roof top bar/ restaurant.

I loved it all.

Sehr antikes, schönes Hotel mitten in Valladolid. Frühstück war á la carte und sehr lecker.

El hotel con la mejor ubicación y cómida..

Excelente ubicación.. queda en todo el centro de Valladolid.. El hotel es hermoso y la cómida es demasía rica y abundante... muy limpio.

No había nevera en la habitación y el Aire sonaba durisimo.. un poco viejo el Aire.

The perfect stay at the perfect hotel in Valladolid. Will come back

The beautifully maintained historically building is located in the heart of quaint Valldolid. I could not ask for more. The food was perfect on the perfect location, that courtyard is gorgeous. The staff was always super nice and friendly. They promptly responded to all our questions with the right and useful information. Our room was just beautiful with an nice view to the pool and gardens.

I can't say I disliked anything about the hotel.

Clean. Location. Staff.

Very low water pressure. Almost no hot water. Does not last for even one short shower. Passages between two buildings are blocked off by fence. Strange.

lovely stay

The hotel was in an excellent location and had everything you could wish for. Pool, excellent breakfast of a morning, incredible staff. The building itself is really beautiful too.

Our room was located close to the rooftop bar so that was really noisy. I would request a room away from that if I stayed again. Also there was no fridge in the room, however we were able to request a bucket of ice

Convenient, comfortable, and beautiful

Hotel Meson del Marques was in a great location very close to the center of Valladolid. It was set up with rooms around the central pool and parking, which made it feel very safe and private. The restaurant was very good, and the complimentary breakfast included in our stay was incredible. The room was fairly standard. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and welcoming, including in the restaurant.

The room itself was fairly standard, although the toilet didn’t always flush on the first try.

Hotel in desperate need of a facelift.

The location is great and the rooftop restaurant Don Diablo is a big plus for a nice dinner. And the main restaurant served a nice breakfast.

I stayed in a junior suite and it wasn’t even remotely close to been worth the price.

One of the worse hotels during our trip through Mexico!

Very good location, right in front of the main square.

Rooms were not ready when we got there at 3.30pm. We were told to wait at least until 5pm. No excuses from the staff. Then we got to the pool (one of the main resaons we booked this hotel) and the pool was closed because of problems with the water. They were able to fix it within a day and luckily there was a jacuzzi. But still no excuses from the hotel or anything offered in compensation. The most annoying aspect of the stay was the noise during the night. A huge construction site right next to the hotel and hammering all night. Plus, the bathrooms were old and strange smells and noises came out of the plumbing pipes. Brrakfast was very intermediate. So overall, not a good experience at all.

It was a great stay in the heart of Valladolid

Despite that we experienced a very unpleasant sleepless night due to drilling outside from 2am till 4am, I’d give this hotel a high rating. The staff and the owner himself have done everything to help us. They were kind and have allocated us to a better room with proper double glazed windows. I noticed that all staff was really well trained in customer service - this is a massive achievement of the owner - to reach this quality customer service in Mexico, you don’t get it ofter here. Big respect and well done to the owner.

I’d say that restaurant staff needs more training and improvement in customer service. They charge top rates, but are a bit impolite. Hotel staff work more smoothly and create better relationships with clients.

If you're picky, pick here!

We loved everything about this hotel & we'll definitely stay here again!! Very elegant. They were very friendly at check-in. The location was perfect. The main square is right outside the front door. The room was updated, very clean and comfy. We were able to park our car in their lot. We walked everywhere. The free breakfast was delicious!

All and all is was a great a hotel! The part of the building we stayed in did not have an elevator. For us, it was fine. Steps may be too much for some. They carried our luggage up. I'm sure if we asked, they would have carried it down.
