De lo mejor por la zona y con buenas instalaciones

La ubicación es buena

El personal es distraído. No le sacan todo el provecho al lugar. Por ejemplo tienen una palapa a un costado de la alberca principal. No hay barman y nadie te ofrece una bebida.

La ubicación, la vista, vegetación instalaciones la limpieza de la alberca y la playa La atención y amabilidad de los meseros, recepción, servicio a cuartos servicio de bar de alberca y playa son excelentes

Los controles del clima y TV fallaban El WC es modelo antiguo se tapa siempre y se consume mucha agua tres tiros de agua para una descarga El bufete del desayuno no es nada bueno les falta mucho sazón, variedad y cantidad Sería bueno incluyeran un comal para ofrecer omeletes y antojitos

A hidden treasure. Amazing place to have a relaxing time.

Th scenery is quiet and breathtaking. The suite was great and very clean, I specially loved the perfume they use after cleaning the rooms. The jacuzzi was amazing, as it had a gorgeous view to the ocean. Food at the palapa was nice, staff attention was excellent. There are several activities, including turtle release, and cocodrile watching. This hotel make a great conservation effort, which add points to the experience.

The pool has no heating system. While this may not be necessary during summer months, autumn and winter tend to be chilly.

good to rest but need some improvement

the view, beach, pool and environment is amazing

There is no phone in the room so if you need anything you must walk to the reception. in a emergency case this is something to worry a lot. there is no elevator and must to go up 4 floor on stairs with my mother-in-law that has more than 70 years. internet is not available on the rooms. restaurant close to early at 8 pm. rooms decoration are a little bit old although very well maintained

A lovely place for a retreat at the beach

I loved the breakfast, the bedroom, the view and the animals around

A larger options of food and to give tips in the card. I did not like that the waiters were pushy for a tip in cash because we had almost no cash with us all the time and it was annoying to have to think about that.

Very good

Great location - the hotel is right on the beach and in the middle of the jungle, with lots of birds and animals wandering around the territory. There is even a crocodile farm - our kids were very excited. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The restaurant has rather a varied menu and the seafood is fresh and tasty. The swimming-pools are nicely designed and regularly cleaned - we really enjoyed swimming there.

The buildings themselves, inside and out, are old, even though the inside has been repainted and they try their best to keep it clean. Yet it looks, feels and smells old. Some things are missing or semi-ruined (e.g. locks on the balconies). Another thing I wish I had had was wifi in the rooms: when booking I noticed a rather high rating, so assumed the Internet was OK at the hotel, but it turned out only the reception area had wifi, so I could not work the way I expected.
