This was a cosy and authentic, old-fashioned hotel full of books! We have really loved the vibe of our room and the whole hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful people and the breakfast they provide was abundant and delicious. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet, it's a tiny village with lots of beautiful trees, birds and nature around. Would love to come back one day and stay a bit longer. This place is perfect for some quiet time.
Nothing.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, very welcoming owner.
The room was a bit „stuffy“ and the shared bathrooms slightly run down.

Nice to be able to bring our dog. He was even welcome at breakfast. The effort of making each room special with a book or author theme was fun and appreciated. Comfortable beds.
It felt a bit like an institution or home for the elderly since it hadn’t been renovated for years and probably functioned as such earlier. So many knick knacks and old flea market finds in the room that it was difficult to fit our bags and personal things. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Everything about this place was nice . Location, Facilities, Cleanliness. The rooms are furnished really cute. It’s pet friendly as well.
The owners are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but really good. She had recommended places to go nearby and a super cute cafe. I highly recommend staying here.

The host was friendly and waited longer for us for the check-in than guaranteed on the booking listing - that was kind! The location is convenient if you have to catch the ferry by car the next morning.
- uncomfortable beds,
- rooms not in a very good condition
- cold
- breakfast bad and had to be taken out of the fridge by ourselves - a bit confusing what was meant for the guests as well
- the boiled eggs were practically raw

The B&B has a good location - close to the beaches, to the main sights in the surrounding and to Ystad (incl. the ferry). It was a very warm welcome. The family room offered sufficient space for two kids and two adults. Great breakfast was included. There is even a guest kitchen which one can use to make a small dinner. All in all a nice experience and we will come back.

Great place with everything you need: the kitchen that you share with the other guests is fully equipped, the rooms are lovely and the beds comfortable, breakfast is great too (good coffee!), and the garden has chairs and small tables outside for guests to use, and free parking in front of the property. WC is is the rooms, and showers are shared (but didn't have to wait to use them, as the ratio showers/guests was really OK). The host was really lovely and recommended a fantastic beach in the area.
Nothing to complain about.

The biggest plus is by all means the family-like atmosphere. A gorgeous breakfast, served in a cosy room by the nicest Swedish gentleman, will make you want stay much longer.

This place is very different from most others. It used to be a retirement home managed by the local autorities. When sold, it was turned into this place so you can very much still feel the atmosphere and smell of a retirement home. But if that does not bother you, fine. The rooms were ok with toilet in every room but a common shower which was surprisingly clean. The upside with this place was the staff that were really pleasant and eager to help you with every little thing. This place is also situated in the heart of Österlen so if you are planning to visit many of the extraordinary places in Österlen, this is a very good place to have as your base.
The wifi did not work in our room since it was situated farthest away from the router and with no repeaters in place. So this probably applies to more than one room so be sure to bring your own internet connection. However, the house had many common areas where you could sit, and where the wifi did work.

Excellent serice, even though one of the staff was unexpectedly off duty, the one remaning did a quite remarkable job.
We got what we expextd, and needed.
Good parking facility and a very family like atmosphere.
Toilets were in the room and a spacious showers in the hallway, clearly described by booking and nice facilities.
One slight disadvantage was a bit soft beds with only one pillow, as we both are tall and a bit heavy..
The Place was not easily located at google maps, a sign at the other end of the village (by the Thai Place) would be helpful.
