Tiny bathroom, no breakfast facilities and if there was we were not told times etc. The front room where we signed in for our stay was like a junk room, no proper reception, we had to stay as there was no where else available. We did try.

Location is close to public transportation (bus), making it easy to explore the city. Owner very helpful and responsive with communicating

Had bug bites after both nights sleeping there. rooms were smaller than implied in advertising. No elevator/lift available- difficult if you have large/multiple suitcases

It was a bit old and some objects at the house with some wear and tear but very good for Belfast town centre

Great location, accommodation very clean, comfortable beds-room too small for double & single beds

No breakfast, cafe around the corner

The room was incredibly small, no bedside tables, nowhere to put suitcases both our small suitcases only just opened at the door, no floor space!

Friendly owner providing lots of information Close to bus stop (and only 15-20 minutes walk from Belfast bus terminal) Convenient location for those interested in seeing Falls Road murals Good value for money

Great value if you need a place to crash for the night but I’d hesitate to recommend longer stays.

The owner was very sweet and kind. He was very thorough in orienting me to the space. The Wi-Fi was good as well.

There was no soap or any other toiletries in the bathroom!

Value for money, it was beyond my expectations

Kevin a great and intelligent man. Gave me the best hospitality ever. Whenever I come to Belfast again, I am definitely going to stay more the one night. 🙂👍

Owner eager to point out any directions and local services.

Very noisy road. Shower did not work owner knew it was defunct suggested if it was hit it would work, it didn't . Also bathroom while ok was not very clean and no hand soap. Confusing as stated in your ad that breakfast included then when got invoice no meals included.
