Not cleaned up as needed and not good value for money.

Not cleaned and heating not good. Beds weren’t arranged.

Love the stay and experience for sure!

Everything, it’s clean, safe, and conveniently located, and the stunning view!!! Love it and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

It got the wooden floorboards, so it’s a bit loud walking on it… and not sure if it’s a thing to complain but there are more and more family with kids in YHA nowadays?!

There was no AC in the room and the window was jammed so not open it since it was very hot, it got stuffy

Lovely place with terrific views

Room with ensuite had a stunning view. Liked the decent communal kitchen. The dining rooms and sitting rooms had a lovely ambience. The fire was a nice touch.

My daughter and I loved playing table tennis. It was great having a fridge, all the crockery/ cutlery you need. Fabulous location and nice and clean.

There was a female staff/cleaner member that was very rude- non verbally but she made it clear she didn't like my daughter or me.

Central, Safe, Comfy and Welcoming.

The hostel itself was beautiful!! Had lovely views out to Horseshoe Bay. The kitchen is huge, and so modern, with all that you need. Bonus points for their efforts on recycling!! Staff are very friendly, including the mini-helper on reception :-). Our room was spotless, with a sea view that topped it all off. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
