Preciosa casa, en un pueblo súper bonito

Il posto a due passi dal centro di Santo Stefano. La grandezza dell'alloggio ed i servizi. L'accoglienza della proprietaria.

Home made breakfast was yummy. Felt like a home. It was actually nice to be outside the village.

This was a great place to stay. It was closer to the national parks and not too far from St. Moritz. The hosts were friendly and kind.

The personal check in with excellent local information. The suite was high quality. The food from Hectore’s farm was a nice touch.

We were first time in San Stefano and surprised with the beauty of the village. Ettore gave us hints for the trip. We had interesting conversation. Apartment was very clean, nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent. We loved home made yoghurt.

The apartments are in an old farm that has been completely renovated, but the spirit of the old times has been retained during the renovation. Great location for those who want to visit the Grand Sasso Park and climb the Corno Grande. It is a 20-minute drive from Campo Imperatore

Great location just outside Santo Stefano old town (very easy walking distance) and near some lovely walks and drives in the mountains. Our little apartment was very clean, very nicely decorated (love the swan towels!!) and had everything you'd need. Bed was v comfy, bathroom looked like it had been recently re-done - and the shower was really good. Breakfast was provided in the apartment every day (left the day before by the hosts), and was delicious - homemade cake, jam, bread, yoghurt, etc. Hosts were lovely and the whole atmosphere was very friendly.

This property has a unique location just at a stone's throw from the historical center of the charming village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. It was a very easy task to find the spot upon our arrival. The communication with the owners was really smooth and easy. They could also speak with us in English, which was a nice surprise in that quite remote location in Italy. In addition, there were provided fresh supplies for breakfast daily (home-made pastry, bread, yogurt, fruits, ...) at a sufficient amount for the whole group (4 people). Our apartment was in an awesome-looking stone building, yet with all the normally expected facilities and equipment.
It is nearly impossible to pick up any specific thing which could be improved in order to make the stay even better. Perhaps the shower corner could be slightly more spacious. But otherwise, we didn't come across any issues. Let's hope that the owners will keep up the current level of their services and overall impression also for the future.

The room was amazing. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The woman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. First she got us a shot of very delicious limoncello and then a tour to our room. Amazing stay. Grazie mille.

Beautiful location, very spacious apartment. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Easy to find and so close to the town. Underfloor heating kept the apartment cosy.
The pillows were a bit thin, could have done with 2 each.
