Mõnus hubane kesklinna hotell, kus igal ajal hea ööbida.

Asukoht Viljandi kesklinnas väga hea. Viisakad ja vastutulelikud teenindajad. Stiilne sisustus nii toas kui igal pool mujal hotellis. Väga hea lai voodi ja mõnusad pehmed padjad. Tuba oli välisest mürast hästi isoleeritud, mis samuti oluline. Hommikusöögi toiduvalikuga olime igati rahul, kus erinevad maitsed leiavad kindlasti rahuldamist. Vannituba piisava suurusega ning kõik vajalikud tarvikud olid kenasti hotelli poolt antud.

Vannitoa statsionaarne föön oli rikkis, seda võiks aeg ajalt kontrollida, et seadmed töötaksid. Võiks olla administraatoritel mõni käsiföön ka eraldi pakkuda. Küll oli hotelli personal abivalmis ja anti samal korrusel olevas toas, kus föön töökorras, oma toimetused kenasti ära teha. Kõik laabus lõpuks suurepäraselt.

Hea asukoht linnas sees, hea hommikusöök

Ventilatsiooni kaudu levivad hääled andsid väga hea ülevaate ülal/allpool asuvas hotellitoas toimuvast. Kuid mul on hea meel naise üle, kelle naudingu- ja rõõmushõisked äratasid nii öötundidel kui varahommikul. :)

Exceptional

Room was large, clean and fresh, breakfast was good and the location was excellent. It is an inviting hotel with great atmosphere and lovely staff.

This hotel is advertised as having a spa with saunas and a Jacuzzi for the guests to use but upon arrival we where told the spa is only open on the weekends. Nowhere in the description does it state that the spa is only open on the weekends.

Great place !

Great place. Staff was really positive. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was amazing. One of the best coffee i've had. Place is really close to multiple tourist attractions.

Party hotel

The breakfast was tasty and enough food until the end at 11.00. Room we had was spacious and the location is 10/10 Parking is free in front of the hotel Great pick if you are planning to go to the night club next door and party until morning.

There is a night club in the next building. I happen to know that the party was still strong with bass resonating through our room, pillows and the building at 4 in the morning. If you value sleep, ask for a room on the opposite side of the building. I am not 100% sure if that actually would help because our room was not the closest to the party building either.

Viljandi is a great little city to visit, and I'm glad I chose the Grand Hotel for my stay.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and all spoke excellent English. I booked a single room but it was spacious, with a comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space and an opening window. Loved the bathroom - big shower with ample hot water and good water pressure, and plenty of counter space for toiletries. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner, soap and a shower cap were supplied. There was also a TV and mini bar but I didn't use either. The area was quiet and the hotel close to a bus stop to/from the train station. The coach station and shopping centre was only 15 minutes walk also, and many sights and restaurants/cafes easily reached on foot. As a solo female traveller who went out to an evening event while in town and returned late on foot, I found both the hotel and the area in general felt very safe. The inclusive breakfast buffet was extremely good and had plenty of choice.

The only minor thing i could mention is that being able to make hot drinks in the room would have been nice.

Disappointed

Customer/s next door has been partying with group and as of 1:40 still playing music. Called front desk and all they said was ‘call the police.’ If this is the law then they could have at least explained that. Last night here and I need to travel tomorrow.

Outstanding Hotel.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Fitness center and spa. Hotel is lovely. Great value for money

The only small issue was the universal weight machine in the fitness center was not working due to a missing cable. But they have free weights and the treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, bike worked great.
