Great location for walking downtown, being in a quiet space, and distance from the bus station. Hostess was amazing and answered every question we had. Gave great advice on how to go different places with a smaller budget that made our stay mich better than it would've been otherwise.
Kitchen and eating area were small but very nice and was all you needed for a few days.
Had a wonderful stay and would recommend even for slightly longer stays (we wish we could've stayed a few extra days!)

The location is good, a short 5 minute walk from the main street.
The room wasn't fancy or very decorated but comfortable and equipped.
Paola was wonderful! very helpful and kind. attentive to every need and she is truly what makes this choice of apartment good.

the host was very nice, and tobi, an adorable dog, welcomed us.
the room was warm, clean, and had good facilities.
the hot water comes out, but it takes a while.

location and facilities
staff was rude and confusing by saying I could pay before I checked out and then rudely threatening asking to pay multiple days before I had to check out.

Good location - close to the bus station, and a short walk to downtown. Cozy space that was clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. Good Wifi for Calafate. Check in and check out was smooth, and they were helpful answering our questions! FYI there was a dog (very friendly) on the grounds but there are also a lot of stray dogs around in Calafate in general...

Loved the host, Paola. She helped us straighten out our tour pick ups immediately. She also arranged a local taxi on our departure. There was a simple, but thoughtful breakfast, included. She was the ONLY one of our apartment stay hosts to provide us with a breakfast and maid service. What a superb and wonderful host. Loved the location with several restaurants within an easy 10 minute (or less) walk. We weren’t used to lighting a kitchen stove with a match, but we just put the burner on LOW and that made it easy for us to do this. Our simple breakfast was a loaf of bread, some packages of local goodies, orange juice, tea, coffee, jams, etc. It worked for us. Loved having Toby, our watch dog, around. He is an older dog with a sweet disposition. We had 10-12 hosts and she was our favorite to date.
It is a very simple cottage. If you come knowing this, you will love it. If you like modern amenities, this may not be right for you. We liked the charm and the location.

Location is perfect, beside downtown but not so crowded as downtown. Paola is an excellent hostess, she helps with anything you need. The idea to have bread, jelly, butter, fruit salad, alfajores, tea, and coffee inside your room with all the necessary things to cook it's simply great! You can take your breakfast whenever you want, even a tea in the middle of the afternoon. Wi-Fi is very fast and TV channels are great.
Nothing. Everything was great.
