Neat and clean with good restaurant

Neat and clean rooms with a beautiful restaurant, obviously with good food. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city and is easily accessible. Overall me and my family are very happy

Nothing much. But, the customer service is a bit too much, as at times seems annoying

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city due to which it is accessible from all locations.

1.No rug and foot mat in room. 2.Provided water bottle of only 500ml per person as complimentary which is very less.It is recommended that it should be atleast 1litre per person provided.

The facilities rendered were appreciated. Very good restaurants and the behaviour of staff was also cordial.

Overall great experience.

The parking area is small if there is any party then it would difficult to get parked your vehicle. The room and especially the bathroom size is a little small

Pristine pool. Great breakfast buffet. Professional staff. Walking distance to palace and market.

Terrible wi-fi!!! Very slow when it worked at all- we kept on getting disconnected. A little odd to have to walk straight through the restaurant to get the pool, but once up there it was great.

We enjoyed Mysore city!

The breakfast was extensive and served hot/fresh. The hotel was very centrally located. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The windows of the room opened out to a not-too-good sight. The size of the room was smaller than expected.

the rooms and the hotel overall was clean.

I’m a non veg and the breakfast varieties were not of my type. so for a non veg be prepared for the South Indian veg food only!! they say non veg food available is only eggs!!

One of the best places to stay in Mysore

We were upgraded to a large suite room on the third floor without extra cost. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The gym is also very good. There are two restaurant options in the hotel building and the fourth floor restaurant has very tasty food and a good breakfast buffet. Staff were amazingly helpful and efficient. Location is also great.

I wish the gym timings were till 1130 pm. No one asked me to leave the gym at 930 pm but I left of my own accord.

Room was good and clean and the hotel is well located.

The hotel has 2 famous restaurants in Mysore. The consequence of this, is that you can see visitors all the time everywhere. It gets a bit crowded with a lot of external movement. The swimming pool is after the roof top restaurant, which means you can see the noise of the restaurant and you have those external visitors going there to see the pool all the time.
