ロケーション最高でした
朝食もおいしかったです。

View from balcony very beautiful and room was very big
Breakfast and dinner very expensive
To swim from 9 am to 6 pm - I wish to swim any time I want

the room was so spacious and the view was nice the beach was beautiful and very intimate
the furnitures were so dated, the breakfast was ok, i wish there’s more western options.

Nothing
Room was old and kind of moldy. Big balcony but no furniture to sit on, or even a table. Shower was old and the kitchenette was laughably decrepit. Miles away from anything except the bus stop, but the restaurant is really expensive. Bath and gym both closed, no reason or alternatives given.
Oh and you had to stop swimming at 18h00 for no reason.

Old and stinks
Location , rooms , facilities everything looks and smells old

The rooms are large and well equipped with all you need. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is nice but due to the typhoon Kanun we were not able to use it at all.
The hotel facility is outdated. The choice for breakfast and dinner was rather limited. The communication with the hotel staff in English was rather difficult.

Nothing
Old and aged, staff couldn’t speak and understand English. Car park was not available and had to park a distance away

Incredible view, spacious room, great shower pressure.
First room smelt (to me) heavily of mould, didn’t smell right at all, it baffles me as to why it hasn’t been addressed. Second room had a faulty auto close front door (ie it didn’t close when expected) which both myself and the staff encountered.

The view is perfect
The decoration inside the room is a bit old-fashioned

rooms were very clean and neat.

Okinawa was really nice. Tasty breakfast, big rooms. Bus station next to the hotel.
Well the location is not the best.

The rooms were big, always kept clean, the bed were comfortable, we asked for an extra pillow at reception, which they were happy to help and a nice view of the beach from the balcony.
The water activities were easy to request.
The breakfast bar had a lot of selection, the dinner buffet bar was also good.
The bathroom and carpet could do with updating but it’s only cosmetic, both were kept very clean. I wish there was some chairs and a table on the big balcony

-very nice, lots of room! was a little confused about how to turn on the lights and ac, but you activate them by putting the key in the wall I think the instructions say that but I can’t read Japanese very well.
-the view was absolutely breath taking, the little patio outside my room was perfect for looking at the ocean.
-there was also a personal beach I had access to, I didn’t go but it was lovely to see the sand area clean and the water net up.
-the staff was very friendly and respectful. when I called confused about the lights, the associate was polite, friendly, and showed up quickly to help me.
-vending machine for drinks on the second floor I think came in handy. I didn’t have time for food so I was thankful for it. google maps said there was a restaurant across the street for those who are hungry but I didn’t have time.
-the room was very clean, bed was tidy and comfortable, I bring my own sheets but when I looked around and under the bed I didn’t see any scary stuff like bugs or dirt.
-front desk receptionist were very friendly and even though I knew limited Japanese, they were eager to help and brought out a translator speaking device so we could understand each other!
they also gave me a little map so I could find my room and such.
the facet for the hot and cold water wouldn’t budge for any cold so I took a really really hot shower. it hurt, but I’m not burned in anyway, couldn’t stand under the water though. I enjoy hot showers but that was even a bit too much for me.
parking was a bit confusing and limited. I didn’t know if parking across the street was for the hotel or for the nature park, I could not tell. ended up walking a bit to get back to the hotel after I finished my job while wearing heels in the dark.

Location was great in terms of view, and a nearby path along the coast.
I wish some more of the facilities were open. Still closed due to season or pandemic

The veiw from room was beautiful and relaxing! The location was awesome! Hotel had alcoholic beverage vending machine.
The new building was not connected to the old main building so having to walk around the outside to check in/out was a little inconvenient.. The dinner buffet had a variety of food but it was just ok.

Very take care the guest

The breakfast was extensive and generally well done. It contained a wide array of western breakfast foods (yogurt, cereal, pancakes, croissants, toast), western lunch foods (spaghetti, salad), a bunch of Japanese breakfast foods, drinks, etc. There were dozens of different food options from tofu burgers to fresh fruit to soup. The views from the hotel were breathtaking.
The rooms felt a little bit dated, but honestly for the price were completely fine. Everything worked, the staff was wonderful. COVID had resulted in a lot of things being closed (watersports, squash courts etc) and the hotel being relatively empty. That is far more a reflection of when I visited than anything within the hotels control. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Outstanding location. Beautiful view from our room. The Staff was WONDERFUL! The room was nice. My Wife LOVED the buffets.
I realize there’s nothing you can do about it, but I’m 6’3” so the bathroom was a little tight. My Son and I aren’t real keen on seafood. More Western food would definitely be better.

On the ocean. Beautiful views. Price was right.
Old key system. Only one key. Needed keey for lighting. Hard to find the key hole in the dark. The carpets seemed old and worn. No coffee included in the room.

Great view, great beach, nice restaurant, super clean bathroom and toilet. Good facilities for extra water activities, although they were rather limited during the time when we stayed. Great breakfast. There is an evening cafe outside, right near the beach which offers some limited drinks, but this is sufficient to relax and enjoy the sunset. Bus shuttle stop (directions to the airport and aquarium) is right next to the hotel.
The hotel looks a little old (at least the part where we stayed). The furniture looks old and dirty in many places. Some of the furniture is covered, but the cover itself is also dirty, which is a little strange. The bedding itself was clean. Therefore the very first impression of the room is not great, but later on other positive aspects win over and the overall expression from our stay was still very positive. Perhaps, if we consider to visit again we would try to book a room in a newer part (there are 2 separate buildings).
