Lovely stay, only a short 5-10 minute walk to the town and beach. Small double room but thought it was clean, comfortable and good for the price! Nice staff and excellent breakfast. Had parking.

The staff were amazingly friendly and the location was in a quiet street; near the twin centre but away from the noise. It is a VERY pet friendly establishment.

Lovely welcome and an absolutely fab room. Light an airy, spotlessly clean. Huge fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Even some toiletries supplied for guests use. Would recommend highly. Lovely breakfast too.

Rooms had obviously had the bathrooms refurbished and they were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb, we ordered off the menu the night before and we could have as much as we wanted.
Nothing I can think of, it suited our needs exactly

The breakfasts are outstanding; quality and quantity, and service with a smile. The owner made sure I was comfortable, the food was good, and gave tips as to local events and walks. I also liked getting a bottle of water every morning as part of my breakfast which is handy for my extensive hikes done each day over three days. The little things matter.
The room was more than adequately equipped and had a dehumidifer, something I was not expecting and above the standard normally encountered in other hotels around the country I have stayed in. The bed was sturdy and the mattress very strong. I had very good sleep every night for the five nights I stayed. When I return to the area, I hope to rebook.
All well. A well run hotel, organised, not intrusive, good amount of very decent food. There is nothing not to like. If more hotels are run like The Sherborne Lodge, then there will be happier guests and a good standard of accommodation. Thank you.

The room had scaffolding outside and was a nightmare! Breakfast was fine and room was small but we couldn't stand the run down building next door with scaffolding! We left after 1 day in the morning!!
Building outside with scaffolding around and it was out of town!
