The location is amazing, the hotel is superb, the food is amazing, and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. We did not want to leave!
Nothing

Room was amazing, staff helpful, food perfect. Rooftop jacuzzi was well needed in the heat.

Great location, just had a major refurb which is great.
Rooftop pool is very small, more like a plunge pool. Also staff were a little abrupt at times and didn’t have flexibility between the restaurant and hotel - for example all tables were booked so we asked to eat on the rooftop solarium (where there were plenty of empty tables) and this was refused.

A small double room overlooking the side street. Is there a noise from the street and restaurants at nights? Of course, typically till midnight, but it's normal for this kind of location. You can always close the windows and turn on the a/c which works really well. For breakfast, except for sweets, there's a small choice of meats, cheeses, eggs and vegetables plus a nice lake view :). The room and bathroom good enough, everyting clean and functioning.
One extra sqm of room space would come in handy :).
Toilet flush behind the wall right next to your head, but in general no other noice from adjacent rooms.
Not enough flexibility with check-in times.

the restaurant was luxury I can say , clean rooms ,the Personal really friendly . i am very happy .
not so much variety at breakfast but still almost everything you need .

The air con in our room (10) was freezing which was great given the hot temps outside. The location is what you pay for here, its perfect, right on the lake. Having breakfast with that view. Small bed but very comfy.
The room just needs a mini fridge, just to keep drinks/snacks cold. Otherwise all good.

Breakfast was among the best in the various hotels we stayed at in Italy. Breakfast staff was very nice. Location is right on the lake which has its pluses and minuses.
Parking is a nightmare. There is a lot 300m walk from the hotel but you have to have their parking card. This means that you have to find somewhere to park at first, which is a nightmare, go to the hotel, get the card, and then find their lot. The process has to be reversed to leave. Our stay was complicated for two reasons. First, we received no instructions or address for the parking outside of being told it was 300m away,
Second, we could not get the card to work despite multiple tries and trips back to the hotel to get a new card. It turns out that because our car had a long hood/bonnet, it was too close to the gate-pole and that would not allow the gate to work. There is no sign warning of this problem and apparently they new of it. Also, when they had figured out the problem, they were supposed to call us and they did not. We were lucky to check on our own. Finally, the person on duty at our check had a very disinterested attitude to our situation and is probably the most unhelpful hotel staff person I every dealt with.
The hotel management apparently sees nothing wrong with the ridiculous parking situation and was unwilling to give us credit for our troubles. They still charged us full 30e for two nights parking.
The location is on the lake but also in the center of all the action. There is a good amount of noise through the night and one night someone lit off fire crackers just outside. These are not the hotel's fault but something of which to be aware.

Location Was a great. The cleaning staff were lovely ladies who kept the hotel spotless.
The management need lessons in customer service. They were non interactive, quite miserable On arrival i asked for a drop of milk as there was none in my room. I was told they sold it in cartons in the supermarket, at first I thought he was joking, but soon realised he was serious, he did get me some but made me feel uncomfortable. Later I bought a bottle of orange in Verona not realising it hadn't a screw top. When we got back I asked if they could take the top off, only to be told it would cost 2 euros. I said to forget it then my husband step in and he took the top off. I don't expect to be treated in this manner. Our taxi to the airport at 9am was cancelled at 8.15am we asked about getting another to be told go to the bus station. I have never been treated in such a negative manner, this was the 4th visit at this hotel I assume its under new management, staff need training in customer service.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right on the garda promenade. It was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly.
We didnt like the hard crusty rolls at breakfast and hot drinks machine made warm drinks. There was also no top up of room sachets for hot drinks. And nowhere comfy to sit either in the room or hotel for guests.

Everything was beautiful wonderful staff in all areas of the Hotel, excellent resturant, amazing food and the location was ideal we loved everything about our stay. Thank you to all

Location and scenery of the hotel is nice ,because it is one of the front line hotels. The rooms are clean and breakfast is OK.
Where should I start?
1. Staff was rude. The receptionist lady with black hair (can be the owner) was super "not nice" because we arrived early. Our ferry arrived early and we wanted to leave the luggage. She said 'you are too early", and left with no help. She told us that we can leave luggae anywhere we want and she left immidiately , didn't even talk to us!
2. There is no locked place to leave your luggage. No security. No help or any smiling face. No information about ferry, sightseeing, anything...
3..they give the room after 3pm but kick you out at 10am ?!??. So you pay for 24 hours but get 19 hours maximum in the room. And i repeat! There is no safe place to leave your luggage!
4.shower is extremely small, so if you are above avarage like us, (a little bit tall) you cannot put your arms up to wash your hair.
4. Very very noisy! No isolation of the doors.Cleaning ladies shout in the corridors. All noise from the restaurant comes to your room all night.
5. Not worth for the money.

Parking is to far.

location and sight
noisy in the morning

Very pleasant staff, superb location, splendid breakfast spread served on the quayside by the lake, far more than you could eat. Lift available. The hotel actually exceeded my expectations.
Poor bedside lighting. Personally, prefer a shower to a bath.

nice breakfast
Delightful staff except for Head woman
a chore getting baggage to hotel - it's on pedestrian street

The location was good, near to the beaches and city center. Everything was close to the hotel.
Parking - expensive and far from the hotel. When you come later to the parking, everything is full and you don't have a place for parking. When you pay 15€/day for that,we expect that we always have a place for parking. The hotel is right in the center, so we heard all the noise from the street and sometimes it was really annoying. Breakfast - everyday still the same.
3.6
Clean rooms, very friendly and hard working “breakfast” ladies. Lift. Wonderful lake view.
From your room you could hear every single word said by the people in the hotel restaurant or rooms next door.
The lady that “welcomed” us wasn’t very friendly and found it very funny that we would rather not leave our IDs for half day on a not guarded shelf by the back door.
3.6
Perfect location on the boulevard, possible to eat breakfast on the terrace right next to the water. Many restaurants and shops right next to the hotel.
Free parking behind a gate is a 3 min walk away.
Breakfast was ok, same goes for the room.
Hotel staff was friendly.
