Best summer stay.

Everything was perfect! The host, the place, the location indeed exceeded our expectations! It was our very first trip with our 4 month old baby, so I was worried at the beginning, however the host was super friendly and we felt cared for during the whole stay. The apartment has everything you might need for a cosy vacation and it's super clean and very well-maintained. The beach is 4-5 minutes walking and there is a private parking lot. Thank you, Cecile!

Everything was perfect

Excellent mattresses, clean and well equipped rooms. Beautiful wide garden. Actual parking places. Good location, at a walking distance from the beach and the city center. Cécile was very kind and thoughtful, she gave us all the needed information and she made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Superb

The bungalow was very clean and spacy, there were 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and big refrigerator. The yard is just amazing with green grass, olive and fruit trees. There is a lovely bbq zone, we really enjoyed using it! The host Cécile and her husband were very helpful and nice! They were always on the line if we needed something. The location itself is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and most of the shops and restaurants. We were afraid that there will be a plenty of walking, but the distance turned out to be really short. Also a huge advantage is that there is a free parking for the guests, which is a rare thing in Sarti especially if your accomodation is located close to the beach. Last but not least, the place is very quite and if you are looking for something that is not so far to the beach, but in the same time peaceful, this is your place.

There were some wi-fi interruptions from time to time, and lack of hot water in shower in the early morning in some days, but I guess it was because we were in the end of the season.

The room was very clean. There is an area where you can cook if you want. Very wide yard with a green lawn and BBQ facilities. The villa is really 200m from the beach and away from the noisy crowd. We were with our dog and the owners were very friendly and welcoming with it.

I would return to this place if I go to Sarti again

The room was clean, the owners of the place are very nice and helpful. There is a nice garden and a playground for the children. It is no more than 200 m away from the beach, there are tavernas and supermarkets not far away. The place is away from the overcrowded part of Sarti. And that makes it calm and quiet.

Perfect

The place is really nice. There is a big garden with grass and barbecue and fun place for kids. The host and her husband are very kind people always ready to help and assist when needed. It is prefect place for families with kids. You have an option to order food from nearest restaurants. The nice beach is just across the street. We will be back for sure.

We were surprised of the friendly atmosphere of Villa Irida. The place is clean, with beautiful garden and outdoor space, perfect for children. Villa Irida is 5 minutes from the beach, the managers are kind and always willing to help.

My perfect stay in Sarti

The best place in Sarti, the host is sooo nice and kind man, ready to help with everything. The place has a georgious garden, rooms are like new, perfect cleanliness. Walking distance to the sea, everything was so perfect! I recommend it for sure! Wish you all the best and thank you for everything!

Clean, quiet, good location.

Clean, quiet ( the road next to it is not noisy, as it was mentioned in other reviews, and I was afraid of the noise because I'm a bad sleeper). Cecile recommended good restaurants (Stavros and Megas Alexandros) and tried to help in any possible way. The former was indeed very good and we went there often. The other a bit careless and higher priced. If we are to chose Sarti again, most probably we will go there again.

The room was very small, but so are all studios in Sarti, from what we've seen. It is relatively near the beach, but there is no shade so you have to walk in the sun. Otherwise, it is a good location, quiet and away from all the noise of the centre/main streets.

Perfect for families with kids

Perfect place for a family vacation with babies and kids. Spacious garden with sunbeds and playground and bbq. Just across the street the beach and the sea are perfect to leave the kids play and swim, while lying on the sunbed and enjoying a frappe from the beachbar.

Many things👍 1.The privacy because we were lucky enough to have good neighbours. 2. Also, the hosts are absolutely lovely people who make you feel welcome and comfortable, with smiling greetings in the morning etc 3. The facilities are clean and I can see that every spot was thouroughly washed and there is no bad smell etc, it is a really clean place 4. The apartment is very well structured, perfectly fit for families with kids 5. The garden offers a shady relaxing place im the hot afternoons. Again, if there are many kids of ages 3 to 7, maybe it will not be ao quite, but we fot lucky 6. The common area for the barbeque is also a plus, anyway not everbody is going to use it 7. 5 minutes away from the beach in walking distance offers a nice distancing from the actual resort 8. Small distances from every place you may wish, supermarket at 200m, and all other tavernas and bakeries etc are also easily reacheable in 10 mimutes walk Overall, it's a place suitable for those seeking a green yard with individual areas to enjoy their vacation.

Since everything went very well, not much to complain about. Just to know that it gets quite hot in the bungalows so you will make good use of the air conditioning with which the rooms are equiped. It gets cold quite rapidly anyway.
