Le due camere da letto nel seminterrato senza finestre e la poca pulizia al momento della presa in consegna dell’appartamento (non villa come viene descritta su Booking)

Spacious and good value

Super location, quiet with privacy. Such a relief not to have been in Maspalomas or Puerto Rico. Private beach, plenty of room in the apartment, civilised fellow guests. Only 4 of the 16 units were occupied, so it was nice and quiet. Kids enjoyed Netflix.

Terrible smell in one of the basement rooms.

The house is very nice. Perfect with the terass and the pool next door..... But an but ... See next text

The basement rooms needs to be cleaned from mould . especially the room towards the parking lot. It is not healthy to sleep there even if you can stand the smell and have no allergic problems. We had to close and seal this room as best as we good. This resulted in us needing to use the sofa in the dining room. That was ok but... We are sorry to hear that owners are not listening to our advise how to clean the basement mainly from mould .

Great shared pool and views

Nice shared pool, good views, nice furniture, smooth to deal with the owners. We had two minor issues that were dealt with quickly by phone.

A dream place.

Perfect location, peace, quiet and the atmosphere of your own home. We toured the whole island but we are sure choosing this place was the best choice.

Good for a family stay

Great location. The property is in a closed private area with a beach nearby. Easy parking just in front of the gate. A swimming pool steps away from the other side.

One of the bedroom in the basement is without window.

A lovely apartment, host was lovely and helpful definitely recommenced to a family

The location is a little out of the way only one shop in the area and one restaurant at the marina. But that said it was easy to get a taxi and its v close to lots of resorts and taxi's are not expensive. The area itself is lovely a real breakaway to unwind and it is v secure.

I would have liked a few more restaurants and maybe a pub so as we didn't always have to travel out of the area at nigh time.

Overall, excellent stay. Would definitely stay again.

Has all your home comforts. The host was lovely and quick to respond to any questions, and she even left us a very helpful and generous food pack which was unexpected and a very lovely surprise. The property has a shared pool, which is a good size, with plenty of sunbeds. There is a mini market and a nice beach and marina (no bars or restaurants etc), which was nice to walk along. All in all very happy with or stay. Lovely quiet area, not too far from melonaras and maspalomas if you want bars, cafes and restaurants.

Didn't have pillows on our bed (main bed) just lots of cushions. This wasn't a problem for us as we had a spare bedroom so used those pillows, but maybe would be a problem if all the beds were occupied. But really no problem, just writing this as it's asking for what could be improved on the feedback form.

Fabulous

The location and access to pool, beach, marina, shopping and golf. Easy drive to Costal towns further south.

One of the rooms in the cellar was too closed and stuffed smell. One couple here had to move up to the living room. Spraying for small ants around the kitchen area would highly recommended.
