Limpieza pésima y mal cuidado

La ubicación

En primer lugar el apartamento está descuidado, las sábanas de la cama no estaban cambiadas, malolientes y las toallas estaban sucias. En general la limpieza del piso deja que desear. El calentador del agua estaba averiado y casi se nos inunda la cocina entera. Hemos llamado a los responsables del piso y dicen que ya lo sabían y que estaba pendiente de ir un técnico. Los rodapiés del piso todos levantados en mal estado, cómo no se tenga cuidado te puedes tropezar. La ubicación está bastante bien en el centro, pero con todos los desperfectos no merece la pena la estancia.

La peor experiencia de mi vida

Enero 2024. La verdad que es la primera vez que me sucede esto... Fui a trabajar y también a examinarme por la zona. Al llegar el apartamento estaba muy sucio, la ducha no tragaba bien, por lo que no me pude duchar en condiciones durante dos días, porque el baño se inundaba y llegaba el agua hasta el pasillo, la cama estaba quemada, sin funda en el colchón y la bajera no era de su tamaño y se salía cada segundo. Se me inundó la cocina porque el termo goteaba y cuando llegué al apartamento había un charco enorme, las televisiones y sus mandos estaban rotos, no hay perchas y en los cajones había pelusas y pelos. Las sábanas con manchas y mal olor, al igual que el sofá, la creo que la verdad no limpiaron nada. Además, al ver los rodapies me dieron ganas de llorar, dejo fotos para que vean todo esto. Un desastre, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, para nada merece el precio que tiene, pienso que este apartamento no está para alquilar.

Malabares para que no se inunde el departamento.

La cocina y los electrodomésticos.

El baño un desastre, te quedabas sin agua caliente enseguida y había que hacer malabares para que no se inunde el departamento. De hecho están todos los zócalos arruinados. Había un recipiente de plástico debajo de la caldera para recoger el agua que perdía un caño .

THE WORST STAY.

I liked when checkout arrived, I couldn’t run out any faster. This place was horrible. I didn’t get any sleep it smelled so bad.

I collected the keys from a random convenience store clerk that the property decided to leave the keys with. As soon as I asked the clerk any questions, he said he had no information on anything, that he was just supposed to hand an envelope with keys over. The bedroom smelled like mildew/mold. The sheets and pillow cases were full of hairs/stains, and looked slept in. The closet (which was 5 inches from the bed) had stinky pillows/comforters that barely let us sleep. The bedroom door handle was broken and on the floor when we arrived. There was no floor towel for the shower, and all the water came spilling out on the bathroom floor. Worst of all, the hosts did absolutely nothing about it. Not a mention about our complaints, not an apology. Nothing. This host is completely unresponsive. I had to call booking.com in order for them to respond to any of my messages before checking in.

very pleasurable and in some ways the lack of tv was a bonus.

modern, clean and central to all the sites, bars and restuarants.

didnt have any english speaking channels on the tv, but i was in spain.🤷🏻‍♂️ couldnt get the netfix to work.

Pleasant

The property is situated in a great location just around the corner from the Cathedral and main square. There is a lift up to the third floor where the apartment is situated. Generally the property was modern with good facilities and well equipped but there were some maintenance and cleaning issues which let it down, but which could be easily rectified. With improvement this would be a very nice apartment.

There were some maintenance issues which would improve the property, leaking boiler, water damaged skirting boards, bathroom basin not hung very well, shower door strip broken and bedroom door handle. Our main concern was with the bed. The sheets and bedding were smelly, the bed mattress was quite badly stained. No mattress protector nor pillow liners. Not enough bedding. We left a note for the owner with more detail.
