arrived and did registration, booked 2 books, reception allocated wrong room to wrong person .

1. the levels numbering are confusing 2. the lift's access card is not working well, unable to read the card fast enough 3. the towels are old 4. no trash bags for litter bin 5. wifi was not working well 6. no tissue box 7. no refreshments ie tea bags, sacket of sugar etc

For a family or group if u takingminimum two rooms it’s not good at all

Property was good with prime location but it’s an apartment n no services like in a hotel even we have to clean ourself

Security procedures, no extra key provided so one has to be dependent on one key as without key u can’t operate lift too

It’s a great choice.

I loved the 24hrs lobby system… so good to feel someone is there to assist when u need help but it wasn’t required as everything was so perfect. The unit was clean and the location was strategic. The convenient store was just across the street.

Overall, will come again and stay here

Location of the apartment, ambience view through the window, kitchen amenities are great and well equip, security guard are nice and helpful. Swimming pool big enough for guest and clean environment. One parking provided for guest. Shops are nearby and very convenient with restaurant, convenient stores, Watsons, Family Mart, Starbucks cafe etc.

Toilet were smelly, and the toilet bowl water flow not strong enough to flush. Washing machine cannot use (can't finish wash and spin, end up cloths are wet soaked, i use the same model washing machine at home so familiar with the machine setting). Guest is 5 of us but only get 4 towels. Fixed telephone line not applicable but can sent message WhatsApp through the given number.

good except no toaster n Netflix in unit. hv to pay dearly if want to watch Netflix n hv to go downstairs to watch. incc

nice view n cooling there wasn’t any toaster although it’s in the inventory list. water pressure is exelent

the way to parking is awkward with many beams

The unit is beautiful with good view. Staff was friendly

The unit is very big and spacious.

Master bedroom mattress and pillows needs to be replaced as it’s over utilised. Living room sofa has stains

The location. Near eatery and genting premium outlet. They have enough kitchenware if self cooking

Lovely outing

Beautiful scenery, quite, spacious unit, equipped with simple cooking and food heating facilities.

Not coming back.. need a more quiet place

Clean and strategy located

Noise , dust and petrol smell from the traffic at the 24x7 downstairs shop activities especially your room facing the petrol station direction Get a higher floor more than 15 to enjoy aircond less window open with cool breeze..or else u will hear those lala Boyz fighting and shouting below at the street No point on your aircond if you come here

Not a pleasant experience at an unclean apartment. Not recommended.

The size of the room/apartment is great and the balcony was very nice with a great view. Parking, lift and room access keys were convenient.

The cleanliness was poor. The cleaners did not clean the place properly, the bathroom floors had hairs and some dirt, and the toilet bowl smelled like piss. The living room 3-seater sofa was torn and covered with a stale-smelling blanket.

Can be better

Location is not bad. Many eateries and shops nearby.

No hand towels or tissue papers provided. Toothbrush only provided 2 for booking of 3 persons. Was given the room at the lowest floor.

Perfecta

Everything was perfect. The suite was really clean. Big bathroom. Two rooms with beds and one sofa in the living room which also turned into bed. It also had a washing mashine with washing powder, so we could wash our clothes. So I would definitely recommend this place.

Unpleasant stay with Geo38

Located surrounding by many shops and restaurants.

Majority windows in apartment damaged and couldn't close properly. Bidet in the bathroom also damaged. Floor not clean at all. Very noisy environment especially can hear people walking and pulling things around 1am. Overall not really pleasure stay. (Unit 01-11) 1st unit ( 10-13a) was very smelly kitchen and also not clean so that we moved to another unit.

1. Has mosquitoes 2. Should supply hand towels, in addition to bath towels 3. No towel/clothes hangers in the bedroom and bathroom

Sound insulation bad.. traffic noise at night terrible!!

Upgrade the bathroom cleanliness

The location is good. Near restaurant and easy access to all locations.

The toilet is smelly during our check-in. We have to lather the soap on the floor to ensure the smell is gone.

Good location, value for money, but no privacy

Quite good choice of food available within the small town. Nearby Awana skystation. Washer / dryer available, good for laundry.

Hall area are visible to outsider at corridor via the transparent glass door at backyard. No privacy.

Reasonable room at a good location for a family with car.

Location, room size, facilities. Easy checkin and out. Hot shower, basic kitchen utilities that are perfect for a short stay.

Cleanliness may need to improve further. A leftover, opened yogurt was left in the fridge, which shows that no proper cleaning was done at the kitchen. Bathroom smell which may be due to the moist climate 🤔. Only one key card which is a bit inconvenient.

The check in was @03:00 pm, it's not comfortable if we came early we waiting outside, and also in check our they didnot provide taxi they keep as after check out wothout help
