Lindo hotel, lindas instalaciones, pero poco personal. Valor elevado para lo que ofrecen

La vista era increíble, pasamos un lindo rato en las albercas con música, vinos muy seguro el lugar, la playa de al lado muy linda.

por haber poco personal se tardaban mucho con los desayunos, comidas y cenas…los desayunos lo trajeron todo por separado así que unos comían y otros esperaban, café siempre venía de tibio a frío y siempre casi al final del desayuno, todo lo que estaba por levantarse (botellas, platos, vasos) lo hacían hasta el día siguiente, entonces visualmente quedaba algo feo de ver ahí la vajilla toda sucia sin que nadie la sacara de la vista. El personal muy muy servicial, muy amables, pero como tenían tantas tareas y eran muy pocos, se desdoblaban en mil para lograr atender a todos. Cuando se llenó el hotel, se habían acabado las toallas de alberca, también algún día ponían botella de agua en la habitación y otro día no. La escalera que salen en las fotos que daria acceso a una playa de piedras solo va hasta una parte del tramo, así que es prácticamente imposible de acceder a esta playa de piedras (la playa de salchi si se podía ir). No tenían sombrillas de sol para prestarnos, nos presto un señor que trabaja en el hotel su própria sombrilla para que pudiéramos estar en la playa. El hotel tiene mucho potencial si hubiese más personal.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel ohne Fachpersonal und gar kein Handy Empfang.

Das Einzige, was ich hier als schön bezeichnen kann, war die Aussicht. Das Hotel ist quasi an einem Hang und man schaut runter auf eine wunderschöne Bucht.

Quasi alles. Der Empfang war nicht vorhanden. Die Rezeption dreckig, eingestaubt, voll mit Straßenhunden, keiner da der uns einchecken kann. Alle Mitarbeiter laufen in Straßenkleidung rum, nicht gepflegt, keiner spricht englisch. Das Hotel ist an sich gut aufgebaut, aber total in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man das Hotel verlassen hat, war drum herum nur Müll, Brache und sehr eingestaubte Autos. Unser Zimmer war okay, wir hatten einen kleinen Pool an dem wir einen Tag verbracht haben, bis dann vom Himmel Steine gefallen sind, weil auf dem Dach Bauarbeiten stattgefunden haben ohne Rücksicht auf uns. Die Steine sind auch in den Pool gefallen und hätten uns auf den Kopf treffen können. Wir waren übrigens mit einem anderen Pärchen, die einzigen Hotelgäste - sehr ungewöhnlich. Es gab eine Polar, an der wir nie einen Mitarbeiter gesehen habe. Wir sind runter zum Strand gelaufen und haben einheimische kennengelernt, denen wir erzählt haben, dass wir im Pacific King eingecheckt haben und nicht ganz happy sind. Die schüttelten sofort den Kopf und sagten, dass sie glauben, dass das eine Geldwäschestätte sei - und das leuchtet mir total ein. Genau den Eindruck bekommt man da. Unsere Balkontür war nicht abschließbar, das Hotel über eine vom Strand erreichbar, quasi für jeden zugänglich. Ganz schlechtes WLAN und man hat in dem Ort (wofür das Hotel nichts kann) überhaupt kein Netz, d.h. wenn dir was zustößt, hast du keine Möglichkeit jemanden anzurufen. Einen Abend wollten wir um 20 Uhr das Hotel mit dem Auto verlassen um in ein Restaurant zu fahren. Dann war um 20 Uhr das Gate verschlossen, wir wurden über nichts informiert, hatten keinen Schlüssel um selbstständig rauszufahren und da war auch niemanden, der uns helfen konnte. Wenn wir ins Krankenhaus fahren wollten, hätten wir dieses nicht tun können. Meine Liste ist lang und ich höre hier auf, aber ich möchte ganz dringend betonen, dass ich dieses Hotel leider gar nicht empfehlen kann.

HOPE TO BE BACK

Access to the entire facility including rooftop for star gazing! The hamburgers! Alberto's hospitality and kindness to help with luggage and rides without even asking! Room service with private pool! Power went out and we're quick to accommodate getting electricity back on.

The pizza. Dogs free roam which made us nervous with a child.

Avoid Antonio if you can!

Beautiful views, clean, modern

The staff was great with the exception of Antonio. He was supposed to help us with rides and activities off the property but only offered high price things so we had to find other options on our own. He wouldn’t even connect us with a local taxi insisting the only option was a private car. He was also VERY rude to other hotel staff. Had it not been for him, the stay would have been wonderful.

A trully nice hotel where to disconnect yourself from everything on an unspoiled beach.

The property is brand new, well build if we consider the challenging location, special attention was given on the distribution of the areas to enjoy the view of the sea and the small bay at the bottom of the hill where the hotel was built. The Personnel was attentive at all times but not bothering, allowing us to enjoy a quiet environment, is not a place of fast service from the kitchen as all orders are cooked at the moment with fresh ingredients but the taste of the food was above the average you can find in the area denoting the use of high-quality ingredients. The room was facing the sea and the bay with an astonishing sightseen of the pacific ocean, clean and furnished within an extra comfortable mattress and pillows. A/C was of the split type, quiet and easy to adjust. The small fridge was enough to keep the water and a couple of drinks cold, perhaps not necessary considering that the bar by the pool was just a few steps away. The bathroom well distributed with a spacious hot/cold water shower, all basic amenities provided (Soap, Shampoo & conditioner) plus a bottle of water per guest in the room provided on a daily basis. The beach was just 6-8 walking distance and the hotel provide the umbrellas and chairs on our desired location at the beach, we have a selection of drinks ordered at the bar that were transported to the beach in a cooler box with ice that kept them cold the whole day, It is a secluded beach, no commercial areas, no soliciting, no ambulant vendors, nobody bothered us during the 4 days we spend there. There is a grass garden area of about 350m2 suitable for outdoor events located next to the dining areas.

Being a place located in a non-comercial, non-tourist crowded area the las 3 km of the access road are not yet paved.
