Our little home away from home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was just as advertised. Instructions were reasonable and easily understood. The neighborhood on the way to the complex appeared a little sketchy, but we had no problems. The home was quiet and lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay and apartment had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

My whole reason for selecting this property was the pool, and also because of the exercise facility. Pool had been broken/out of order for weeks. No access to exercise room. Extremely disappointing.
When the family next door showed up for a five day rental on the unit next door, the kids nearly cried when I explained the pool was out of order.
The Evolve team never even contacted me back when I called to complain.
100 degree days, no pool. False advertising.

Didn’t realize there was only 1 full bathroom until arrival but the 7 of us managed to share the 1 shower. Grill was out of propane but the host was quick to respond and reimbursed us for the propane we purchased. My kids loved the magic 8 ball, games and puzzles!

Everything went very well. Communication before and during our stay was great. The amenities were also everything we thought they would be. Highly recommend.

Place was absolutely beautiful and a perfect size. Conveniently located near to town. I will say I wish our contacts for the weekend were a bit more knowledgeable about the popular tourist sites, trying to figure that out without local help or the kanab visitor center open was hard. A short note too, we had to look under furniture and in the couches, (we had a toddler) for the cleaning fee we are charged in the rental...it was pretty nasty in there ha.

Enjoyed the area . Was clean and quiet

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit all the National Parks in the area. The condo was spotless and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located in town to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance to multiple trails. When we weren't hiking and exploring, we visited the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary which is amazing. Would come back and stay again!!

Clean, kitchen well stocked - even had spices available! Had outlets with USB inlets- no need to hunt for my adapter or needing to unplug a lamp to charge. Directions and contact information easy and responsive.
1.5 baths so shower got a bit busy with 6 of us but otherwise on of the best units we have ever rented.
Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area will be my first choice to rent.

We stayed here while touring nearby National Parks. Nice place for the family to relax. Nice having a pool available and a really nice town park close by.

Nice property
Nice property. It is a little small for 6+ people, given only one shower and two toilets. Still, we knew that in advance and the place was nice. Our only complaint was that we all looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a long hike on Sunday but the water heater was turned off. It was hot on the previous days so perhaps it was turned off for local condo or religious reasons. It would have been nice to have known about it in advance.

Very comfortable home away from home
The three of us stayed here while doing a lot of hiking in the area (including The Wave!) We needed a place to stay that was comfortable and easy to find and enjoy. This was the place! All accomodations were perfect ... nice beds and bedding, bath upstairs with shower (and interesting door arrangement), plenty of towels. Downstairs there was another bath (toilet & sink), full kitchen with dining table and a nicely arranged and comfortable living room. Location was excellent for all our exploring and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, if you so desire. Received check in information in a clear and timely fashion. Even the picky ones in our group told me "you did good!" in finding this place. I'd definately stay there again.

Very clean facility. Loved that they had a washer and dryer.

Knab condo
Very nice indoor accommodations. Nice patio. Patio needed a little TLC . Great location. Easy to get a hold of owners.

Okay
The condo is okay. The hot and cold are reversed in the shower - and no more about it. The appliances are VERY VERY noisy. For checkout, the owner requires ask the dishes to be washed, dried, and out away. Normally, protocol is to load and start the dishwasher only. This seems excessive and a bit of a pain.

Great location and plenty of room for a large family

Fabulous!!
We stayed here over Thanksgiving Break. It was so fun! Super clean and very well stocked with anything you think you’ll need or not need. We were super impressed with how much the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was the perfect place for our little get away!

Great spot
Everything we needed was here- I especially loved the crock pot! We stayed here during a fall real trip to Zion.

Excellent base for Zion, Bryce, & Cedar Breaks
I would rate this property a 4.75 if I could. It was very, very clean. Town has beautiful park and public pool. The house is easy to keep cool with blinds everywhere and a shade tree covering most of the back patio. Nice view of cliffs that surround the town. I agree with the other reviews that the carpet is crazy soft, and there are plentiful bath and pool towels. The condo was also thoughtfully stocked with plenty of PT, TP and napkins. The kitchen was very well fitted out with excellent quality gadgets and knives. The Cuisinart grill was ultra cool - and clean! Another review mentioned the back patio not being very welcoming - it does get very dusty (it's a desert!) and leafy from that tree, but it was such a shady place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and chips and salsa in the evening under the gently rustling leaves. We used it every day! The layout of the condo is very efficient, really loved the laundry/utility in the kitchen, so nice to go home with clean hiking clothes. Easily fits 6 adults but more than that I question as it has only one shower. Nice new vinyl plank flooring and cheery desert blooms placed here and there. I had only three problems with this condo. The master bed is terribly uncomfortable, and I'm not sure why. I think maybe an older mattress underneath with several pillow tops? There was not near enough dishes - 8 dinner plates, 7 small plates, and 6 cereal bowls upon arrival. I don't want to do dishes after every meal while on vacation!!! Should have a minimum of16 of everything if renting to 8. We ended up eating salads out of plastic storage containers. Plentiful silverware, cups and glasses though! And finally, the hot tub was never hot. Owner did contact management for us but I see this has been a problem in the past also. We talked to lots of residents who said this was normal, or that it would maybe be hot one day every now and then. My kids, who are swim team, estimate that the pool as unheated (it was lovely in the heat) and that the hot tub was 80 at most. 10 minutes in it and your toes were cold. Disappointing when you want to sooth your body after a long day of hiking. We never were able to sit under the desert moon enjoying a few moments away from the kids in the 10-12 adult only pooltime...that coldtub was just too cold! Not sure if this is standard in Utah or if management just needed to save some $$$. If the hot tub worked I would stay here again.

Great home base for hiking
This was a great condo. Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only drawback was that it was advertised as 2 1/2 baths but there was only one shower in the condo with two sinks adjoining it. So there is a total of two toilets and one shower, which isn’t quite 2 1/2 baths. This isn’t a problem as long as you know that going in. Other than that, it was a great rental. Thank you!

Vacationing with friends in Kanab
Great place - kitchen nicely stocked.
Hot tub would have been nice and mattress in master not the best.
I would however, stay here again.
