Reasonably priced. Location suited our plans.
Beds were rock hard and you can hear every sound as other guests move around hall/common area/bathrooms.

The meals in the pub were good but upstairs accommodation was terrible. Room was clean but very poorly laid out. They had tea and coffee facilities but no cups, no milk, no remote for the TV in the main lounge area. Had extremely loud disco Friday Sat. nights until 2.30am could not sleep at all. Would not stay there again.

staff very friendly and food was great
I didn’t realise that it was shared bathrooms. I should’ve really read all the information before I booked.

There was one thing when I got one of my drinks from the fridge located in kitchen situated upstairs. I put my hand in the handle and sliced my finger in two spots. It was a broken piece of glass,I left ontop of the microwave.
See above.

Convenience. Cheapest option for a concert at Hope Estate.
Shared bathroom was acceptable. But A/C doesn't work. Window cannot be opened. Damaged bedside drawers. Room was accessed in the middle of the night (possibly another person who checked the 'intruder' in did not know the room was alread occupied). Noise/Music from bar going on late into the night (past 10/11pm).

Overall it was a comfy stay and was good value for money, though at the time of visit (Jan 7, 2023) there seemed to be a number of hotel vacancies around the area. The room and shared bathroom/toilet facilities were clean.
It was a fairly large room with a double bed, small bedside table, toiletries, AC, fan and mirror. Would have liked a bar fridge and coffee/tea, though these were available in the communal hall outside the room, and a wash basin in the room. Would also be good to have a lock and/or security latch on the door.

No towels, had to use bathmats instead

It met expectations in the room and facilities. They were basic but clean.. The pub and restaurant downstairs was lovely
The bed was a little uncomfortable
0.5 / 5.0
The location,food & price.
The room smelt of smoke, air conditioning did not work, the windows would not open. The kitchenette did not have cutlery, enough glasses and did not offer tea or coffee.

Not much
Not as advertised, WiFi cuts in and out and then throws you off even though it states free WiFi for all guests, amenities were not clean and other guests were dirty. The decor was dated and miserable also the food in the restaurant was overpriced and not great. Overall the hotel was more of a hostel then a hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.
2.5 / 5.0
nothing special for the room , but the restaurant and the bar were nice
a little bit of a mess for the hotel
0.5 / 5.0
Nothing
Everything there was a leak in roof with mould, it smelled, it was noisey, shared toilet and shower was mouldy and yuck we didn't stay we end up looking for another place as we couldn't sleep there. You would only stay at this place if U were down stairs at the pub drunk. I would of rather camped it would of smelt nicer and quieter

Bar and food well presented.
Terrible accommodation, air conditioning was not working on arrival, bedside lamp had no globe, no blankets, window roller blind not working, very dirty amenities.
