**If the place is left in poor condition we will deduct from the security deposit any extra cleaning costs we incur. We will provide you with receipt should this happen. Please be sure to rinse all dishes and silverware well and run the dishwasher before you leave. Trash should be bagged and taken outside, including opened food items. Unopened items may be left.
