About this apartment rental
This new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has it all! Great location, decor, comfy beds, induction stove top. The master bedroom is stationed with king bed, gorgeous view. All 3 bedrooms enjoy an individual bathroom, along with balconies and tv's. The open floor plan is great for family cooking, movie watching or playing games. All while watching the happenings on Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy all Wrightsville Beach has to often. Walk to all the local favorite spots, ride your back or run "The Loop". Paddle boards and kayaks available close by for rent. Grill local seafood while you watch the sunset.

I used to live in Wilmington and my best friend still lives there. It was my turn to visit so we stayed on the beach and it was perfect!

We loved Nikki’s beach condo. It was beautiful inside and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Everything worked as it should, beds were comfortable, views from the balcony were lovely. We had a wonderful time.

Very positive. Convenient. Many good restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Some walkable. Condo very well appointed. Elevator is great, especially if you have knee issues like us.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property! It was the perfect layout for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids, plus 2 grandparents. Such a great view of the beach by Johnny Mercer's pier. We love the cleanliness, the beach decor, and the convenience of the elevator and the outdoor shower. Our kids loved the triple bunk beds. We had a wonderful week of going to the beach (a one minute walk), kayaking at Wrightsville Beach SUP, walking at the loop, going to the Farmer's Market, taking surf lessons nearby, going on a Henrietta river cruise, and playing games. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us once again!

This was an awesome place to stay for a long weekend! We were right there on the beach and so close to everything! With 6 adults, it was perfect with 3 BRs and 3 full baths! Our host Nikki was very quick to respond if we had a question or needed a recommendation of a restaurant! Definitely recommend this place!!

Condo was super clean and provided great views in prime Wrightsville Beach location. We loved the quick walk to the beach and grabbing food from Shark Bar next door. Ended each evening hanging out on the porch with ocean views (nice porch furniture!)

We figured out all the codes to get in and out quickly and 2 of my friends loved the elevator. It was also wonderful to take all our belongings and groceries up in the elevator. We only had trouble figuring out the stove. It was different from any we had used. I was in the master bedroom and it was very comfortable! I only wished for it to be darker as morning came. All in all it is a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and beautiful views. The property greatly exceeded my expectations. My travel party and I had plenty of space to engage and entertain as a group. The layout also allows for guest to step away into their “own space” when needed when traveling with a group.
Check-in instructions were thorough and provided pertinent information. Additionally, the property host was available to address any questions.
Overall - the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. I’d love to visit again in the spring or summer to take full advantage of the beach or the Johnnie Mercers Pier that is only steps away from the property.

This condo is beautiful. Perfect location close to the beach with ocean views. We were able to walk and bike everywhere. Furniture was comfy. Adequate towels and linens. Beach towels were a huge plus! So much beach equipment was available to us. I appreciated the baby’s pack n’ play we were able to use instead of lugging ours with us. This house has everything you need. Great responsive host. Would definitely come back!

This condo is literally steps from the beach! Perfect for a family with kids and beach gear in tow.
The check in process was very smooth, we received our door codes the evening before check in. No issues at all with getting into the condo and wow, we were impressed. It's new within the past couple of years... everything is top notch and it's extremely well designed / furnished. The only thing missing from the pictures is that one of the bedrooms now has a three tier bunk bed in addition to the queen bed. This was perfect for my youngest who didn't want to share a bed with anyone. There is also a beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom!
The condo is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, pans, etc... Leave all of this at home. I think there is small grocer on the island but we just went to Harris Teeter a couple of miles away for groceries.
Speaking of things to leave home... the garage is fully equipped with bikes, an umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys. I think I saw a boogie board and a cooler as well. Our SUV easily fit into the garage and we could have gotten another car in there. It was nice to have a garage with the limited and expensive street parking.
Back to location... you are located approximately in the middle of the island. It was about a 2 mile bike ride north to Shell Island... a more remote beach and great shell hunting. You are also about a 2 mile bike ride from the south end of Wrightsville... also more remote and you can see both the sunrise and the sunset from that location. Sunrise... do this at least once during your stay. Simply walk out to the beach from the condo with a cup of coffee... you wont be disappointed. Go to the Wrightsville Farmers Market on Monday. It's a 10 minute bike ride from the condo and while small, its worth it. Go kayaking! We went twice to SUP Wrightsville just over the bridge on Salisbury Street (maybe 5 minutes away on bike). Be sure to kayak in the grassy areas at low tide to see all of the wildlife. On a rainy day, go to the USS North Carolina in Wilmington (about 25 minutes away). It was about a 2:30 hour experience and really interesting.
Where to eat? About half a mile away from the condo is a great pizza shop called Vito's. For a nicer sit down meal check out the Bridge Tender. For great burgers try Poe's.
In short, perfect location in a great beach town. You won't be disappointed!

We loved Nikki’s condo for many reasons including the proximity to the beach, the garage parking, the elevator (which made bringing luggage and groceries in/out super convenient) and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. It was a bit cold for sitting on the beach but hope to visit again and make use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and Umbrella that are provided. We did use the bikes to ride around town and ordered takeout from the Shark Bar a couple of times which is right next door. Because my parents were with us, we also appreciated that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. It provided a nice level of privacy for everyone. Nikki was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful condo!,

Pros: Condo is super clean and really well stocked. Has everything including bikes, boogie boards, grill and lots of beach chairs and towels ; toilet paper, games , spacious closets and bathrooms and much more - very convenient. Beds are very comfortable too, nice linens and the balcony is a great place to hang out.
Cons: parking is tight. Garage only holds two cars so a lot of garage jenga . Otherwise it is expensive street and public parking - $25/day. There are five different codes to get into the condo and they come in very late the day before - like midnight. I was already traveling and trying to communicate with others who were driving separately. A few tips: pull your car up close to the entry gate - the code does not work if you are walking up or if your car is too far away. Always close both the outer and inner door of the elevator even if you are coming back very soon. It is very testy if you don’t and you will have trouble with the code opening the outer door. Then you have to go up to the condo and call the elevator which won’t come, and come back down to get it to open the outer doo. This will happen even if the code lights up green. Generally you can not lock the front door at pier parking lot or the side garage door. They are dead bolts only and are misaligned and very hard to lock and unlock. Be careful not to lock yourself out without the garage door opener. The side garage door which you must get open to access the condo the first time and get the openers sticks. It actually may be open - just give it a good shove. Lastly, if you have more than one car, there is only one gate and garage door opener. Needless to say it’s a bit much - especially for the elderly. If you have trouble and text the property manager, she will just repeat the email which is annoying. You’re on your own. Don’t think they have actually tried all this. OR they are using the codes at the doors and think they are opening when likely they are not locked. We had to just leave them open most of the time. If you are thinking I just don’t get it - I actually have a gate at my house and code entry doors.

Beautiful condo! Description said MB had a king and double bed in it. It only had a king, which was all we needed. Great access to the beach. Busy area but we were off season so it wasn’t too bad. In season would be too crowded for us. Loved using the bikes.

This unit is perfect, great open floor plan with fantastic owners suite. Only steps from the beach and Johnny Mercer Pier. Walk out front door and you are at the Shark Bar …. Great food… try the Mahi tacos…. They are delicious. Parking for two cars in garage, elevator for the luggage and items makes it a snap to unload and load back up. Can’t go wrong with this unit.
