A stay in this amazing home means that you will literally be mere steps away from the stunning waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be bathed in the glow of breath taking sunsets as you enjoy an evening stroll on the miles of stunning white sugar sand beach stretching in either direction. Walks on the beach become a treasure hunt as you discover a variety of seashells and even fossilized shark teeth! After your beach adventure, freshen up in the outdoor shower, with separate foot wash, and relax on the beachside patio. Bring your hammock and really deepen your vacation vibes as you sway in the warm sea breeze. Dine al fresco at the two built-in granite tables under the balcony or the picnic table conveniently located alongside our private sandy area. Bring your favorite recipes and enjoy beachside BBQing in the fresh sea breeze.
The entire home has been recently renovated to include an amazing open concept, well equipped cooks kitchen. There is even an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage to easily accommodate that trip to Costco (only about 30 minutes away). Between our 8-person dining table and the 4-person kitchen island seating, your entire group can also easily and comfortably dine inside if you so choose. We even have a 55" Samsung Frame TV in the dining/kitchen area so you don't miss out on your favorite sporting events or shows while you enjoy this amazing space. We also have a separate family room right off the dining/kitchen area with its own TV and comfortable seating so that there is no need to squabble about the entertainment choices! The first floor also includes an ensuite bedroom with queen size bed, wall mounted TV, and a large walk-in shower. An easy-access half bathroom, laundry room, and garage/storage space complete the downstairs.

Everything about this property is Amazing. The location, private beach, amenities, communication with the property manager are all second to none. Best beach house we have stayed in to date and this is year number 14 of going on vacation with all of us which included 9 people ages 7 to 77. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beautiful property!

This home was beautifully decorated and clean! The owner has put a lot of thought into making this a relaxing place to vacation. We appreciated all the amenities provided. Gabrielle, the property manager, was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions. Upon our arrival, Harmony met us and went over everything we needed to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The only concern we had was that the downstairs bedroom did not cool off compared to the rest of the home. Overall, this place is amazing, super great location, and provides a great view of the Gulf and sunsets.

Right on the beach. Private beach. Very clean house. They have everything you need to cook, great kitchen and great grill. They have great beach chairs and beach towels they provide and even fishing poles to fish off your own private dock across the street. Communication is significantly greater with the property manager than any other Vrbo I have ever been at with phone calls and emails prior to the trip, a mandatory meeting with property manager on arrival, and texts through the week. We had no problems but I’m sure if a problem would have come up it would have been addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful, and the owners and property managers have supplied so many amenities for your stay. The view is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and there is lots of room for family to spread out. There were plenty of dishes, beach chairs, cleaning and laundry supplies, extra phone chargers, nice soaps, plenty of towels, coffee makers, and the list goes on.
If you have anyone older visiting- there is a large dune you have to walk over to get to the ocean and back, but there is a lovely view from the back deck and balcony if the walk is too much. I considered it my workout. ;)
We had trouble with the AC upstairs, but Gabrielle managed to get someone out within an hour or two for us! That was a great save.
Overall, this is an amazing property. We loved it.

Traveled with friends (3 couples) and we had a wonderful time! This is our 3rd year to this area, and this is our best rental yet!
Everything is newly renovated and beautiful. Loved it all…the care that goes into this home is amazing. Gabriele walked us through the home at checkin and expectations at checkout. This just showed how much the owners truly care about their home (no mass rental property managers here).
Things we loved…provided k cups, well stocked kitchen of dishes, pots, pans and dishes, garbage bags, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry soap, hooks in the bedrooms, games, the homes guest book (so fun to read), remote control blinds, extra fridge in garage, beach chairs, beach umbrella’s, boogie boards, pool noodles, coolers, chair cushions, extra chair chaise loungers, beautiful patio with plenty of seating, outdoor shower, and the landscaping is well kept and beautiful. The private beach is amazing, never crowded at all. Our own private oasis!
It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and ice cream. We enjoyed Caddy’s, JD’s for breakfast (BEST biscuits & gravy!) and PJ’s oyster bar. We drove to Treasure Island to our favorite restaurants, Shrimpy’s and Sea Dogs.
We rented a pontoon boat and drove to Caladesi island and did a fishing charter one day too.
What an amazing week in a beautiful home with great friends. We would book this home again in a heart beat.

We were a group of 11, the beach house was perfect for us. The home was spotless, spacious, comfortable and exceptional for meal making . All types of pots and pans, baking dishes and serving platters etc. were provided. The outdoor area and beach were beautiful. The garage held plenty of beach chairs , toys and coolers for our use . We had a lot of fun fishing from the dock on the waterway. Gabrielle and Harmony were wonderful to work with. The home was truly an absolute pleasure !

What a gem! We have been visiting FL annually with friends since our kids have been little. This year was extra special with two of our kids soon graduating from high school. Alex and Sarah have the most beautiful home and location and we are so thankful that they are willing to share it! The home is beautiful, immaculate, and is supplied with everything you need for a stay on the beach. The beach front is spectacular, and we spent our entire time--walking the beach, reading on the beach, swimming and watching the sunsets. We can't thank you enough--it was the perfect get away from our cold winters and we look forward to returning very soon!

We had 8 adults staying at this beautiful beach house and it was WONDERFUL! The homeowners thought of so many extras that we didn’t have to even think about. The house had 2 sets of laundry with detergent, many beach towels and chairs, K cups for coffee, spices, seasonings, paper towels and so much more! We have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints. This time we got to experience all the renovations that were done, which were expansive and added so much to already amazing property. We had a party of 6 adults.
What we love most about staying at this property:
- Access to both the beach and the intracoastal waterway. We love to fish and having both options available means we are able to catch fish under all conditions
- Beautiful stretch of beach that is very private
- Walking distance to food and things to do
- Easy parking
- Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing, have their own bathroom, and personal space
- Fully stocked for anything you need. Beautiful kitchen.
- Comfortable beach chairs and great outside space.
We were one of the first bookings since the renovations completed. We expected there might be a few quirky things, as is the case anytime you do such major improvements. We had a few suggestions around mattresses, heating/cooling, and sitting space on the main level. All feedback was already addressed and we can’t wait for our next trip. The managers of this property are amazing and care a great deal to make sure the experience is the best.

By far the best place to stay on the Gulf!
From the initial communications thru the checkout procedures, nothing could have been any better than our experience! Gabriele coordinated everything beautifully and was a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I really enjoyed her expertise on the property, local advice, and compassion she clearly puts into her job. A new hammock was even waiting at the door our first morning there. To swing & float while looking at the sky and listening to the waves on the shore and wildlife....those things cannot be put into words. We honestly do not want to give all of the wonderful details away as we would have to book 10 years in advance for a chance to stay here again!!
Harmony gave us a welcoming tour that was very informative, fun, and the place would have passed a "white glove" test from a drill Sargent.
The views, the sunrise, the sunset, the accessibility, the privacy, these things cannot be matched. The love and care of the property is clearly shown by the Owners. It was a gift to be allowed to stay here for even a week and one that will always be cherished. Dreams can come true...

Home away from home
This is our 2nd year at this property. We LOVE it there. We're a family of 5, with 3 young children. The house is clean and fully stocked. You can't beat the view and the back patio is amazing to have as well!

beautiful getaway with great sunsets!
Great location, so nice to be able to walk out to the beach. Our toddlers loved it, since they couldn't manage more than about 20 -45minutes at a time on the beach. Also, it is close to restaurants! And owner and property manager were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Was very clean!

Couldn’t ask for more!
I can’t imagine anyone could be disappointed with this property. Upon arrival, you get a walk through with the property manager so we knew where everything was without having to figure it all out ourselves. She’s fantastic! The master bedroom is incredible and the view is amazing. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. The downstairs bedroom is small and the downstairs bathroom is a little odd because it’s part of a hallway, but everything else more than makes up for that. It has everything you could possibly need. We only needed to buy a little more toilet paper toward the end of the stay. The outside space is the best I’ve ever experienced for a vacation home. There are only 2 TVs, (master and living room) but we barely turned them on anyways. The beach location is perfect. With the bay on the other side of the road, there’s no one behind you to come to that part of the beach. There is a public beach access 3 houses down, but with no public parking, only a few people are willing to make the walk to that access point; so the beach is very private. The sunsets are amazing. Watch from your private space on the beach or the balcony. Even though the area is quiet and private, it’s so close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. The only thing the kids didn’t like had nothing to do with the property and only to do with the actual beach. The waves were very small (we stayed in June)—almost like lake water for half of the days; so they couldn’t use their boogie boards—but for some people, that would be a plus! Overall, this place is incredible and has a perfect location.

We loved the beach!
The house was good. It was so great with little kids to just be able to walk out to the beach and to not have to share that beach. Not a fan of the stairs with little kids, and our minivan wouldn't fit in the garage. Other than that it was good.

Right on the beach. Great views from the living room and especially from the master bedroom. Nice pavered area for grilling and lounging right on the beach.
Master bedroom shares a bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. There is also a bedroom and bathroom downstairs along with kitchen and living room.
Tight parking but we did have four cars in the driveway. You can put two in the garage if they are small vehicles.

Everything about this place was excellent! It has wonderful views, private backyard and the beach is literally just steps away! My family and I fell in love with this home! The property manager is also wonderful and extremely helpful.

Nice beach house
Beautiful house with easy access to the beach. House was supplied with basic essentials making it easy to walk right in and feel comfortable. Grocery stores are close and it was easy to schedule a delivery. The house supplied beach chairs, toys, linens and beach towels. We are a family of 4 and shared the house with another family of 3. The house supplied a nice blow up mattress our son used and we placed it by the stairs. That worked out fine. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The trees and landscaping around the house was very nice and provided privacy from the other houses beside it. There is a rinse shower on the patio that was nice to have. Very nice house.

We stayed 7 nights first week of May with 4 adults and 3 children. We all fit easily and had plenty of room. Location is the best. Not busy at the beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. They had plenty of beach chairs and toys in the garage which was great!!This place was perfect and we would definitely stay again if coming back to Indian Shores.

Stunning Property
Location, location, location - this beach house has it! A few steps from the back door and you're on the beach. The house is well-stocked with everything you need - beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas plus a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite is huge and has the best view in the house. We spent every early evening there enjoying the sunset. The secondary bedrooms are pretty small but all the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Another wonderful stay
This home was as amazing as our last visit, and included several new updates such as a larger shower in the master bath, new foliage planted along the property line, a paved patio, and a sand play area next to the patio that was the biggest hit for our family since it allowed the kids to extend their beach play time to all hours (and in all weather since it was protected from the colder winds). Gabriele, the property manager, continues to lovingly care for the property and her guests, and is always available to take care of any needs that may arise.

A Gem!
This home was super-clean, especially during COVID the property manager was so efficient and assured us of cleanliness, right down to the type of cleaning supplies they used and that we should use while in the home during Covid. The home was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The home is situated on a beautiful spot of Indian Rocks/Indian Shores, FL on the beach with no obstructed views. STEP OUT OF THE HOUSE, AND INTO THE OCEAN!!
I’m a VRBO, high end property owner myself, and have traveled all along the west coast for over 40 years, winters & summers, too many to list. The Location is absolutely perfect, with the ocean directly in front, so close you can throw a rock from the balcony & hit the ocean, (well not me, but my son who was a baseball pitcher). The unobstructed view from either the bottom floor patio, or master bedroom roomy balcony, that draws in the anticipated gorgeous, goose bump sunsets. The back of the property contains water too, in a beautiful calm bay setting where you can sit on an upper deck, in the morning & watch the sun come up. The master bedroom is enormous, with a great sitting area & desk for us people who still have to take computers along & work, (fast internet) but the entire front the house upstairs and downstairs is full glass, which was a brilliant architectural design for an ocean front property. I wished my office view was like that everyday, it certainly makes working more relaxing. The other two bedrooms are spacious, & I can't say enough good things about the high end beds, you won't even turn over after you crash at night. The upstairs bathroom has a high end huge walk in shower, with hooks inside to hang your towels & swimsuits. Plenty beach towels with lots of extra blankets, pillow, & linens.The downstairs bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower combination. A high end washer & dryer are a must, which they have, as well as baskets, washing powder, iron & ironing board etc. The open LR & kitchen combination is roomy along with the dining area that seats everyone comfortably, & again, has a huge wall of glass the entire length of the front of the house. The kitchen is stocked with high end cooking needs, and plenty of pantry space for your food. A great supply of garbage bags, dishwasher tablets & liquid, cleaning supplies. The patio area has an outdoor shower for rinsing & so much room to gather, eat or relax. Highchair toys, & games are a bonus. The beach area in front, is so private, with plenty of comfortable beach chairs. A two car garage, genius, allowing more cars to park outside. A property is only as good as the host, & Gabriele is top notch with her communication skills & her attention to cleanliness & detail. Location, location, location
We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house at Indian Shores! The beach is literally right out the back door and only a few steps away. Also, with the intercoastal waterway just across the street from the front, and not having high-rise condos directly on the sides, there were no crowds on the beach to contend.
The beach house had everything we needed for our stay. Also, prior to our arrival, they had recently laid a new back patio and painted the outside of the house. The views from the house, the master bedroom, and the back patio were incredible.
The property managers and the owner were very nice and helpful. Also, there are many great restaurants near by.
We would definitely recommend the beach house.

Great beach vacation
This house lived up to the reviews. Great kitchen for cooking and the outside table was perfect for al fresco dining. We walked the beach every day and sat out in the second floor balcony. Perfect relaxation vacation.
