The location , we were exactly in the right spot, close to the main avenues, restaurants, beach etc
The property need to be updates other than that good service

I liked the proximity to the water and the surrounding local businesses. Walgreens is right across the street for last minute items/snacks
The hotel is not updated.. old worn furniture in the lobby..the front desk area looks run down and you can see the old rotten wood that should be behind the wall. There were barely any lights at the front desk felt more checking into a greyhound station. The guy who checked us in ignored me playing on his. Phone, he looked up and said "oh u wanna check in i didnt see you". And then proceeded to explain the security deposit $100 totally refundable. Upstairs there are old dirty pool tables old dirty couches doors propped open with outdated chairs and a filthy carpet.., you can see the area where they are storing the new furniture i hoped that is what all of The crap ruining the view was..barely any staff visible expect the outside security. I went down to get extra towels day 2 and there was noone there another guest advised me to come back bc he had waited 20 minutes. The room was decent sized the bathroom was not hotel clean at all... no blowdryers, there was a closet and a chair the water was warm enough the pressure was terrible, the bed was very comfortable. Overall not worth the $450 i paid for 2 nights.

Room was quite basic. Clean. Spacious. And large bed. We had a room on the car park side. The bay view was much nicer but we only needed a room to sleep in. Location was okay. It is more towards the residential part of Miami. We walked to North beach from the hotel which was about 35 min walk.

The location was good to reach out to my final destination in the morning. Also free parking was good.
Unfriendly welcome, uncomfortable beds, loud of traffic (very bad isolation of the door), bad scene of the room (paints, broken furniture, ..) and very poor wifi coverage. I was not looking for a good hotel since my purpose was to arrive late and sleep for a night and leave for the final destination. But I did not expect this bad hotel and room. I will pay more for a better room next time.

Nothing
Nothing Absolutely nothing,First room was dirty, beds not made and filthy bathroom. Water is coming yellow our of the faucet. And rooms does not look anything like the pictures in the add. For $130 I could have had much better hotle. This place is using it is waterfront but don't be fooled it is not work more than $20 maximum. No parking spots. Hands down this is the worst place I have ever stayed in in my life

The price was reasonable. It was a nice, big room. The view of the bay was pretty.
It was old and run down. We had bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. No counter space in the bathroom. The curtains were too small for the windows. some very sketchy people hanging around the property.

The location is wonderful with a beautiful view of the bay.
I did not like the fact that someone was able to just walk into our room at 2:30 am and nothing was done about it. When we reported it to the staff they said we had to speak with a manager which never answered us or came on the property.

the receptionist didn’t want to give me my driving licence back and the room was incredibly dirty! I’ve contacted them and still waiting for a reply 7 weeks after.

room was very clean! The patio on the water was amazing. Perfect to enjoy a dinner, morning coffee or just sunbath.
Hotel in general needs updating. Front lobby should be air conditioned and the thick ominous plexiglass should come down. We were kinda freaked out by the clerk asking for a refundable $100 deposit. I asked why it didn’t say that on the website. We were told it is on the website and were shown a Printed out copy of explanation the explanation in Spanish. The money Was refunded in the morning as promised and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. We noticed a a gorgeous little retro diner situated outside of the lobby which look like it was being rehabbed. That would be a fantastic addition to the outdoor patio and pool.

Leaving
We arrived at the hotel following a long drive from Orlando. We decided to book a room last minute as we wanted to explore a little of Miami. Our expectations of this hotel were not very high to begin with following reading the reviews, however, we figured it was only one night. After going to reception we were told they required $100 in cash as a deposit which was a little odd, however, we still had some hope at this point.
The first room, we didn't see as the key cards didn't work so went back to the reception. At this point we had seen several shady looking characters and enough dirt and grime to put us off staying, but went with it as we thought the room would be fine for one night. Wrong! Room was very bare, no drinks facilities, a charge for watching every tv channel and ants everywhere. We stayed for around 10 minutes before cutting our losses and heading back to reception to get our deposit back. The receptionist insisted on checking the room for damages, I'm not sure how they would tell as everything was tatty and dated. Just think 1960s motel you see in films and the 60 odd years of grime and you have the International inn!!

Location was good
Reception was dirty
I was worried about giving Reception staff my credit card and passport
The room was in a building which was like a cell block in a prison, old and not very clean (I wore my flip flops in the shower)
The pool was dirty and we didn’t feel that we could use it
Booking.com need to maybe check on these places before offering them
My review is honest feedback from our experience

The colours were lovely and felt very “Miami”. Air-conditioner was very good.
When we arrived, the receptionist was having an argument with some other guests who were very aggressive - not sure who was at fault, but it wasn’t very welcoming and quite threatening. The smoke detector in our room didn’t have batteries in it, and there was a HUGE cockroach in the shower.

A price for what, I was looking for was in Miami for a wedding. I had a wonderful time & wonderful stay.
Nothing to improve
