Ambiente accogliente, camere pulite, ampia colazione
La moquette, seppur pulita, la vedrei sostituita con un pavimento in legno, molto più consono all’ambiente

Breakfast - coffee was so so, could be better.

Fantastic location, there is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take the bus to the lifts at La Daille. Nice and modern with great facilities. Breakfast was really good. I felt the attention to detail from the staff was excellent, for example I left early on my departure & they asked if I wanted a coffee before I went (although breakfast hadn’t opened yet). I would definitely stay again!
I would have preferred a softer mattress, but that’s just simply my preference.
3.5
Easy location to reach slopes. Nice bathroom, speaker + Nespresso machine in room. Pleasant pool area and man working the reception desk.
Awful pillows, asked for new ones and never followed up. Poor service not helping with bags, since it’s a ski resort we obviously turned up with skis and luggage, had to take up stairs ourselves. Breakfast options unsatisfactory.

Good location and central for accessing ski lifts.
The rooms were very small with uncomfortable pillows provided. The restaurant… self-service breakfast provided with coffee’s provided out a machine. The only hot food provided at breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon. There was also not enough food to service the guests provided so had to wait at busy times. At dinner time, the service was really poor with a one course meal taking 2hrs 30mins. We ordered the cote de boeuf that wasn’t cooked to our asking. The restaurant manager was less than impressed when we complained and sent the food back to the kitchen.

Centrally located in the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were allowed to park for free in the garage.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable

Great location, great breakfast, and amazing rooms. The Fornet 6 bed apartment was superb

We fell in love with this town the minut we drove into it. The hotel is in an absolutely excellent location and we could park right in front of the hotel to offload our luggage and then we could go and park our car. Our host that checked us in, was very friendly. Our room was wonderful, but the view....the view! I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was great and the facilities like the swimming pool was excellent! We can't wait to go back when it snows!
There was nothing that we didn't like!
