Ideal location in Salzburg, very clean, welcoming hosts

From the start we felt welcomed and were even offered to have our bags brought up, which was not necessary as we pack light but the gesture was appreciated. The owner and staff greeted us and always asked us if everything was alright whenever we saw them. The apartment is centrally located right on the shopping street. It was quiet in the evening and also quiet when the double windows were closed. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. In the kitchen authentic nespresso capsules were provided, which we know are not always easy to find and they are some of the best coffees so every morning was a great start to the day. They also provided dish soap and cloth and drying towel and lots of cooking and eating utensils. The only thing we had to buy was what we ate. They cleaned the apartment and refreshed our towels several times during our one week stay. For the checkin, there is a checkin bell at the entrance. Just ring it; too easy.

Great location and great rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff and host.

The fact we were in the old town made it such a great experience. Apartment was very nice and our hosts helper was super helpful. We met host who was very friendly and really cared that everything met our expectations.

Perfect!! would stay again!!

Manfred the owner was so kind and welcoming! The apartment was very comfortable and large, location was perfect, in the middle of the old section and within east walking distance of all sights!!

Great Stay in the heart of Salzburg

Fantastic location right in the heart of Salzburg old town. Clean modern well equipped room with a big screen TV. Very friendly staff and check in process.

Room on the fourth floor with no elevator. They have a baggage lift though. The location and amenities more than make for this small inconvenience.

Superb

Amazing location in the hart of the city. Close to everything. Apartment has everything that is needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Absence of elevator is challenge, but even we (+70) successfully passed it :) .

A great place to stay in Salzburg

Big room, very comfortable, fantastic location in the heart of Salzburg

Staff weren't there to let us in at the time we said we'd be there, so we had to wait. The key is very difficult to use; it took about fifteen minutes to figure out the first time, and we were starting to freak out that we would be stuck in the hallway all night. They really should have shown us how the key works before departing.

Modern renovation in a great location

The location is perfect and with the windows shut there is no noise. The air conditioning worked very well. Check-in was easy; our bikes could be stored safely in a room on the first floor, and there is a hoist the staff use to get luggage up the narrow spiral staircase. Wi-Fi was very fast.

One of the photos of this room in the listing (the one showing a dining table and large lounge room) are not of the Luxury Double Room. The room was smaller than I expected based on the photos. The rest of the photos are accurate.

Highly recommend.

Everything went well with receipt of the keys. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Despite very touristy location, nights were rather quiet - no noise from the street below. Location could not be better!

There was nothing I wanted or needed to change.

* The hosts are amazing and very friendly people. They met us on the day of arrival and helped with our luggage. We didn't have any problems with getting the keys. * Apartments are located on a busy street of the old town of Salzburg. Apartments were easy to find. Our family lived on the 4th floor. * Our room was very good and clean with all conveniences. The bed and folding sofa are big enough and soft. * On the 1st floor you can buy delicious ice cream. * Shops, museums, restaurants/bars/cafes, city bus stops are very close. * I recommend City-center apartments for travelers. You will enjoy your stay!

I have no complaints :) Thank you for everything! Hope to see you next time! Bye-bye.

Best place to explore Salzburg

The apartment is spacious and feels brand new. Located in the centre of Salzburg, very close to all attractions. Parking nearby. Very nice people that are there to help and give you advice.

First "post Covid" family vacation in Salzburger. A great choice of city and apartment.

Everything was perfect. Manfred is an excellent host who really ensures that the entire trip goes well. The apartment is in a perfect location in the old city, beautifully renovated to a high standard.

All around awesome

We LOVED everything. Cannot say enough good things about the location. Right in the historic main shopping street. Walkable to everything in town. Manfred was responsive to our needs, he was available by text message, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent and the widows blocked sound from the street below when needed. There were lots of stairs, but we were able to keep the baby carrier downstairs, and there was a dumbwaiter for luggage. Even laundry facilities were conveniently available. Thoughtfully, our family was placed in rooms across from one another- so much more convenient for us than different floors. Ice cream shop on the lowest level was a favorite for our kiddos, and parking in the nearby garage was convenient. Would stay longer if we could!

Nothing at all for us, but be aware of lots of stairs!
