Hôtel sympa, belle petite plage privée

La plage privée avec parasol et sunbeds, la piscine, le restaurant en terrasse était sympa.

Le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Igalo est une boîte de nuit géante l’été donc pas mal de monde et de bruit le soir. Nous avons dormi avec des boules quies.

Fabulous short break in outstanding hotel.

My daughter and I stayed for a 5 night break. The location of the hotel is fantastic.The facilities are beautiful, the spa was amazing. We had massages and they were one of the best we’ve had. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room, although small was lovely and bright and very clean. The views and meals we had in the roof terrace were great.

4 stars at the actual 3 stars level... Quite expensive at the season, basic service package, clean

good hotel, quite clean, staff is supportive and helpful. Stated at 4 stars but much closer to 3... Actually nothing special for a big hotel placed near to the beach. terrace with a beautiful view to the sea but food is very basic (absolutely nothing special) at a high price for it..

elevators are long to wait, breakfast has quite limited choice, quite crowdy at season

General attention to detail was poor. Bathroom fittings had exposed wires/piping, elevator was misaligned to flooring which meant there was a trip hazard. Pool ceiling had a hole in it and the spa facilities were in need of a clean. The overall facilities were nice, but by no means worth the money compared to other hotels in the town

Good modern hotel

very nice and modern hotel. beautiful pool and private beach across the street. also the rooftop restaurant Olive Terrace was amazingly beautiful and delicious. also very friendly staff in the restaurant, in contrast to the receptionists at the reception. You should promote this restaurant much more

The girls at the reception were very unfriendly, they even didn’t say welcome And kept doing what they were doing. They should get lessons from the personel from the Olive terrace. For me it seemed they didn’t get any training in hospitality. Otherwise I would give a 10 in stead of 9.

Overall everything is really good: food, stuff, spa.

1. There was a building right in front of my window(I guess it's some kind of preparation for high season and barely hotel can do anything here but still was annoying). And still, sea was visible and absolutely stunning. 2. I didn't expect that there is no door between living and bed rooms. It's really inconvenient for families with kids.

Beautiful scenery. Friendly personal. Everything is clean. Good looking hotel in general.

One infrared sauna for 2 people, one hammam didn't work, and one usual sauna for 6-7 people. Anyway, you need to wait in the queue. The same with the jacuzzi. Only for 5-7 people. Wait your turn if there are more than 15 people. Bad audio isolation in the room. Gulls will wake you up at 5 am.

Always a great experience

A hotel in Herceg Novi I really like. Perfectly located and comfortable. It's always a great experience. Very clean throughout the hotel with all facilities in perfect condition. Nice and calm place. If you want to enjoy a relaxing moment at the Spa & Wellness area, I highly recommend PalmonBay Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is also good (clean ingredients, a large choice ). We sleep very well. We were reborn after a night. We will return again.

Very kind staff and nice spa and view. We got an upgrade for a room with a beautiful view of greenery and seascape. Solid choice of vegetarian food a la carte.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is clean and the service was at high level. Kids loved the pool.

Great hotel and location

The staff are very helpful The room was very clean and cleaners replenished towels and products when needed Very friendly towards my small dog. Nothing was any trouble for them. Very close to beach and various bars and restaurants.

Booking.com stated dog bed and bowls provided. There was non in the room and when I enquired about this the hotel didn't have any.

Superb

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel! Nice ambience, pleasant staff and overall good value for money. The room was clean and super cozy. Spa center is nice and the pool area looks nice. The outside area is so beautiful and you have plenty of space to enjoy walking and the view is spectacular.

The only thing that we would recommend to check is the water temperature in jacuzzi - it was too hot and uncomfortable even for adults, it was definitely more than 39 degrees.
