Great location, cottage had everything we needed and was clean and tidy with plenty of parking nearby. Good communication when booking and the ferry discount was much appreciated.
The sofa was pretty uncomfortable!
4.2
It was a lovely little place with everything we needed and there is a path you can use to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
Only issue was that the pillows were a little flat, I would recommend taking your own if you usually sleep with two pillows.

Beautiful location, stunning views and a friendly site.
No WiFi and the dvd player on the tv didn’t work, no smart tv so not much to watch in the evenings.

Loved the location and how nice and quiet the site was. Excellent access to the beach and local walks. Perfect for relaxing stay. The weather was great, so I enjoyed the outdoors and explored the local area. Perfect for family stay or as a base for walking holidays around the island.

The chalet was really clean and had everything you would need for your holiday and more ,not just the basic utensils but everything,Chalet seemed bigger on the inside than it looks, Really clean site as well with friendly people .
Nothing really we didn't like if anything it was probably the settee was a bit low and turning off the campsite tricky .
Otherwise nothing

The proximity to Sandown but nice and quiet.
The entrance to the site was very narrow and dangerous.

Everything was as described 👍
Electric meter bit of an inconvenience, but didn't ruin the trip, and turning out of the park was a bit hairy and could do with a bigger mirror as it is on a blind turning

Location was great, accommodation was lovely, site was nice and quiet and so close to the beach and coast path.
Thankfully there was a BT WiFi Hotspot we could get on to so that wasn't an issue for us.
Appreciated the goodies left for us on arrival, was a thoughtful touch.
- There was a slight miscommunication about the coin meter, we were advised we could run a single pound coin through several times; this was not the case and we ended up putting in £12, but this was refunded to us very swiftly by the chalet owner and her communication about the matter was amazing.
- A high chair would have been useful to us.

We had a lovely week, I would recommend.
Great location, could walk to a lovely beach with shop/cafe and toilets. Also plenty to do in the local vicinity at a walkable distance.
Property had everything we needed, very good for a family.
There were a few small things, but overall and for the price paid, I was more than happy. However I will mention them:
-neighbours- could hear music until 11pm, didn’t bother us too much though.
-no dishwasher or laundry facilities
-shower didn’t seem to stay at a constant temp
-no Wi-Fi and not good signal.

welcome pack, very clean, everything you need
no Wi-Fi

.. Fully kitted out with all you may need Great location.Dog friendly
Surrounding area looked run down building left empty and unkept

A well equipped and compact accommodation. Maintained well and kept clean. General location was good with beautiful surrounding scenery ie sea views, cliffs and downs. The ‘goodies’ - bottle wine, box fudge, biscuits, fruit juice and milk left for us was a lovely treat. Texts were much appreciated regarding early access.
The only things we didn’t appreciate was the hidden light coloured dog hairs on the light coloured cushions on the sofa, but this is as much about the thoughtless dog owner as the chalet owner. The dogs shouldn’t have been allowed on the furniture.

Lovely location, very quiet site, close to beach and lovely walks.
Disappointed it said 'Wifi' when there wasn't! My data only worked in the town. Also, the council need to put some dog poo bins around the site, quite alot of dog mess around

Sandtown town was poor. But location of chalet was good

Welcome pack was also appreciated.
