Not worthy for any penny to stay at the hotel,maybe half price to stay at a high end hostel

very poor receptionist while check in.Just ask for payment and give us the room key,never introduce us for the service,location of the facility,and so on. there’s a wedding,and so loudly over 9 o’clock,which make people can not get rest. The restroom at the swimming pool is stinky. The breakfast is a very small portion, only enough for the elementary students. There is no privacy at the room.The window at the room can be seen by the people at the parking lot.

Good hotel for getaway from city.

I like the view and the meal this location provided. It's a very good location that good for a little getaway from city, for people who came visit kwnting for many times, this would be a good spot for sleep over

We booked a two twin room, somehow my mattress wasn't secured enough, so it makes me feel like I slept on the boat.

Way beyong exceptional

Beautiful resort-like property tucked away in the hills of the national park make it very quiet and pleasant experience. The staff was extremely helpful and went to extra lengths to help with all forms of transportation as well as requests for adding an additional bed in the room. The food was excellent, not a huge selection (breakfast is a set and not a buffet) but what they offered was terrific and portions were good sized. The rooms were clean and the well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also has many activities during the day and even stargazing with a guide during the evening (as weather permits). The scenery is second to none with a view of the ocean and awesome sunsets. The hotel also offers free shuttle service down to the night market as well as to the Kenting National Park and even a discount for entry tickets.

Kenting is a little out of the way but the shuttle service the hotel offers helps and the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation options for our needs. But if you do plan to visit the Kenting area, you must make this property a priority!

The sea view rooms offer a great view of the ocean and the nearby park. The room itself is fairly large and well equipped but of course the view is what you came for. Along with the location that is within the famous national park area. A free shuttle takes you to both the nearby parks as well as the beaches. Though you would need to arrange your own transportation to more distant locations. Breakfast is free and high quality. The swimming pool is pretty good as well though I did not swim much as I found the view from my bathtub in my own room more appealing. Staff are nice and service is good. Not a five star resort but a perfectly located four star resort.

Comfy stay with good facilities

Decent breakfast with good amount. Definitely enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and wide lawn for sunset and breeze.
