Ocksana was as amazing as every single review said she was. And more! She will do anything for you and certainly makes sure your stay is worth every minute and is hassle free. The chalet was a great amount of space for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire chalet was clean and of a great standard. You can order fresh baguettes and croissants every morning, and they were incredible. The entire Chalet has that real ski feeling. We woke up every morning to snowfall, and as it is on the slopes, you have the most stunning views of the Alps.
Whilst you can walk to the town, it is not practical, certainly not to get groceries. It is a walk down one of the busiest ski runs, and the walk back up is steep. But the Skidoo will take you down after the slopes have closed, and the Skidoo is a great fun ride down to the town. But we needed the medical centre and pharmacy during the day, and this was not accessible for us until after the slopes closed. If it was an emergency though, they are able to take the Skidoo down during the day. The Chalet is not sound proof, so it can be very noisy (we had a noisy group next door to us), but I guess that is just the luck of the draw! The Chalet is above Bar360, which is a popular Apre-Ski bar from 3pm to 6pm Sunday to Friday.

Great location, skidoo to town was great, nice size apartment
Really poor sound insulation between apartments - some disturbance by other apartments

clean, comfortable and very well looked after

brilliant location, great staff and wonderful stay, thank you!
Could do with an extra bathroom, 2 between 12 was a bit squishy! Given the remote location, either some essentials on arrival E.g. washing up stuff/ extra loo roll…or a note to say what to bring or order in advance would be great.

Ocksana was definetly amazing and the greatest guide you can get, she will help you with absolutely everything. The location is perfect for skiing.
The location is not that good if you want to go out at night. You need to book skidoo in advance and be a bit organised. Not to mention it is very cold at night depending on the period you are visiting. The appartment was smaller in reality, but overall it was a good place to stay.

The location is amazing. You sleep on top of the mountain next to two ski lifts. You’ll be the first on the slope and in the lifts. The walk back and forth to Val Thorens is only 20 minutes and a great little adventure every day. Once you’ve left the town and are walking across a dark piste you can see more stars than you ever see in the city. The people who work there are super nice and will bring you to town, or pick you up, with their snow scooters if you want.
This is important: the walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbors whisper to each other. I’m not kidding. You can literally hear everything. At night, if they turn around in their beds you can hear their sheets move. There’s zero privacy in your room and everything you say they will hear. Everything they say you will hear. There are literal holes in the walls through with you can SEE into the other appartement. My daughters didn’t want to change their clothing in their rooms because of the holes. I didn’t sleep well the whole week. Until they fix this I can’t recommend you stay here, unless you don’t mind sleeping with strangers, because that’s what it will feel like.
