Nice convenient place to stay in Shibuya. This place worked well for our family stay!

The property is in a great location. Close to many restaurants and shops in Shibuya.

The proximity to all the key points of interest in Shibuya.

長期滞在にはいいかもしれませんが、２～３日以内の宿泊なら利用はしないと思いました。

渋谷駅周辺で探していたのでよかった。ただ駅から少し遠い為、大きな荷物がある場合タクシーの利用をおすすめいたします。

無人ホテルなので、入館までにかなりの時間を要してしまった。最終便の飛行機で東京につき、電車を乗り継いで疲れ切っていたところに寒い中入口で入れず疲れ果ててしまいました。問い合わせの電話も少し分かりにくく合計4回電話をかけなおしました。ラインも2つあるため戸惑いだらけです

Great location, supermarket across the street. Spacious and clean kitchen

Remove Distinct smell in bathroom, and a toaster in kitchen would have been nice

There are too many rules to feel comfortable. It feels as if previous guests have taken advantage and ruined it for future guests because of the amount of rules that there are.

A just good enough place for a short stay close to central shibuya

Location is close to central Shibuya. Host allowed us to drop in our luggage's early before checkin

Limited size pocket wifi for a wifi. Feels squeezy for 5 adults and luggage's. Bed and pillows a little uncomfortable. Lots of small signs and rules on what you should and cant do. Like being in school.

Location is great for shopping and eating out

Location, location, location

Cleanliness was poor. The place was very dusty. Lots of signage threatening to enforce fines - made the place feel very very unwelcoming

Super convenient place to stay with enough space to hang out near Shibuya.

Being close to Shibuya, but a tiny bit away from the noise was both comfortable and convenient. Easy to access and use at any hour when jetlag had our group up at early hours.

If you are used to concierge and being able to ask someone questions that is not on-site. But they are responsive to emails and provide a useful into file for utilizing everything in the room.

Exceptional

The location was amazing! I loved how close it was to everything. Taking my family and friends out around Shibuya was so easy from this place.

We wish there was more flexibility in being able to book another night. Unfortunately, we were told after that there wasn't availability.

It was stated that it could take 3x adults but there were only 2x beds with one larger that could fit two small people in it.

Great perfect but quiet central Shibuya location in a large clean apartment.

A perfect holiday apartment for exploring Shibuya. Location is PERFECT a stone’s throw from the action in Shibuya but still very quiet. It is a large apartment for Tokyo standards and very comfortable for a family of 4. The apartment was clean and bedding clean.

While acceptably clean - There was a bit of dust and more attention to detail from the cleaner would be an improvement.

Great for a short stay for tourists but not adapted for long business trip.

The location is great - next to everything but not noisy. Staff were agreeable and quick.

Check-in procedure didn't work - had to wait for staff (who came right away but still was disconcerting after an international flight)). OK but not as clean as I would have liked. (Dirty inside fridge). Too much furniture - can't move around in the space. Yet, no desk of any kind. Fine for a short stay but was not really comfortable enough for working for 2 weeks.

Another Great Place to Stay

It was conveniently located to plenty restaurants and small bars.

Getting in was a little tricky but I soon figured it out. Just press the buttons harder. Lol.

Worst Hotel Ever

They charged me 2 times for the same room, this should not be a mistake, I am still waiting for them to refund my money. Not reccomended, worst service ever !
