Could have been better

Overall staff is very polite and check in was smooth. Location is abit far from city center but we love the quite neighborhood. Opposite of the hotel has fresh mart and clothing store. One of the staff even offered me his bike to quickly drop by 711 to get some food. Also HK lend us a big fan as our AC is totally out and require servicing, we were offered to move to other rooms which is smaller and the AC also don't work properly. We had to turn it down as it's a hassle since we are travelling with childrens. Hope the management can check on this from time to time to avoid all the hassle for future guests.

Room is abit dusty, AC not working properly, no proper maintenance was done. Overall room was dusty, lobby is totally hot, AC is not turned on or probably no service was done. We only stayed for a night and decide to checkout early the next morning. Toilet ceiling in the family suite is broken and has hole on it. We have to simply cover it up ourself with toilet paper just to be sure there's no pest coming out from it. There's so much of improvement that could have been done. Last but not least, the linens on the beds has spot stains here and there.

The unit was clean but there was no elevator to the 3rd floor.

It was new and clean.

We had to walk up to the third floor.

Spotless clean

The property was spotless clean. We came in the room and the room smelt good. Refreshing stay.

We came as a couple so expected a queen/king bed. But we got two single bed. We could not move the bed closer as there is a irremovable bed table in the middle. But it was fine.

Clean apartment

This is a spotless clean clinical empty apartment. Nothing special, not in a great location, but a comfortable stopover for taking the ferry the next day. The apartment eas exactly as in the pictures. There is no breakfast and the hotel lobby or staff offer little atmosphere, but for a stopover that is fine.

Worth of Your Money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Savana Hotel, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made me feel immediately at home. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream each night of my stay. But what really set Savana Hotel apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from recommending the best tourist spot to advising the best "Ikan Bakar" restaurant!

Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality

My second time stay at this hotel! Great stay, comfy bed, great location, good services & hospitality, and salute to staff yg amazing!! (Mr. Fazli (Receptionist) & young lady, lupa nak tanya nama awak :D We will be happy to come back! :)
