Ottima posizione, camera spaziosa e pulita, letto molto comodo. La camera era silenziosa e ben esposta al sole del mattino, parcheggi liberi a due passi. Il proprietario Gianni molto gentile e disponibile.

In that amazing place I restarted myself, and It was the best for me.

The room was clean and fancy style. The area is perfect to enjoy your holiday, quiet and relaxing place. I had a good food, are a few restaurants around and it’s cheap. Gianni is amazing guy, everything you need. He is there for you. He gave us the access to the beach for free, that was a good deal for us. Definitely, I will think to go there again.

Perfect location, 2 mins walk to the beach, complimentary sun beds and umbrella on the private part of the beach

Wish it had a better view of the sea but the buildings on the beach were in the way

Gianni did everything to make us feel at home and welcome. He let us use his Stand Up Paddle, gave us recommendations where to go and what to do and was always available to help. Grazie mille per averci fatto sentire a casa =) Ci vediamo presto.

Good location - It was near to shops and right next to the beach. The owner was nice and very helpful. Room was clean and had what we needed.

Gianni was a very nice and accommodating host and enabled us an amazing vacation. The room was very nice and clean. He even provided us with a beach bag and bathing things. The TV had a Netflix account and the beach was 2 minutes away from the accommodation. Highly recommended - thank you!

Perfect, great location & everything we needed

Perfect location, just seconds away from Poettto beach! Gianni the host was excellent & provided us with sunbeds at the beach daily along with towels & a beach bag! He even arranged for us to switch to balcony room & was on hand to help us with any questions we had throughout our stay! The apartment is 2 minutes walk from a bus stop that takes you directly into Cagliari town, this takes 20 mins

Excellent host, very welcoming and in a great location.

It’s in a great location right next to the beach and a short bus ride into the centre. Gianni our host was very welcoming. He was very helpful for the duration of our stay. The room and bathroom was very comfortable as well as a nice balcony.

Prime beach holiday location

The area we were in and the assistance from Gianni in feeling comfortable was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us get settled. Would recommend Poseidon Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room to explore Sardinia!

It was a great stay. The room had everything you needed and a perfect location. Very close to the Sea and Beach. A modern TV with netflix and a small Balcony. Gianni offered us even free umbrella for the beach.

The Walls are very Thinn. At one night our Neighbours were very loud so it wasnt easy to Sleep.

Excellent accommodation and so close to Poetto beach! The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The room was fitted with a large screen TV with Netflix, and had WiFi, and Nespresso machine. Gianni, the host, was extremely helpful and always available by phone. I highly recommend Poseidon Rooms.

The perfect beach holiday at Poseidon Rooms

Everything was perfect in this accommodation, the room has everything one needs for a holiday at the beach: air conditioner, closet, mini bar, super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean and the location was perfect, right in front of the beach and a few km away from the city. The host was super kind and always willing to provide advice and/or suggestions of what to do in the surroundings. I highly recommend this accomodation!

Excellent choice

Extremely clean, neat and modern room. Balcony was a nice addition and the location is great - directly opposite a stunning beach. Gianni, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very good

- Near to the beach - Clean - Good size room - Coffee machine (for coffee lover) - Good bathroom - It has TV with Netflix

- If you dont go here by car, the bus going to the Cagliari city, is not often and no night bus (last time around 23.00) - It is bit noisy if the apartment has more people staying.. (not noise from outside) - The balcony is bit meh, mostly you get the view of the back of beach club.

Superb

Very close to the beach, new rooms, the rooms with a balcony are nicer. Shower is nice but a bit small. Nice TV with Netflix. WiFi good. Gianni the owner was extremely helpful during our stay. He also gave us free umbrella and chairs at the beach d'Aquilla the entire stay which we appreciated very much

It is not a B&B or hotel so you have to clean it yourself but Gianni did let us use the Dyson to clean up the floors. Not a big deal at all. A great place to stay for a beach vacation.
