great pre organisation of the trip
the apartment was a little unclean and unwelcoming, though it was quickly rectified by Tina, then we had lots of loo running and shower no working, but it all got sorted, very easy and the balcony was lovely to sit out on, possibly wouldn't grab the penthouse for the usage of steep steps, up and down with glasses etc, though nice if as nearly a split apartment

Spacious, quietness, view, lovely board walk.Security staff were always very friendly and helpful.
We didn't have a car so grocery shopping was a little bit difficult but we got used to it...
On a very small issue, afew more dish washer tablets and washing machine tablets would have helped.

The apartment is modern and spacious, we had the two bedroom apartment and both bedrooms came with en suite. The Urbanización is well maintained and secure. The apartments decor is cute and the views from the terrace are sensational.
Unfortunately for this there is a list.
1) The pools maintenance is poor. The pool tiling is falling off at an alarming rate, everyday we had to deal with more debris and tiles in the water, we stopped swimming in it after the 4th day because the water became so dirty. Management claims the pools are to be cleaned once a week but we had issues with the pool guy, first time he came he said he had come the day before (not possible we were there all day) then upon request he came for a second time to “clean” the pool but he was there for only five minutes and then emptied the net back into the water. The ph and chlorine levels weren’t checked either.
2) The second bedroom had a rancid smell. I don’t know what it is or why it happens but you couldn’t have guests staying in that room, the smell is too bad. The master bedroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it previously (there were pieces of tobacco under the thin mattress?)
3) The bathrooms have bugs that scurry across the floor.
4) the cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t the best. We found used chewing gum pieces in places around the apartment. The bed was stained and debris under the mattress. There was a lot of hair. Cutlery and glasses dirty and the fridge smelt like it had been cleaned with dusting cleaner (like furniture polish).
The last thing, it comes across super tight to only provide one loo roll and barely any cleaning items. You shouldn’t have to pay for your apartment to be cleaned when you spend over 2900 euros for just over a week.

Apartment was spacious and clean, terrace was a very good size and in a quiet area.
The private pool requires some maintenance, few missing tiles etc

Our apartment was situated very well, with beautiful view. Apartment had huge terrace with a pool where one could find place to sunbath or hide in shadow.
Dishwasher not working properly. In general the electric equipment would use some upgrade.
9.0
We absolutely loved the position in the complex and the view from the apartment. It couldn't have been better. We also appreciated the unexpected upgrade and the help provided by Katarina when required.
Well equipped kitchen and good washing machine etc. Perhaps a couple of smaller kitchen mixing bowls would be good.
The office wasn't staffed when we arrived , it said open until 18.00 , we arrived 17.45 . We struggled foe 25 mins ! to find the apartment in the large complex.
The gym needs some maintenance.
We stayed for three weeks and no complimentary change of linen was offered. If we stayed for 3 separate weeks, presumably the linen would be changed between each rental. This seems a bit petty.
The dishwasher didn't clean when we first used it but when we gave it a good deep clean, including the filters, it worked a treat. I think perhaps this should be part of the cleaning schedule.

This apartment is located in fabulous part of Estepona. The flat is with amazing facilities. All were so cleaned. This area is located too close to the center of Estepona, nice supermarkets. Surrounding area( outside) is very clean and there are a lot of beautiful flowers and trees.
I don’t have any claims

Very straightforward. From arrival with the keys with the security, he gave directions which were very easy to follow.
The apartment was great. Perfect space for three of us.
Estepona is beautiful and there is lots of see along the Senda Literal.
The property was generally good. The pool was a little chilly and the nearby beaches were ok but would be nice to have had loungers or shades available.
We needed to use taxis but the taxi number provided was very reliable.
Carre Four wasn’t too far away and was amazing! Haha

spacious and plenty of furniture, kitchen well equipped.
the stairs were very rickety and has me exposed wire guides that had some caps missing on the end, that almost caught our little lad a few times.

Generally positive, spacious 1 bedroomed flat in upmarket development. Good indoor pool when it was working. Manageress and maintenance man very helpful and dealt with the several problems promptly. Excellent access to the paseo and beachfront. Whole urbanisation modern and upmarket. Minecraft type architecture!
Considering the cost, over 2K euros for 4 weeks I expected everything to work, however there were continual breakages or items not working. Electronic keys to front gate and pool not working, microwave broken, wifi broke, TV loss programming, heating only worked at low level and pool broken for last week. Although manageress / maintenance man fixed most of this, it was a hassel! My car was broken into in the underground car park and my fold up bike stolen. Then discovered the car parking has no CCTV and spaces can be rented/ bought by people not living in the urbanisation.

Lovely well equipped apartment, great sea views
Underground carpark is very tight! A bar / restaurant on site would of been a bonus.

it’s location, high quality apartment. any problems we had were fixed promptly.
not enough plates,, cups, bowls etc in the kitchen

The apartment was spotless. Although a very large complex, the apartment and terrace were extremely private. Terrace was a really good size with own pool (not heated). Good gym and nice indoor heated pool.
We stayed here in winter and there was not much sun on the balcony in our apartment through the day.....but this would probably be a bonus in summer

2nd stay at Bahia apartment. Location fantastic! Beautiful walk into Estepona. Concierge/security very friendly & helpful. Apartment a great size for family of 4 with everything in kitchen you need for holiday. Beds very comfortable! View of lower pool and sea to wake up to sunrise every morning was bliss!
Don’t like picking out negatives & had no impact on stay. all dining chairs were shedding leather, could do with being replaced. Main bedroom en-suite door didn’t close as appeared to be water damage. Damp smell in 2nd bedroom. Didn’t require but extra pillow in wardrobe might be beneficial

The apartment was a home from home , comfortable well equipped , stunning views of Gibraltar in the distance .The indoor pool and gym were wonderful and spotlessly maintained /cleaned
underfloor heating was lovely for the evenings of late November .

Fantastic Property… perfect for a family of 4. Everything we needed for a great stay.
Outdoor pool which we knew about but hotels in the same area still had there pools open. the private roof top pool was too cold in October to use so was a waste for us. Would be nice if it was heated but none of this is a surprise to us. we maybe would book a room in future which had more sun to heat the pool.

Lovely apartments, huge balcony and private pool was great
Some facilities closed plus the opening time for the indoor pool were pretty poor given the outdoor pools closed due to off season

A very spacious apartment, two bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room. Large terrace with swimming pool. There is a swimming pool with a lifeguard on the premises. A separate place by the sea for sunbathing. good location, peace and quiet. I recommend.
7.0
Very good beds. Location is in the walking distance from Estepona, which is a beautiful town full of flowers. Great swimming pools. The whole complex was well maintained and clean.
Furniture on the upper terrace was old and dirty. We couldn’t use it. There are nearly no restaurants nearby. There were a lot of seaweeds on the beach and no service that would clean them. We also struggled with mosquitoes.
9.0
Great location and fantastic sea view from the balcony.
The apartments has everything one needs.
Comfortable bed, spacey rooms and balcony.
Quiet area but close to Estepona with restaurants and bars. Groceries walking distance.
Definitely coming back.
Bathtub could be a little bit cleaner but otherwise the whole apartment was cozy and spotless.
