I did not eat breakfast. The location was great for viewing. Having coffee on the lani every morning taking in the view was more than I ever expected. The Happy Talk lounge has great food and provided an awesome view of the bay. Very relaxing and decent prices.
Parking needs huge improvement. It was very inconvenient.

Gorgeous view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai (I think). Short but steep walk to quiet protected beach and good snorkeling. Plenty of utensils, plates, bowls. AC works well. Convenient ground floor for older guests. The guys maintaining the grounds and driving the golf carts were pretty nice.
Interior needs upgrading and updating to match the location. Mattresses are pretty soft. Some bath fixtures are loose. Cheap plastic shower curtains, rod fell down easily. Linens and carpet are pretty worn. Old fashioned keys. If you rent the entire unit, you get keys that only open one of the three doors. Checkin process took too long. They have to give you and count door keys, card keys for gym, pool towels (you have to walk to lobby to exchange them, no towel service at pool), and wrist bands that you have to wear always on the property (my sister was caught without one and told by staff in an unfriendly tone "I'll let you go this time"), all of which are counted at checkout. I suppose they do have people from the neighborhood walking through the property to get to the beach.

I loved the location, comfort of the room, full kitchen, amazing views, pool, tennis courts, hot tubs, etc.
I wish that the restaurant had availability for a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. More activities would be nice also.
