Für mich stimmt Preis-Leistung leider gar nicht.

Es war sauber. Die Grundausstattung des Zimmers war auch sehr gut.

Die Glastür zur Toilette kombiniert mit einem Bewegungsmelder für das Licht ist sehr störend. Entweder man steht dann im Dunkeln unter der Dusche oder beleuchtet das Zimmer in der Nacht. Ausserdem fehlten Gabeln (es gab eine für 3 Personen) und Löffel. Das Fehlen jeglichen Ansprechpartners ist besonders schlecht, wenn die Zimmernachbarn bis 4 Uhr morgens Party machen.

Habitación grande , cocina equipada con lo esencial. Habitación con vistas al lago. Cerca de supermercado. Zona tranquila y muy cerca de Lucerna. Enfrente parada de bus.

. La entrada costó algo porque la cerradura no reconocía el móvil. Nos abrieron y una empleada que había de casualidad nos indicó una máquina donde hacerte la tarjeta .

I will recommend for 4 people. easy to get with bus also.

Self checking was interesting and helpful. Location is good, bus stop just front of the gate. Internet connection was great and room was very cleaning. Kitchen is small but fit for purpose.

Flexi Timings, Comfy Beds, Great Location, Bathroom - little weird

1. Early Check-In & Late Check-out : We were allowed to check-in at 13:00 even though the actual check-in time was 16:00. Huge thanks for that. We were also allowed to extend the check-out time so that we didn't have to rush during the morning. 2. Room - We booked a bigger room and it was very spacious with comfy beds. Having a small kitchenette saved us a lot of money eating outside. The room was very clean and we weren't asked to deep-clean the room before check-out (unlike many other hotels) 3. Location - Beautiful location (reel worthy), next to a bus stop (bus number 20), near to shawarma shop, super convenient location.

1. Toilet/Bathroom- Yes, as most people mentioned, you'll feel embarrassed while using the toilet. The door doesn't lock (for some reason that is the norm in every hotel we stayed in Switzerland), the door is translucent and due to the high ceiling, the door is not big enough to make you feel like you are in a toilet. It feels more like you are still in the bedroom. Which is very uncomfortable when staying with a bunch of people.

Habitación muy limpia y nueva. Con lo necesario para pasar 4 noches. el autobús lo tienes justo al lado y te deja en el centro de la ciudad. no hay recepción, te mandan una “llave digital” a través de una app y así abres todo. Tiene una sala con un pequeño espacio para que los niños puedan jugar

No hay aire acondicionado y los dias de mucho calor es un poco agobiante (luego a media noche ya refresca algo).

Sympa, pas trop loin de la ville en voiture, parking cher et kitchenette très appréciée.

La kitchenette, la literie, la chambre en général était top pour un couple. Il ne faut pas être géné par les accès aux toilettes non isolée de la chambre.

Le parking trop cher, même si on était déjà au courant. Le détecteur de lumière dans la salle de bain, s’active que quand il veut. La vaisselle était mal lavée.

Very good place to stay.

Check in process is so smooth. Really like the place since everything is completed. Hotel also really nice. Really quite during night.

Hope they will provide shower and shampoo. Haha.

Когда я резервировала отель, было указано вид на горы! А когда мы открыли жалюзи то был вид на гору да, на гору с мусором, на гору дров, на гору цистерн. Но явно не то, что я ожидала увидеть. Я считаю это обманом, если бы показывали заранее вид с окна, а не только красивую картинку, то я бы еще подумала стоит ли мне резервировать именно этот отель. Красивый вид из окна для меня был очень важен. И мы очень разочаровались! Красивый вид был с другой стороны, и пустые номера, но почему то нас разместили именно на задний двор.

Um hotel ideal para quem vai trabalhar, visitar a vila ou Lucerna.

Da funcionalidade do quarto, do sossego, da limpeza e conforto. Simpatia do pessoal de staff, sempre disponíveis a ajudar.

Nada. Bem talvez a falta de uma tomada eléctrica europeia para ligar o Portátil, mas facultaram um adaptador.

Sehr komfortable Zimmer für die bequeme Eigenversorgung

Topp eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Herd, Wasserkocher, Geschirr alles was man braucht für die Selbstversorgung. Betten groß und bequem, gut geheizt und die Möglichkeit Getränke und Snacks im Aufenthaltsraum zu erwerben. Blich auf die umliegenden Berge, wie das Pilatusmassiv.

Der self check in mit App, ohne Rezeption, war etwas schwierig für mich.

I like the view from our balcony. It’s super amazing!! 🤩 The contactless check-in went smooth. The wifi strength is also superb.

I just hope that the bathroom door has a lock.

Top Studio an top Lage

Das Badezimmer, der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Bequeme Betten. Die kleine aber sehr feine Küche. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr zufrieden! 👌

Man muss Glück haben

Die Lage zur HSLU ist perfekt und auch das einzige Hotel in der nähe mit vernünftigen Preisen.

In dem Zimmer hat es ganz übel gestunken. Es ist nun schon das 2. Mal bei 3 Aufenthalten das ich ein Zimmer erhalten habe, dass ganz übel nach Curry, Schweiss und undefinierbaren Gerüchen gestunken hat. Man bekommt es auch mit viel Lüften nicht aus dem Zimmer und es ist kaum zu ertragen.

Pedimos vista e era vista para empresa de construção. Máquina de snacks cobrou 10 dólares por um suco de 2 francos. Se você não é europeu não tem como pagar o estacionamento e leva multa (bom levar bastante moeda). Camas desconfortáveis e lençóis sujos e escuros. Banheiro com porta de vidro em um quarto de grupo. Cozinha minúscula e que não pode cozinhar pois se o sensor de fumaça que fica EM CIMA do fogão dispara tem que pagar 1.000,00 francos. Quartos, hotel e elevador necessita do APP, então se estiver sem internet ou bateria no celular fica trancado para fora. Luz do banheiro é com sensor e se você está tomando banho ou fazendo as necessidades quieto fica no escuro. Não tem UM funcionário para uma emergência. Hall fedia cigarro. Cadeira de balanço no quarto ficava em baixo do cofre e um dos hóspedes se machucou ao bater a cabeça na quina do cofre.

Однозначно рекомендую. Не зважаючи на негативні нюанси, перебуванням задоволена. Недорого та гарно.

Не зважаючи на деякі незручності в номері, проживання сподобалося. Доступний wi -fi, платний недорогий підземний паркінг ( доба -7 франків, але автомат приймає лише монети), з ключем розібралися доволі швидко, розташування в спокійному районі, недалечко від автомагістралі, красиві краєвиди. В номері прибрано та тепло. Є холодильник та невелика морозильна камера. Є необхідна посуда для розігріву чи приготування нескладної їжі, кавомашина, мікрохвильова піч.

Але два мінуси, які вплинули на враження від перебування в готелі. Перше, розетки. Фен в номері відсутній, скористатися своїм не змогла так як розетка там швейцарська. Про це має бути попереджено гостів з інших країн або залишено в користування якийсь перехідник. Це не дорого, але клієнт буде задоволений. Прийшлось сушити волосся без фену, що не зручно, особливо в зимовий період і особливо коли це несподівано і зранку. По-друге, світло у ванній кімнаті. Купатися приходилось з ліхтариком в телефоні, так як світло просто виключалося за відсутності рухів булі унітазу. Це не то що, не зручно, це абсурдно, особливо вночі, коли навколо темно ще й світло виключається.. Виправте це, будь-ласка. По-третє, відсутність окремого світла в спальній зоні і окремого кухні. Одне яскраве світло на всю кімнату. З дітьми це не зручно. Має бути окреме світло.

Buen apartamento para visitar Lucerna

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca del lago y zona de baño (precioso paisaje) y a 10 minutos del centro de Lucerna. Buena relación calidad precio (contando que es Suiza), limpio, moderno y con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. El wifi funciona rápido.

La entrada al alojamiento se hace por medio de una aplicación que hay que descargar y tienes que tener un teléfono con sistema NFC, lo cual puede resultar complicado. Esto deberían explicarlo bien en las condiciones de la reserva. Hay que pagar parking (7€ el día). El lavabo tiene puerta de cristal y no cubre todo el espacio, con poca intimidad.

Für mein Zweck es war alles OK. UNI Horw war nur 5 min zu Fuss weitweg, deswegen Praktisch.

Das Zimmer war einfach und sympatisch eingerichtet. Alles was man für die Küche braucht war es dabei. Badezimmer es war sauber. Internet genug Stark. Ich war nur am Abend wegen ein Studium ins Zimmer. Danke für die Kaffekapseln. (wäre gut wenn noch das Kafferahmen dabei waren)

Ich habe nur 2 Bemerkungen: Ein Haartrockner ins Badezimmer wäre noch Ideal, es war keins zu Verfügung. Und Internet Login beschrieben Sie bitte im Zimmer.

Schönes Zimmer ohne Privatsphäre

Es war gut organisiert, freundlich und übersichtlich, außerdem gut erreichbar. Mit Balkon

Die Badezimmertür existiert eigentlich nicht, ist aus Milchglas, oben und unten offen, schickes Design, doch in Ruhe auf Toilette geht nicht.

Teljesen korrekt, szép szállás, ismét ezt választanám. Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk.

Minden volt, amire szükségünk lehetett. Tiszta volt a szoba. Kávé is volt, kedves kis csoki várt minket az asztalon.

Néhol a plafon sarkában pókháló volt, de ez csak kicsit volt zavaró. Egyedül az volt még fura, hogy a fürdőszoba ajtó nem teljes, tehát minden kihallatszik ami a fürdőszobában történik.

Nice place to stay in Lucerne away from crowd.

The property is located slightly away from city but easily accessible by bus (stoppage just in front) and train (7-8 minutes walk from Horw train station). Quiet and pleasant surroundings. Sports complex right in front. Though contactless check in and check out yet help was provided on a phone call. Overall nice experience.

The room was very warm during afternoon and evening due to setting Sun. There is no AC in the room and the fan was given after requesting.

It was the only decent option to stay nearby Lucerne for us, it's not very far from town if you have a car.

The check in process is not good as you have to download an app and use blutooth to open front door, so i had to struggle as booked for family arriving earlier, they did not have good mobile internet as travelling from far away, the support via WatsApp was messy, not friendly at all, at some point they just stopped responding to questions. Very stressful experience.

The apartment was very cleaned.

The bathroom is not an independent stance, so there isn't any privacy in case of use. They should improve their communication with the clients. We reported a couple of issues to them in several occasions and was needed a couple of days.

Good for somewhere to arrive late and leave early if just touching down.

Clean and shower had good water pressure. It had bunk beds for the children rather than a sofa bed.

Very basic. Stark and shower room did not have a full door in the middle of room next to the kitchen unit. Despite trying for ages we could not get the car charger to work. Next to industrial facilities which started at 7am. Swiss electrical points are quite unique if you are just passing through.
