Weak internet signal in room

The location is good and the prices are low for Switzerland standards. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly.

The wi-fi signal in my room was non-existent. It got very hot during the day, and there was no air-conditioning. The hotel does not have an elevator.

Big clean room with nice views. Staff was very friendly.

Wifi didn't work well but fortunately was able to use the next building's wifi

We shall definitely not come back to this hotel.

The location

No staff, reception was closed. No elevator in building, no refrigerator in the room. No breakfast served. As reception was closed, payment had to be made through bank transfer, generating exorbitant bank fees because Switzerland is not in the Euro zone..

Excellent service. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service. The team is amazing. It's quite rare when the team goes above and beyond, but this is exactly the case here. And their restaurant is excellent. If we lived in proximity, we would happily return as regular customers to the restaurant.

a cute place to stay close to the station but not modern convenience

Located few mins of walking from the station In a lovely neighborhood

I was asked to provide my personal info handwritten on a paper sheet (quite traditional when it's now a tech world!) I was shown a bill at time of check in to pay for the room, and I had to ask them to double check that I had already paid on booking.com Inconvenient access (need a card to even enter the building besides climbing up and down the room) Quite worn out furniture & curtains were not only extra long but transparent for not much privacy

Superb little Inn and an easy walk to the train station.

A superb little place in Tannay, just a short walk from the train station with lots of choice on trains going both directions on Lake Geneva. We had 3 rooms, 2 with a shower and one with a bath and shower over. Really friendly staff and a superb restaurant (although pricey like most decent places in Switzerland) on the ground floor where we ate on the first night. Breakfast isn’t an option at the hotel but there is a bakery with lots of seating just a few steps round the corner. Lovely staff there too and plenty of choice on croissants and pastries with coffee, juice and yoghurt. This is well used by the locals and serves as the local convenience store too.

Smoking on the terrace downstairs drifted in to open bedroom windows. That’s a common problem across France and Switzerland, smoking is far more prevalent than in the UK.

Very comfortale stay and great hospitality

Very flexible host and willing to help. We arrived in the night due to a train delay and he was very understanding and supporting to find a solution so we could enter the hotel at late hours. Thank you!

shut when we arrived. had to phone to get instructions on how to access our room. room pretty basic but clean and comfortable. no breakfast available.

Exzellent restaurant with five or six quite spacious, well equipped rooms in the middle of a quaint little village. Friendly staff. very good value for money.
