Brillant views, great host, spacious well-equipped apartment.

The host was great. Ermine met us at the port and helped us with our luggage. He drove us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the property and recommended places to visit and places to eat. He was always at hand to answer any questions we had. He also gave us a welcome bottle of good quality wine and then went off to get us some washing powder but also gave us a couple of ice cold beers when he returned. The apartment is located high enough up the hill to give a great view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings and played cards at night. The property is spacious, benefits from very good air conditioning a large kitchen area, two double bedrooms with wardrobes plus a double sofa bed. Plenty for our family of two parents and two children (aged 18 and 15). Our 15 year old is bigger than the adults so he was pleased to get one of the double rooms. We had plenty of individual bottles of body wash and shampoo, loads of towels and everything needed for a fully functioning kitchen including four hob cooker, oven, grill, microwave, fridge and freezer. TV with local stations and good wifi. A short, quite steep short cut links the property to the harbour. You also have five short flights of stairs once you get to the property. In the heat of mid summer I found myself dripping with sweat by the time I entered the room. But if you slow down and pace yourself it’s not so bad. But if you have a heart condition or overweight take this into consideration. I’d have no hesitation in booking this property again. Great host, amazing views, large spacious property, excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

Nothing really. The walk up is challenging but short and the views more than make up for the effort.

Perfect vacation!!

Ermin is a fantastic host! Always helpning the Customer when they need anything. When we arrive to Bol the electricity was down in 4 coutries including Croatia for some hours. He help us to get food in the supermarket even when it was close. We get the food via Ermins friend at the backdoor and payed the day after, very very helpfull!!!👍🏼❤️

Excellent stay in a spacious apartment in fantastic location.

Spacious, clean apartment. Close to restaurants and walking distance to town centre, beach and supermarket. Ermin, the caretaker, was extremely hospitable and provided us with excellent concierge service, including pick-up and drop-off from the ferry port.

welcoming host, great Accomodation, great place for the 4 of us

Ermin! our host was just so helpful. he picked us up from the ferry and stored our luggage in his car the day we checked out! Had two great bedrooms and a comfy sofa. location was spot on.

Fabulous stay in excellent location

We had a fabulous stay in Ermin’s apartment. The apartment was modern and sparkling clean with all the appliances we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was excellent only 3 minutes walk into the centre of the town with shops/ restaurants nearby. Ermin was an excellent host. He was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us out. He collected us from the port on our arrival and was so accommodating on our final day, keeping our bags safe and driving us to and from the beach and port. We have never experienced a host being as kind and accommodating as Ermin had been. He really made our stay so special. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Bol.

Bol itself is a beautiful place, so just being there was already putting me in a good mood. On top of that accommodation itself was perfect. The apartment is modern and well-furnished. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location was very close to the port, so everything was within walking distance.

Ive should have skipped Istra and spent whole holidays in Bol :)

Amazing service, best host that I have ever had! He met us to give us the keys, drove us to the place and our friends at a separate time from the port, helped us bring our suitcases, provided water, chocolate and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Was available for anything in case we needed something else, and was overall so lovely. We checked out at 10am, but he kept our belongings in his car and transported it to the port for 4:30pm when we were leaving. Couldn't speak higher of Ermin and the place was great too, well air conditioned, rooms were good and the pull out bed was a good size. We had towels and blankets etc, amazing view and location wise was good to as it was close to a beach that we all said was the prettiest beach we have ever seen and not too far from zlatni rat beach. If you come to Bol we highly recommend you book this place ;)

An amazing place to stay in Bol

Ermin was fantastic - he greeted us and then helped us take our bags up to the flat and was just an amazing host overall. The property itself was clean and modern, and very well stocked. There were some basics for cooking and even a bottle of wine! The balcony was great to chill and enjoy a sunset and it was a quick 10 minute drive to Zlatni Rat to enjoy the beach the next day

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. One thing that you should consider when staying here is there is only one air-conditioner for the whole property. We had no issues with that as we kept our room doors open.

Great property,

Perfectly equipped for a family of 5 (with children 3, 5, 8). Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and a market was less than 5 minutes away. Very easy walk to the harbor, beautiful small beaches, and the water taxi to Zlatni Rat. What made our stay truly exceptional was the hospitality of our host, Ermin. He was so incredibly kind, offering to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived early, and bringing us to the beach while the apartment was being prepared - and even treating us to pastries and chocolate milk. He checked in throughout our stay, and helped with local recommendations for food and day trips. I have never met such a kind host!

Superb

Great location only a 5 minute (uphill return) walk from the centre of Bol, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view over the port from the balcony. Ermin was great, meeting us from the ferry, checking in to answer any questions we had and even storing our bags on our final day until it was time for our ferry - a great asset to the property! Would definitely return.

Maybe the position not the best because you must climb a little bit for coming back to the apartment from the sea.. But for us was not a problem

We loved Bol. we hired some motor bikes to explore the island and beaches.

Great location. This was a brand new apartment and Mr Erwin was the best host in my opinion. We loved his sense of humour. He left us with a lovely bottle of red wine and some cold bottles of water in the fridge. Keep up the good work Erwin, all the best from Mr Handsome :-)

Sea view apartment in Bol

Very nice host who picked us up from the bus to save us from the steep (though only about 8 minute) walk with our bags in the heat. Lovely balcony terrace.

I'd say the apartment best sleeps 4-5, not 6 as was the number in our party as the sofabed not ideal for 2 people. This is a minor issue as the apartment was really lovely.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was very nice. We could see lots of stars in the sky at night. Walking distance to beaches and downtown, and great restaurant was nearby. We had a wonderful time here. We should have stayed longer! The staff was very kind. Thank you so much, Ermin!

Fantastic apartment only a 5 minute stroll to centre

Ermin collected us with a massive welcome from the boat pier and drove us to our apartment. He was the highlight of our stay, such a nice host. Room hardly needed air-conditioning, it was cool by night. Big fridge nice and cold. Good washing machine essential for families. Lovely view of Hvar Island from the balcony. 3 minute walk to local supermarket.

A few pieces missing from kitchen like tea towel, grater, strainer/colander and salad tongs. We were a family of 5 and made a pasta dish and salad one evening and needed these basics.

The apartment is very nice, spaciuous, in very good location, has parking space for the car. And of course the magnificent view from the balcony! The location on foot - 5 min to city center, 15 min to Malinica beach (host recomendation and we loved it), 30 min Zlatnij Rat (popular, nice, crowdy beach, but very windy after midday). The host Ermin was the best, very friendly, helpful. We even found the gift - very tasty bottle of wine. We spent wonderful time in Bol. When we will come back - only to La Mer 2 apartment. 😀

Superb

Excellent location, though a bit steep to walk back up at night. Lovely balcony with sea view, nice size of rooms. Our contact, Ermin, was a lovely, service-minded man who stood at our disposal all the time.

Only one air condition device, so we had to sleep with doors open, listening to each other snore ;-) Missed a few things in the kitchen, like a grater, coffee jugs and oven mittens. Otherwise, excellent.

Clean apartment in an excellent location with the best host, Mr Erwin.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The location was phenomenal, the apartment was clean and well furnished and best of all, our host Erwin was AMAZING!! Erwin went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay in Bol. He graciously picked us up from the port and took us to the apartment, giving us local insights and restaurant and beach recommendations along the way. He also saved the day for us when our ferry to Dubrovnik was cancelled and we had to scramble to figure out how to get to Milna early in the morning to catch a different ferry. He kindly arranged a taxi for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay rather than fretting over how to get to Milna on short notice.

Great place!

The apartment is new and great equipped. The owner, Olja greeted us warmely at our arrival and was more then helpful during our stay. The view from balcony is extraordinary! I highly recommend!

Excellent!

The building is new as the furniture and equipments. The apartment is well decorated and there are many towels and bedding. The parking is spacious. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony, which is big as well. Very close to the downtown., supermarkets and restaurants. Olja is very kind and a good hostess and answered all the questions. And thanks for the bottle of wine and chocolates!

Amazing place. Great apartment and extremely nice and friendly owners. The apartment exceeded our expectation, very clean and brand new with all facilities we need. Great view from the apartment's balcony and close to the center. Bol is a nice romantic town with great atmosphere. I can only recommend both the apartment and the city. The best choice we had so far in Croatia.
