Gorgeous little boutique hotel in the quaint village of Vega de pas. Nice little balconies outside the rooms and the place is filled with quirky treasures and spanish touches. Comfy beds, nice atmosphere. No onsite retaurant and I never usually book without this but the cafe/restaurant just a few steps down the raod is so good it's worth overlooking that! We have now stayed twice in two months because we liked it so much. Breakfast is simple toast, juice and coffee but nicely prepared and served. Hosts are lovely.
Extra pillows available would be really good, i like to read and found the one supplied was inadequate. More choice at breakfast would be nice in case you're feeling really hungry - we were'nt as we ate so much the night before!

Interesting property, large room

This is a charming property with dark wood, antiques and objets d'art everywhere.
There was no plug for the washbasin (my pet gripe abroad) and the breakfast on the Sunday morning was just juice, toast and coffee.

What a little gem!! Genuine Spanish stay with good comfort, very friendly hosts, quirky decor and objects d'art everywhere! Tiny village in the most spectacular mountains with amazing roads in and out. Good choice of restaurants nearby so not a problem that the hotel does not do evening meals - restaurants are within a few steps of the door. Bed was comfortable although long bolster pillow was a bit hard - maybe ask for an extra /softer one. Gorgeous hardwood floors everywhere. Good breakfast included - not lots of choice but enough and plenty of hot coffee and hot milk! Proprieter directed us to a nearby Cafe /restaurant for food and it was our best night out! They opened the restaurant at 7pm as they could see we were waiting to eat. Choice was really good and food was lovely. Prices were amazing! Four of us ate three courses and had two very nice bottles of Faustino for under £50. Wine was less than a euro a glass - 4 euros for three wines and a beer!
Nothing - it was all really good. Maybe the pillows I guess but I asked for an additional one and was provided straight away. Breakfast room is cosy but there are few bedrooms so I doubt it's ever full.

Lively, good humoured hotel, restaurant and bar in the centre of Oña. It is the place to be in a little town full of many exceptional reasons to visit eg walking, wildlife spotting, historical monuments, culture. The room matched the quality of the surroundings and the staff where extremely generous with their attention and care despite being extremely busy.
This is northern Spanish culture on display at
it’s most rustic. If you like that, there is nothing to dislike. If you are one for airs and graces you need to be spending a lot more money and having a lot less fun.

Great location for us
Poor breakfast. Shower had no pressure. Clock downstairs could be heard through the night every half hour

We had a lovely overnight stop. Hotel was like walking into a piece of history, in a good way.

It was fun! Beautiful place, and the hotel was very helpful in their communications with us especially since we needed to park, and there was a village festival happening. To get here, we drove down a mountain, the views were phenomenal and I was so happy to have experienced it! It's a quiet little village that felt very homely.
We booked this place on a whim, and I'm so glad to have done that because we wouldn't have stopped over otherwise.
Front desk was helpful too. Beautiful views from our room

The village. It was old with tradional life hpi g on around us. Everyone was friendly and the restaurant nearby was excellent value.
The breakfast was just coffee and toast. We were offered cake but really as cyclists we required fruit cereal and yoghurt. The local shop was open fir fruit on our route though.

Rustic Posada at a reasonable price including breakfast. Clean and tidy. Lift to upper floors.
No friendly welcome, just given key and told to go upstairs to room. Not offered fruit at breakfast just toast as other guests had both., maybe this was because we cannot speak Spanish. Very small shower cubicle.

Breakfast is served in the pretty garden at the back of the Posada.
Javier and Victor were so attentive and hospitable, and genuine, and treated us like friends from the minute we arrived. Javier is very knowledgeable about the whole area, and an expert on the history. The village is a little further away, but the beautiful Posada, their friendliness and the countryside made it well worth the extra distance.

Striking interior, like a museum. Worth the detour and if you are already there anyway, a must. Quite comfortable as well. And great value.
All good.

The hand held shower head needs replacing. Some of the jets blocked or broken.
Noisy floors so disturbed by guests in the room above.
Fabulous building and decor. Large room, lots of storage, comfy bed.
The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful area around the village
Amazing value for money

The room was really spacious, modern bathroom with all amenities, everything was spotless clean, lift in the building that made everything more simple as we were travelling with a baby. Staff was very nice and accessible all the time and the breakfast in the back garden...relaxing.
I don't really have much to complain about but if anything the pillow in the double bed was a bit hard for me.

The breakfast was basically just toast, but sufficed.

Nice location and place was very quaint and cosy
Breakfast consisted of bread, butter, jam coffee and apple only. It would be better to have some meat and egg.
