Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon!

Bra läge med två bagerier precis nedanför lägenheten. Flera trevliga restauranger.
Avloppslukt i badrummet.

We stayed one night before a trip to Phantasialand. The apartment is on the main market street (good shops and bakeries) but it was quiet and we slept well. It was only a 5 minute walk to Brulle Mitte station, where we caught the shuttle bus to the park.
As instructed, we picked up the keys from the restaurant next door- communication was good and the lady who took us up to the room was friendly.
We were surprised how big the room was- the bathroom was also spacious.
Everything was very clean and we had plenty of bedding and towels.
You could easily sleep 2 adults and 2 children in the space.
Coffee machine was appreciated but a small fridge would make the apartment even better.

Location is good, right in the center of Bruehl and near restaurants, bars, shops etc. but everything is in walking distance there anyways. The room was very spacious and check-in was easy.

The place is spacious and in a good location

The location was great right in the middle of Brühl with a view over the high street, the staff were helpful and friendly giving me a tour of my room upon arrival, the room and bathroom were clean and much larger than expected, honestly can't fault the place. It's also directly opposite a Netto supermarket, making shopping convenient and easy.
Not much to add here really. I guess the light above the door didn't work and the bathroom light seemed to only turn on sometimes, but it was never really an issue to me during my stay.

Amazing. A huge room with a nice balcony. The location is very gorgeous and a lot of restaurants and shops around. The palace is just in the corner.

Very spacious room, easy registration.
maybe there was a bit of dust in the room, on furniture, coffee pot. there is a heat wave this week and we were 4 people, only one fan and no air was blowing. it's not normal for us to have such hot temperatures in germany, maybe it was a bit of bad luck.

Central location in Bruhl so very convenient.

Lovely large room. Lovely food in restaurant.
Tv did not work. Shower was blocked and I had to clean it out in order to stop it flooding the bathroom.

Check in was easy and the location is as good as it gets as far as being close to everything in the city. The staff saw us to our room and showed us everything we needed to know. The shower worked, and there was a hairdryer and water included in the room. Upon first glance, the room looks nice.
The room was not clean, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The first thing I did was wipe everything down/dust with my own wipes and remove hairs (the worst kind) from past guests. I had to wipe down the bed sheets for a few minutes as well in order to get it looking fresh enough to use. The restaurant was loud. The sink clogged easily. The rug was definitely not vacuumed so we left our shoes on inside.
We had to store our luggage somewhere during the day on the day of our checkout, but there wasn't really a set system for that. They said that we could just leave the room key and our luggage in the room and the cleaner will then take it all down the restaurant for us to pick up later (there is no reception/front desk). But this felt weird. We actually ended up leaving the next morning and booking a different hotel for the following night because of all of the above, even though it was too late for a refund.

We arrived there at a hot day. We requested the cafeteria/restaurant staff (as they were the ones who are responsible for check-in) to give us a fan and a water kettle (there was a coffee machine available in the room but we drink tea and I needed boiled water to make milk for our daughter ) but they said they don’t have any of it. Furthermore, there was no fridge in the room. On top of it, the balcony is on the back side and from one balcony the stairs goes down directly to the restaurant’s back-end kitchen. So basically you hear all the noises and constant smell of the food. There were remains of cigarettes in the ashtray and breadcrumbs on bedroom floor. We hardly spend couple of hours there. As we were hungry, we bought food from outside, ate it and left the property immediately. We booked a hotel in Bonn and went there. I sent a request to the property owner asking them to cancel the second day’s reservation and refund us. We didn’t hear back from them. It was very unpleasant experience for us.

Very spacious, nice interior, very friendly staff and a good cozy location.
Many doorhandles that were falling off everytime you use it, dirty cups, coffee machine and cutlery. Shower leaked and some lights didn’t work. Also missing some facilities like a fridge, there was a TV but no remote.

The staff was great! The location was perfect. It was close to everything, restaurant and shops were steps away. The view and balcony were a bonus. It was perfect for our stay.

The location was fantastic had everything we needed right on our door step, the staff were so friendly and spoke good English, check in and check out was easy to get through, only a short walk from public transport, hotel was very clean, comfy bed and shower worked well
A little noisy at night as the restraunt is downstairs there is a lot of banging and general noise which kept us awake at some points but as the beds were so comfy it was easy to sleep through the night, curtain was broke so had to hang it round the back of the chair so we couldn’t see outside

Very spacious room (Amsterdam) with view over the market. Close to all the highlights, bars and restaurants. With the curtains and windows closed it offered a very pleasant sleep.
The wicker baskets for trash were a bit unpractical when disposing fruit etc. Pillows a bit thin and no extra sleeping pillows (we used the ones from the couch). Rain shower not working, but the regular shower was good enough. No parking at the hotel, so I would recommend Parkhaus am Krankenhaus, which is a 6 minute walk by and allows overnight parking (€10 p/d)

Lovely furnished big room. Very delicious coffee on the room and a big shower
The wifi was really bad (only 200 kbps) and the tv wasn't working (although we knew where tot find the on button and are familliar with technology). Only two medium sized towels (not a small one for drying hands after washing OR a mat to place on the floor after showering) in the bathroom.
