The keys were in a key box outside. At first, we had some small issues, but could call the host (even though it was late at night), she was very friendly and helped us immediately!

Very comfortable bed and a nice set up in the studio. They had a cafetiere in the kitchenette which was a real highlight! Would've been ideal if we were staying longer and doing more home cooking. The owner was very helpful and gave us recommendations for where to go in Basel. The location was very convenient for getting into Basel, an easy bus ride or you can walk to the 3 countries bridge in 35 minutes. Overall a good location, would stay again!

The shower wasnt the most up to date so looked a little tacky and there weren't any toiletries (unless you count hand soap) provided which were in the description. The location was a bit awkward, as the instructions to get in to the flat weren't provided early enough (I.e. they weren't provided the day before but while we were travelling) so we did struggle to get in at first. But the owner was exceptionally helpful so we didn't struggle for long.

The place has private parking. This is really good. And there is also coffee for present at the kitchen. It is really nice. I enjoyed well.

A little tricky to find. I would be happy to pay a little bit more if the apartment had a fairly basic upgrade.

Very poor

The apartment was in a very bad condition. It was clean through.

There was damages everywhere. No lights in living room. No elevator (no mention anywhere). We went with the luggages in the 4th floor without elevator. The plates where dirty. They didn’t mention anywhere that we must clean the room behind. And now they ask for a cleaning fee. They didn’t speak english in order to communicate. Only France.

Quiet apartment with good privacy. Close to airport and autoroute, and to Swiss & German borders

Location is perfect - close to autoroute and easy to find. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to town centre for shops and restaurants. View of distant hills is nice.

Lighting was a bit limited.
