Cognac centre stay.

Location was superb. Easy parking just yards from the city centre, shops and restaurants.

Paying a cleaning fee but having to remove rubbish ourselves, whilst the owners blamed the city for that necessity.

We didn't like the smell in this property.

The property name was not visible from the outside. Please note that the house number is what is visible not the name. There was a really terrible smell in the apartment, it may have been the drains. When we opened the front door, the first sight is a mop and bins. I think this did not help the smell. Even after we left the house, we could catch the smell on our clothes. The apartment is on the ground floor and the windows open out onto the street. Only a street view.

Nice appartment in a good location.

Location spot on and easy parking

No soap or shower gel. Dishwasher still loaded from previous tenant and hardly any loo roll.

Central location easy to walk to center town and train station. Bathroom had toilet and nice shower combo. Kitchen well furnished. Comfortable bed.

Lack of reserved parking beside apartment made loading and unloading of luggage inconvenient. Steps into bathroom and bedroom difficult to manage at night. Bathroom ventilation lacking and mold showing on ceiling. Apartment would have limited living room space for 4 adults.

Central ground floor apartment with everything you need.

Great central location, fast WiFi, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Everything you need and more. Washing machine, with detergent and drying rack included. Food, pharmacy, cafes, supermarket all within flat walking distance. Free parking along same street.

Late check-in, mould on bathroom ceiling.

Great location. The flat was everything we needed it. For us it was important to have a place that was pet friendly and with easy access to the streets. The bed was comfortable, and all the mod coms we needed were there. Nice touch to leave us coffee pods for a nice cup of real coffee upon arrival. There was tea too. Great value for money

The bed was about too soft for my taste. For the rest nothing.

Good but water noise needs resolving.

Location and comfort of bed. Spacious.

Noise coming from the “compteur d’eau” including during the night, very disturbing. Told the landlord needs to be fixed as not acceptable as is.

Exceptional

A very modern apartment a few minutes walk to the centre. Good oven, microwave and washing machine. It was perfect for 3 nights.

No garden.

Perfect for a stop over in Cognac.

Great location and extremely well equiped. Bathroom excellent and a great size. Easy to find and get keys etc.

The sofa bed in the lounge is not the best and it is a ground floor flat so a little sombre. Having said that, these are very minor things.
