Not the best, not the worst of my hotel related experiences.

Excellent staff, pleasant people, very good breakfast.

I was expecting better comfort. My personal impression was that rooms need better maintenance.

Overall, better than average. Good place to stay. Some small inconveniences

Beautiful room, with painted furniture, with enough space, with table and a mirror; with dental kit (for people who forgot it); with parking space nearby - free of charge during the weekends and legal Romanian holidays; Wonderful breakfast. We may come again.

1. Window - in room 124 the window did not close in the usual way, and only after using some force, lifting it, we were able to close it 2. A socket - the electric socket in the right of the mirror, actually had no electricity, but placed the charger in the socket left of the mirror, and it charged the phones 3. Pillows, for one of us, was not comfortable

We got what we expected and what we needed for our stay. Staff was friendly and everything was good.

Room was clean. It was cheap and it was close to the center. Breakfast was okey too, it was totally fined for what we needed.

The bed could be a little bit better. It wasnt bad overall but it could be better.

Comfy , practical and welcoming place

Pet friendly place. Very warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.Nicely traditionally decorated furniture. Breakfast sufficient for everyone, including vegan options during lent. Not fancy,but good overall value for the money. I would come back if in the area.

Great staff and location.

located in the heart of the city makes it to be one of the best places in the city.

The quality of the property is deteriorating. compared to how it was 4-5 years ago, the furniture and the bathroom quality is down.

Traditional hotel in the middle of the town

Nice painted traditional wardrobes,beds.Clean rooms

Hard to find parking space because of the road works in the car park.They could have put more towels in each one of the rooms,or at least in the cupboards.

Cosy accomodation in the heart of the city.

The room was cosy, clean, the Hotel location is mid city and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed only for 1 night, everything was as expected. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy place in a great location with really nice staff

Clean, helpful and nice staff, easy access, free parking in the hotel's parking lot, very warm room in winter time, and they still had breakfast available at noon, this is a plus for those who like to sleep in late :)

Just shower gel available and the gel dispenser was broken :(

The room was very clean. Nice furniture and cozi beds. They even provided us with an electric radiator in case we needed. However, the room was heated perfectly without it. Very good breakfast with many options. I liked the cookies.

Comfy nice accomodation

- the hosts were very nice - good location, in the center - decent small breakfast - floor heating very comfy especially in the bathroom - nice traditional furniture in the room - free parking

- smell of the room of heavy smoking, the host offered another room and room spray and even a small discount

Best price overall for the town.

Clean room, good food, the best location (ultracentral), verry nice hosts, overall is the best value you can get in this city.

Not so much investments in the last years, the smell inside the room was a litle bit smoky (mold combined with cigarets), old sheets, pillow and blanket (they were yellow, instead of white).
