The great room has soaring 20'+ wooden ceilings with 2 stone gas fireplaces, 2 large 65" SMART Roku TV's and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Adding to the beauty and charm of this home are the furnishings. It is filled with beautiful upscale rustic furniture and décor. Natural slate tile flooring is in all the open areas and bathrooms.
The huge kitchen is completely furnished and includes exotic Magma Gold granite tops, beautiful knotty alder wood cabinets, LG stainless steel appliances, 2 full size french door refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 5 burner stove, double oven, microwave, 2 coffee pots, garbage disposal and large single bowl granite composite sink. There are more than enough matching dishes, glassware, heavy duty Viking stainless cookware and hammered 18/8 silverware. Even the kitchen utensils and small appliances are high quality.
All our furniture was hand built by a highly skilled custom furniture builder. The attention to detail is incredible - It is truly a beautiful work of art.
There is plenty of seating for everyone – The dining area has a huge custom built barnwood dining table with seating for 14, 2 more gorgeous barnwood tables with seating for 10 and 10 barnwood barstools at the kitchen counter. The seating area has 3 luxurious studded sofas and a large barnwood coffee table.

I cannot say enough about Bryan and Vanessa and their home. I had to communicate with Bryan about a few matters, and everything went incredible smooth. He was super helpful, and the most courteous host I have ever had an experience with. I hosted a men's retreat this weekend, and it would have not been the same if we were in a different home. We will most certainly be back in the future.

Wonderful experience! We have a large family… lots of grandkids. Everyone had a great time. The kitchen had everything you could want. Quality cookware. The pool table was a hit! The owners are great to work with. The house was comfortable and cozy. We are looking forward to next year!

This home is perfect for large groups! Lots of space to chill, sleep, cook, etc. It's a beautiful home, perfectly kept and cleaned. We had no issues whatsoever. Amazing view of the hills and lake. The hosts are awesome as well. We would definitely recommend.

I choose this property every year for a Women’s Retreat. This is our 3rd year and we will return as long as we have it.If we have a problem they come out and fix it quickly. You want be disappointed renting this property

We loved everything about our lodging experience! It was as beautiful as the pictures advertised. There were 23 of us and this lodge provided spacious bedrooms, plenty of seating for meals and ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves! There were 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, 2 washers and dryers and 3 hot water heaters. The kids loved the pool table.The customer service was amazing. When we arrived the cabinet door under the sink was broken, and they came the first thing the next day and fixed it. This lodge was ideal for our family!

This was a ladies weekend getaway, we had 33 women. The view was spectacular, and the house accommodated everyone’s needs and cleanliness. The only negative we had was the parking situation and construction. I know you cannot help the construction, however, there needs to be a plan regarding parking. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you!

The home easily accommodated our group of 8 adults and 11 children. The location was great - you could walk to Silver Dollar City if you wanted to and a ~15 minute drive to both Big Cedar and Branson Landing. The home was very clean, well appointed, and the owners were very communicative. While the development is currently under construction, we did not notice any noise and were not bothered in any way. Overall, a great value and place to stay for a large group.

Vanessa was a wonderful host! The views were absolutely STUNNING and the locaion is perfect for anything you want to do in Branson. The home has a luxurious feel, it was clean and extremely well furnished. We loved having all the king beds and the mattresses are so comfortable. This home was well thought out and set up perfectly for guests, you could walk right in with your clothes and live here!
We have stayed in Branson for years but this was the first time with Vanessa. Our family unanimously agreed it is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We are finalizing dates to stay again this summer! We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend this home!

Massive construction on ALL 4 sides, should have been disclosed. Inside home is great, outside is a war zone. Kids couldn’t step outside. Huge excavators digging 6’ off deck

False advertising and continued incorrect information provided in email directions regarding an indoor pool.
. We talked to two different people from the directions provided and both stated the same story ‘A pool is being built and will be available in the spring’. Both said they have had others call regarding the pool from this unit and that the owners are knowledgeable that one is not available.
An indoor pool was the reason the unit was selected, all of the kids were upset and disappointed.
The tub and showers were not properly installed and pop due to there is no direct base to support under them.

What a beautiful property with an incredible view that fit our large families so comfortably! We had an after hours issue and we needed some assistance and the owners were readily available to help us. I would highly recommend this property!

This is a great location if you are planning on going to Silver Dollar City - just minutes away! The view from the deck is so beautiful, and there are plenty of table and chairs on the deck to accommodate a large family reunion. Also, Indian Point Marina is just minutes away if you are planning on going on the lake. The large kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and utensils for cooking for a large group. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom has it's own bathroom - what can be better!

Met ALL our needs!
We had a week-long family reunion with 63 people in two of Vanessa's Lodge homes. Lodge 73 was amazing! Large rooms, good beds/pillows, plenty of seating and everything that was supplied was of the highest quality. This was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever had and we have been doing this for the last 28 years! The morning view from the deck with a cup of coffee was worth the trip!

Great for Family Reunion
We had a group of 35 ages 1 -80 stay at the property. There was plenty of room for everyone. We used the kitchen and outdoor grill to prepare meals and it worked great. We had plenty of seating for everyone to eat either indoors or outdoors. It was convenient that each family group had their own private bedroom and bathroom. And the view was terrific. HIghly recommend.

Perfect for a Group
We have used these properties for a winter work training two years in a row now and it is such a great fit for our group! It is such a bonus having living space upstairs and downstairs, along with things like the fire place and double dishwashers. Everything is always in perfect condition when we arrive, and the location can't be beat!

Family Vacay
There were 21 of us. Three of the families had young ones All of them were early risers. They stayed on the upper floor. Two families had grown children, Stayed in the lower level. Slept a little later. There were plenty of tables and seating for our group. The view of the lake is impressive. We had a good time and would consider returning in the future.

Great place to stay!
We have stayed at Vanessa's Vacation Homes many times. It is our favorite. Home is always very clean and well supplied. Plenty of room for our large family vacation. Lots of seating room at the table and counter to eat, two open family areas. Pool table and laundry. Bedroom areas are private with each its own bathroom. Great view of the lake with plenty of outdoor seating area.

The Ultimate Branson Get-Away
Our family has been vacationing in Branson for the past 30 years, first with our own kids and now with the grandkids. We have always stayed at higher end condos/houses, but Lodge 73 is by far the best. The location is gorgeous overlooking the lake and the two decks are perfect for morning coffee and eating outdoors. The owners have spared no expense. The bedrooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom, and are furnished with top quality mattresses and premium bed linens. The kitchen has LG appliances and is very well-equipped for large meal preparation. Even with a large number of guests, there is plenty of room to gather as one group upstairs and down, yet there's plenty of space for each person to have privacy. Our kids and grandkids have already voted to start planning next year's Branson vacation at Lodge 73. Enough said!

Fantasy Football Boys Weekend
We had a great time. Vanessa was very accommodating for our group. We stayed for 4 nights, enjoyed nearby golf and restaurants, but mostly enjoyed hanging out at the property. It was very large and comfortable, and well maintained. The property has a great view of the lake. We highly recommend and would love to go back in the future. Thank you Vanessa!

Beautiful Home
The house was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of space for all 19 of us ranging in age from 8 Months to 83 years old. It was so nice having Vanessa provide the pack and play for the baby to sleep in and the high chair for her meal time. The most important reason I consider this a 5 star review (besides the beautiful house) is due to the fact of Vanessa and Bryan were the most responsive hosts that I have ever dealt with on booking properties. We book several vacations per year and by far they know how to make sure their guests have everything they need! We will be booking again with their homes.

We enjoyed ourselves very much!
We loved staying at this home. Wonderful view! We all enjoyed it very much. However we did not like the fact that the thermostat was preset/ locked and the lowest it would go was 72 degrees and the fan would shut off periodically. When we were in Branson it was in the high 90’s, so more control of the air conditioning would have been nice. Also when we got there, the kitchen floor did not look like it had been swept very well. We swept up crushed chips and food under the bar area and by the kitchen sink. Other than that, we loved how much space there was for our family. Our kids loved playing with the pool table. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck in the morning, it was so beautiful. We also loved how close and easy it was to get to silver dollar city. We could see the fireworks from the pool at night. We would love to go back again!

Perfect for Family Gathering
This was the best rental we have had for our large family gatherings (24 adults and children). The 8 bedrooms with 2 king beds and private bathrooms for each was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 dishwashers and 3 refrigerators, all of which were needed. Top that off with beautiful views and plenty of seating for meals, both inside and on the back deck. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely consider this property again if we plan another family gathering in the Branson area.

Family Reunion
This property was great for a family reunion. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and avoid restaurants. We hit up James River Outfitters for a float trip, Silver Dollar City, the nearby Moonshine public beach, an Escape Room in Branson, and the outdoor pool facilities. There's a Wal-mart within 10 minutes, for anything you forgot to bring. We also wanted to play the nearby disc golf course, but didn't have time. Everyone slept really well because of the amount of bed space and the number of bathrooms. The wifi was a bit wonky in places, but good enough that people could Zoom into work meetings, and stream TV at the same time. The 6 yr old genuinely enjoyed learning to play pool.

Property is new and is laid out well. Because it is at the end of the road parking is great and the views off the back decks are wonderful. The house was not vacuumed, or at least well, when we arrived. Also there was a broken lamp in the bedroom just off the kitchen. Not deal breakers by any means but something ownership/management should be aware of. Biggest disappointment was no X-Box on site as promised in the arrival info. Our teenagers brought lots of games and then had no gaming system to use. Personally I hated the TV setup. Plenty of great TV's but basically had to have streaming accounts to watch just about anything. Couldn't even get the Olympics! Kitchen was awesome with great amenities, silverware, dishes, etc.
