Comfortable, clean and good facilities.

I like the location that is near to a supermarket and convenient stores. I LOVE YOUR LAUNDRY MACHINES! I think it's the best kind of laundry machine I ever experience with, the detergent is in the machine itself and the dryer work so well, all my clothes were completely dry within 2 hours. And it comes with a security pin so that I don't have to worry someone will mistakenly take my laundry.

The only disappointment is not enough parking lot, the staff did advise to park outside but they didn't really share more about where to find another parking area. It would be helpful if the staff could share with customers where is the nearest parking space (which eventually we found the cheapest paid parking lot and it's very near to the hotel).

次はもうないかな…

無料提供のカレーライスがとても美味しかったです。小さなサラダが付くと尚いいかと思いました。チェックアウト後もスーツケースをフロント横で預かっていただけたのは、とても助かりました。

冷蔵庫と言われたものが壁掛けタイプで缶ジュースが一つ入るかどうかの薄さで、しかも全く冷えていませんでした。なので、袋入りのサラダを一晩おいていたのですが、異臭がするようになり、廃棄しました。また、空気清浄機も入室のときからランプが点滅したままで、設備に対する意識があまり高くないのかなと思いました。リーズナブルな値段だからと自分に納得させようと思いましたが、たとえ低価格でもそこに支払いが生じる時点でプロフェッショナルとして対峙して欲しいと思いました。また、ロビー横のスペースで仕事していいか聞いたとき、食事の時以外は使えないとスタッフさんに言われたのですが、夜の8時位にホテルに戻ったとき、別のお客さんがずっとカウンターでPCを使って仕事をしていました。何故？という不公平感を持ちました。客によって対応を変えているのでしょうか。

・ベッドが身体にフィットし、腰痛に優しい・宿泊者限定で夕食にカレーライス1杯が無料で食べられる(量と味は普通) ・大浴場付き・近隣に外食できるお店が多い

・朝食の品数が少ない・駐車場の台数が少ない

Comfortable and cozy but small room and simple breakfast

Very clean and comfortable, good services (ice dispenser, microwave, coin laundry, etc), staff is kind and professional

The room was small, the breakfast a little bit disappointing due to the lack of choice (would have enjoyed more choices of drinks, fresh fruits, bread, etc)

Stained Bedcover, Thin Walls, Limited Parking

- Not much honestly. - Average size small bathroom. - Average size small room. - Location is fine, although we didn't walk anywhere except dinner.

- Bed cover was stained, so that was gross. - We’re not sure if it was the hotel’s thin walls or just lack of respect from our neighbor, but we heard them talking through the wall from the moment we arrived late into the night. To call the front desk, you have to use the phone in the hallway, and even though we made a noise complaint, I don’t think the hotel did/said anything to our loud neighbor. - We did not like that the hotel has some parking available, but it fills up quickly and you cannot reserve it. There was a large and mostly empty lot in front of it, but that was for another hotel. So, you end up spending money on paid parking. In the end, we turned on white noise and tried to sleep. - Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

Very convenient hotel with a great breakfast

Very good selection of tea. Their breakfast was quite good and great coffee!

Staffs were good at English. They could recommend good yakiniku place and some stuffs quite well.

There are no free parking. We have to pay 700 Yen for private parking opposite the hotel.

Kind and friendly staff shine the hotel even with a bit of dustiness!

The friendliness of the staff, especially the two people in the kitchen made our kids feel very special. The surprise dinner service of beef Japanese curry was a nice touch. We also liked the huge wall shelving storage in the room that gave plenty room to spread around stuff for our family.

The poor first impression of the hotel from the quite dusty front desk/lobby area (dark interior decor) made us worry about the cleanliness of our rooms, but guest rooms were much cleaner than the first impression.

Pleasant

The A/C worked very well, and the breakfast was very good for the price.

The hotel was advertised as having on-site parking, however this was very misleading. The hotel only had 5 parking spots, first come first serve. Otherwise you have to park at a pay-lot. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to use the room’s safe. Finally, the staff wasn’t as friendly as we had hoped, particularly during the check-in.
