We loved the house, especially the porches. We were all pleasantly surprised because the photo of the outside (front) doesn’t do it justice. There were 15 of us, from 7 to 73. Funny story: My husband stayed there alone the day the rest of us went to the water park. Haven’t out in the porch through the living room door and got locked out b/c the knob was malfunctioning. Fortunately the bedroom door was unlocked. He enjoyed the peace and quiet, he fixed the other door!

Absolutely loved the house and we had a great time. We had 10 people from age 12 to 75 and we were all very comfortable. We all loved the mattress and slept really well. Our only complaint was cleanliness, windows were dirty, we found a baby bottle under the chair and the top bunks were not fully made. I would stay here again because to me those are minor issues.

A Suite Life was absolutely perfect! Exactly as described in the listing, clean, and all the extras we needed to make our stay perfect (linens clearly labeled for pullout couches, step by step instructions for each of the tvs, etc). I only had to reach out to the owner for one thing (we arrived a few hours early) and she responded right away. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

This cabin worked really well for our group. It is in a great location, close to the event we were attending at the LeConte Center.

This house was very close to nearly all the sites we wanted to visit it’s a very short drive to Gatlinburg and a two minute drive to Pigeon Forge’s old mill square which was beautiful in December. I recommend staying here.

The area that this cabin is in, is beautiful and very easy to get into Pigeon Forge from. Great views as well. That being said, the cabin itself was very basic. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked- we cooked almost all of our meals there as we stayed during "hell week" (the week between Christmas and New Years). Other than that, it was pretty small for our group of 19 and the pictures made the common areas (and even some of the sleeping areas) seem larger than they truly were. It does indeed "sleep 20" but not comfortably and that is with 2 people sleeping on pull out couches in the common areas. This would be a decent basic/affordable option for a group of 12+ but not much more than that.

We came here for the weekend with family and to visit Dollywood. We loved the cabin and it had plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond when we had a question. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The beds were great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My family met here. We had 19 people and it was a great place to stay and sightsee around Pigeon Forge area. We were going to Dollywood and Dollywood Stampede and it’s minutes from both. We also went to the national park too and it was not very far either. We were able to use both the hot tub and pool which were both nice. We catered most of our meals but found the kitchen to be well stocked with appliances and serving supplies. Two reminders: bring blankets if using the sofa sleepers and bring a few extra rolls of toilet paper if you have a large crew ;)

Not ok
Let’s start here. When we arrived we noticed we didn’t have power in the living room as we were trying to figure out how to turn the kitchen lights on. We contacted them and maintenance was out an hour later. We stayed at this cabin to pretty much eat sleep and bath. Supposedly we “melted” a living room rug with I’m not sure what. Since we didn’t bring any hot tools with us. We also were not in living room. Once again not even sure what living room it happened in. I sent multiple emails about said rug and haven’t received an email back with pictures of the rug. But of course with no response back our credit card was charged the 300 dollars in damages. When I tried to contact the support team they were not helpful what so ever. We will never be staying with vrbo or this host ever again.

Groovy gang dance competition
My daughter's dance team had a competition at the LeConte Center so I rented this house so the whole team and family could all stay together. The house was beautiful, plenty of parking, close to everything, easy check-in, great communication with the home owner. Everyone had a great time and found the house to be a great value. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. The only minor issue we found was that we got snow and ice the first night and cold temperatures throughout the weekend and the dials on the locks to the exterior trash cans froze and were inaccessible. The problem was easily resolved with the home owner. I would highly recommend this property

Perfect place for groups
We had a church group of 13. We found the cabin to be spacious and comfortable. We weren’t crammed or crowded at all. Kitchen was large and living room sat all of us comfortably. We had a great stay. No issues at all.

Great house and host
Best house and host experience. We were able to finally enjoy out vacation after a horrible experience with another host and house that left us extranded that same night without a place to stay for an entire day after 10 hours drive and no help from vrbo at all.
Found this listing last minute and Terri was so helpful and gave us the opportunity to rent her house even that the dates were not available online but the house was actually available.
She acomodated us last minute and definitely was better than we expected, great house, space, location and especially comunication.
Will definitely love to rent again in the next time we visit.

Awesome home !
A Suite Life is an excellent property, not only was their a great mountain view, but the cleanliness of the property was unmatched. I was in town for a wedding so we wanted extra mirrors. Terri made sure we had what we needed prior to arrival.
Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay with extended family members ranging in age from 10-80. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We loved the cabin, especially the view from the decks. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

The property was a great location for our week traveling to the Ripkin experience. There was plenty of room for the families that were staying together.

Dolly Forge
The kitchen pots and pans where inadequate. The trash capacity was borderline for a house that is supposed to house up to 20 people. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and cheap paper towels, no vacuum and we found a broom half way through our stay. Normally these kind of rentals have a lot of left over items from previous gusts that come in handy. There was nothing left over anywhere.
The picture of the house gave the impression it was out in the woods by itself, but it was right in the middle of the mess around Dollywood.

Everything was great!
Terri was really wonderful about communication and making sure we were satisfied. The location was perfect and the cabin itself provided plenty of space for our group of 14. We loved the view from the decks. We had the best weekend!

Great location but need new cleaners!
This cabin has it all! Plenary of bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs game room and media room are large and a great addition for families with teenagers. Our biggest issue was that the cabin wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty, there was trash and molded bread left under the furniture downstairs. We had to go buy cleaning products and a mop to clean up because we had kids playing on the floors. The owner was great to respond to messages and did comp us a night for a plumbing issue. However unless we were assured they had new cleaners we would not stay again.

Family Easter vacation
My family loved our stay at "A Suite Life". We were a group of 11 ranging from 6 years old to 67, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We especially loved the second living room and movie room downstairs. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything you need in Pigeon Forge. While you don't get particularly amazing views, the older folks in our group really liked not having to drive up any steep roads or dangerous switch-backs to get to the cabin. Everything was very clean when we arrived. There were a few maintenance issues, most of them minor, and the hosts assured us they would be repaired as soon as we checked out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
