The staff!!! And the location but especially the staff
The pillows were very very hard
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is located next to the train and bus station, which is especially practical when arriving late or leaving early in the morning. Nevertheless, there was no noise from the trains disturbing my sleep.
My room was simply furnished, the bed was comfortable, its good value for your money. Breakfast was included and I was able to leave my luggage for a few extra hours at the reception after checking out.

It is right next to the train and bus stations and only 15 mins walk to the old town. The hostel is simple but does the job and I had a nice, bright room with bathroom on the third floor. Would definitely stay there again
All was fine

Location is really perfect. Close to bus and train stations, supermarket and coffee shop just across the street.
Friendly, English speaking staff.
Breakfast was really poor. Coffee is bad.
Could not connect to WiFi.
Small pillows on the bed.

Great price for a basic clean private room, short walk into the old town, good parking and staff were very nice.

The location is very good. It is very close to the bus station. You can go to the old bridge area by 15 minutes on foot. Ths staff are very kind.
I had a payment trouble, so you should pay the fees on your arrival.

Rooms were not the same as those on the pictures. Rooms were dirty and damaged. Breakfast was far away from hotel standard breakfast. Nothing was as it is shown on the pictures.

The room was very big - for 4 persons and more space.
The facilities were not extraordinary but enough to solve your problems
People was friendly.
Having not a fridge in the room we got ice from downstairs - very useful for us
We got breakfast (and a good one)
The cofee quite poor

Hotel was quite basic and had everything I needed. staff were helpful and very friendly. decent location if you’re mobile enough. about 15 minute walk to the old bridge. had a good stay.

Staff were super friendly, rooms clean and comfy.

Good value for the money, clean and friendly staff, good location, next building to railway station in Mostar, 15 minutes walking from the Old Bridge and city center. Rooms are small tough and there were just single beds that are not so comfortable but in the end it was good. Minus is that AC was not working, and plus is the kitchen where staff were very friendly and they would make whatever you want for breakfast.
AC should work in Mostar, it was 38 C in the evening.
8.0 / 10.0
it was close to old town, there is a parking place
I would recommend to wash curtains in our room there should be white but it was grey

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Very well located, next to buses and train. supermarket right across the street. Great cofee-bar in the hotel.
I stayed at the hotel for a week and they never cleaned the room. Maybe if I had asked, they would have cleaned it up. thin walls. uncomfortable pillows.

We had to cancel our stay as our itinerary changed. The staff were fantastic about the change and kindly let us sit in the lounge area and use their wifi.
Thank you Student Hotel Mostar

Clean and spacious room.
Only eggs for breakfast.
9.0 / 10.0
Located next to rail and bus station with old bridge being not too far away it has a really good location. There is not a lot of food to choose from during breakfast but what is available is more than satisfactory. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean but unfortunately very small but that is mitigated by the very low price that the hotel is charging for the rooms.

The food was okay, the coffee was week.
The air conditioning system wasn't going to good.

Nice clean room.
Poor breakfast, just egs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, marmelade, no butter, no vegetable, poor tea, poor coffee.
8.0 / 10.0
For the price it was awesome - a spare room, private bathroom, comfortable beds, and even a balcony! I am not sure about the quality of the air conditioner, but sleeping in August was pleasing enough.
I do understand that this is a budget hotel, and I love it, but a glass in the room would be really appreciated, especially when cleaning my teeth.
8.3 / 10.0
We got huge spacious room with 4 beds. Room smells like new, windows are really soundproof so you do not hear any traffic from 4 lane street neither the train from nearby train station. Air condition was working
Perfectly and the staff was very helpful.
Bathroom does not suit the room. It is very small and looks outdated. For example, the toilet seat is made from the cheapest plastic.
10.0 / 10.0
Excellent location right next to the train and bus stations. The accommodation was comfortable and provided all required amenities.
Breakfast was excellent and breakfast choice was freshly made on request by pleasant restaurant staff.
Would 100% stay here again!
Not related to the hotel but BE WARNED: If you're buying bus/train tickets in person at the stations next door to the hotel, folks working at the counters are VERY rude. Prepare your nerves.
N/A -- all good!
