The cottage was lovely. The host Allie was absolutely brilliant!!

My family and I had the best stay at Duneden. The cottage was modern, spotless, and so well-equipped for families. There’s so much to do on the grounds that you wouldn’t need to leave if you didn’t want to! We enjoyed a walk around the wooded area and relaxed by the fire pit. There are tennis courts, a basketball net, and even an indoor area with a ping pong table if the weather isn’t in your favour!
Allie was the most welcoming host and recommended a few different places in Randalstown to try out, which we did, and we were not disappointed. The village itself is only a 20-minute walk, and the scenery is just wonderful!
We will definitely be back but for longer next time!
The only downside was that our trip wasn't long enough! We could have happily stayed for a few more days!

Lovely space, friendly host, great location.

This is a beautiful little cottage with everything you will need for a wonderful break. The cottage has loads of space for 6 people, and plenty of things around the grounds to keep the kids amused! Really impressed by the facilities and the buns and homemade baking that Allie left for us were a lovely touch.
Nothing!

Absolutely beautiful place, 5 star accommodation and traveled extensively and honestly one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure to stay in. Ali our host was fabulous, could not do enough for us. Welcome amazing with added extras homemade bread, scones. Attention to detail fantastic. We have already booked to go back, I would highly recommend Duneden to stay

Lots of food and drink amenities left, including homemade bread - no other bread tasted as good for the rest of the trip.
Furniture and beds a bit uncomfortable

A beautiful, cosy and well presented cottage in stunning grounds. The interior was beautifully decorated and very homely. A fabulous few days away with the family with so much to do. Allie and Mark have added amazing touches, welcome basket and essentials in the fridge and cupboards, table tennis, darts, games, blankets etc!
Highly recommended and one of the best cottage stays in Northern Ireland.

hospitality and responses from the host was great.

Heat set at 60 degrees and led to us bring too cold. Couldn't dry cloths washed. We were told not to adjust. This would stop me from going there again in winter. Unfirtunate because everything else including hosts amazing.

Loved everything about our stay, my son had a ball in the tennis court each day and the PS4 was a bonus! We were lucky and got great weather the 2 days we stayed. We made use of the BBQ area the evening we arrived for dinner, the grounds were beautiful and the cottage itself was spotless. I've been telling everyone about this hidden gem! Everything you could need and more for a relaxing break. Perfect for both families and couples!
Nothing :)

This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Travelling with a dog can be tricky. Duneden and Allie provided everything that we needed. The quiet location, the outdoor grounds and the lovely open planned accommodation was a pleasure to wake up to every day.
I still miss the view of the big field out of the living room window.
We enjoyed practicing our tennis swing a few times a day while the dog ran around the court amusing himself with the balls chaotically bouncing around (we aren't good tennis players). This was his main off lead exercise providing a very secure environment for him. His recall isn't great so we didn't let him off lead anywhere else in the grounds as they aren't fully enclosed (not a criticism just good info for others travelling with a dog :)). Bunnies and squirrels and all sorts of lovely creatures that live on the property would have been too tempting for him!
The location, was perfect to pop on the motorway into Belfast or up to the Antrim Coast, or into Antrim or Randalstown for a bit of local shopping.
Allie was the perfect host and we felt safe and at ease the whole time.
This will be our N.Irish home when we come back to visit from now on.
Thanks again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, me, my husband and our two dogs stayed for the weekend. When we arrived Allie was there to greet us and show us around the property and surrounding gardens, she could not have been more hospitable ! There was a hamper with jams, wheaten bread, shortbread and treats for the dogs, not to mention lots of other treats in the cupboards and fridge. The cottage sits literally a two minute drive from Randalstown village yet you feel like you could be anywhere in world. The gardens are gorgeous, so much room to run for the dogs, 2 fire pits , a little lake, orchard, tennis courts and it was all just for us! Its the most perfect little get away for a relaxing few days! we will definitely be back ❤️
That we don’t live there ! 😩

A great place to stay, with everything we could need available for us and presented beautifully.
Our host was brilliant and made us feel very welcome.
We played some tennis and used the outside areas for games and to cook one evening.
The location was great for exploring the rest of NI too.
