lt was satisfactory

Since we made our own we were very satisfied

If the towel rack in one of the bathrooms had not fallen off the wall. If the hot water was working properly without making a call to fix as well as the bathroom drain. Had there been more than half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and NONE in the second All these things were rectified but we believe should never happened. You charge a cleaning fee which should include checking more carefully on folks you are paying.

Great place and very affordable for a 2 bedroom

Nice place. Nice kitchen. Nice furnishings. Nice flooring. Affordability was great. Two bedrooms are convenient with sofa bed also. Fit 6 people. Beach supplies available for use. Lots of extra towels. Clean. Close to restaurants.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Was hard to find location of room without a map. Room is farthest one in the A building. Checked in to room at 9pm so it was hard to find at night. Wasn’t sure if there was reserved parking or if we could park wherever.

It was just fine. We wouldn't come back.

Great location just minutes from a good beach and restaurants.

Very dirty. Air conditioning couldn't keep the main room cool, nonetheless aid with keeping the bedrooms comfortable. The unit was not stocked with essentials. No trash bags, dishwasher soap, or laundry soap.

Overall it was fair

Closer to grocery store

There is no backup electricity, we have to live more than 18 hrs in dark without electricity. Fire alarm was annoying called customer service and it took more than 4 hrs to respond. There is no gym in the property. Called customer support for Elevator, they did not tell it exists on the property and I had to take all my suitcase to the fourth floor by stairs and after two days we discovered elevator is there. Management claims the ocean view but there is no such view. However the layout of apartment is nice, closer to grocery store. Hope customer support could be more interactive and helpful.

Very disappointed that we paid so much for a lot of the facilities we paid for but couldn’t enjoy.

Easy check in process Easy parking Good options for beach gear (though we didn’t use any) Decent couch ( one of us ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more tolerable than the mattress) Good dining table

Door lock seemed very unsafe and wobbly door Very limited amount of supplies (dishwasher and laundry pods) for 5 days and 4 nights Unclean dishes in the kitchen cabinets Very uncomfortable mattresses in both the rooms. Returning with a sore back :( (extremely disappointing) No welcome and check out instructions provided Very dirty and outdated appliances, we didn’t feel like using the coffee maker and the toaster because it was very dirty

Exceptional

The apartment complex was peaceful and quiet, and we liked being set back from the busy street. The location was excellent: we were walking distance from the supermarket, restaurants, other businesses, and nice swimming beaches. We loved having a table to eat at and an equipped kitchen so we could cook meals and pack lunches. Also, it was convenient to have a keyless entry so we could come and go independently. It was a treat to be able to get a late check out on our last day, so we were able to shower and change after enjoying one last snorkel before our afternoon flight.

Although we were given the apartment number and our entry code, the only address we received was that of the management company so we had no idea what the name of our apartment complex was or where to find it. Fortunately we arrived during business hours, so the management company was able to help us- disaster averted!
