Our family had a great time at this location. Very clean, modern, and not overly furnished. The back sliding door was difficult to open and needed to be greased up, but otherwise everything was good. Plenty of towels and little guest boxes with complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner in the bathrooms and kitchen were a nice touch!

I would say the overall condition of this house is probably about a seven some things definitely could be refreshed, but the first thing that should be refreshed is the carpeted rooms. I feel like they’re very uncleanly and unsightly. But other than that everything was very nice and easy and very smooth. I do think some of the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. But pretty minor stuff, we had a pretty successful stay and hopefully my daughter will be undergoing surgery in the next month or so and I’ll be back

The home was very spacious for our family and had plenty of room and beds for everyone. The location to our activities was very convenient. Communication with the management was attentive. Instructions for check-in were incomplete, there was button left out of the instructions so we guessed and were able to enter. Basic amenities for cooking were not included as they are included in most stays. There was a lack of basic essentials such as salt, cooking oil, dish towels, drain, sponge for cleaning and only a very small supply of dish washing pods. We were a family of 9 staying for 5 days. As a family of 9 were given 6 generic personal toiletry boxes. There should have been enough for each person occupying the bed. I did call management to get more dish washing pods and was told they only supply three as a complement and we would have to purchase more. Yet, our check out list requested that we run the dishwasher before leaving. We were using the dishwasher twice a day because of the large group that we were.The front entry overhang is wood rotted and it may be a safety issue. We will reconsider booking a property management owned.

Spacious House for Quiet Getaway
We had a lovely stay with 9 adults for a birthday at this property! The common areas were quite spacious with plenty of seating! The backyard and pool were also spacious and cozy. The fire pit was especially fun! We had basically everything we needed--including plenty of pool towels. The bathrooms were also large with multiple sinks for simultaneous getting ready purposes!
Communication with the property manager was timely and helpful! My only word of advice about the property is the neighborhood very clearly does not want visitors. It is illegal to park on the street (I saw a car get towed while I was there) and there are multiple signs in the home about being quiet during the whole stay--with very clear warnings that police WILL be called if the noise can basically be heard outside of the house. The neighborhood rule is all gathering must be inside from 10 PM on, which puts a little damper on the great outdoor area. We weren't having a wild gathering by any means, but the excessive warnings made us nervous about racking up a fine just from listening to music while in the pool.
Overall, a great stay for our quiet little crew!

Great location and home. Only issue we had was the pool was not heated on arrival as paid for. The heater was turned on the second day and we were refunded for the first 2 days.

Good location great space
When we arrived, we noticed a few issues with the home with several things that had been broken previous to our stay. The management company was very responsive and offered to come send someone out to address those issues if needed during our stay. They were respectful since we had several young kids to fix it after we departed.
The house was great, the backyard is super fun with the cornhole set and pool. Definitely would need to heat it if adults are swimming in it in November, but our kids did go for a quick dip.
The house was not extremely clean when we showed up, so we cleaned a bit upon arrival.
The bedrooms accommodated our group of 11 people and even though we had two babies, everyone slept pretty well. I will mention that a few of the beds are a bit shorter than normal beds. It wasn’t an issue for most of us but my husband and brother both mentioned their feet hung off several inches.
All in all this house was great for what we needed and despite several home repairs needing to be done, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house for large group
We had 15 people total and there was plenty of room. It was a great location and a very clean home. The property manager was very responsive and went out of their way to assist with getting things that were missing or needed to be addressed. I would recommend this and will definitely stay again.

I was a very easy check-in and out process. Clean and comfy beds. The heater for the pool was broken so they gave a full refund on that which was very nice.

Awesome
The house is AWESOME! Excellent location! Great neighborhood! Close to everything that you’ll need! I think the only issues were really minor (some bulbs were missing in the backyard). Overall, an excellent place to stay with the family!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends headed to Arizona!

Scottsdale weekend trip
Took a group of friends there over this past weekend. The house was clean and just as nice as advertised. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at the property!

Pool Was Broken
Unfortunately the pool was broken. It was a murky green color and filled with leaves. It is clear the pool was broken for days to weeks before we stayed in the house. We payed for Pool Heat so the pool was checked prior to us arriving and there was no mention of a broken pool. This completely ruined the trip and resulted in half of the group leaving a day early. Property management company was nice but unfortunately they were not able to resolve the issue. We did get refunded for pool heat, early check in and one night. We'd rather of had a working pool as advertised.

Weekend in Scottsdale
The house was beautiful, convenient to all local spots and the PHX airport! One recommendation for future guests is to pay for the pool to be heated as even when the days are upper 90’s the pool was still almost too cold to enjoy. The separate A/C unit in the bunk room was not working when we got to the house and the property manager wasn’t able to get someone out on Friday night so the 4 guys staying in that room unfortunately sweat and we’re uncomfortable. Management was able to meet someone at the house and resolve the issue on Saturday while we were out of the house.

I was disappointed.
The pool was about a foot low on water, green and full of leaves when we arrived. The management company was very helpful and sent the pool company out the following day. However, the pool pump was broke and we were never able to swim. The internet did not work when we arrived, the management company called the owners and within a few hours it was working. The house overall was okay for the business trip we used it for. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Also the front porch light didn’t work, leaving in the early mornings 4:00 am as we did, made it a bid unsafe if we were not in a group. I feel this is an investment property and didn’t have the “home” feel with most VRBO I have stayed at in the past.

For instance - in the master bedroom the shower door was broken and they just hung up a curtain rod. There were a serious lack of towels in the entire house in comparison to how many people it sleeps. Plan on bringing your own beach towels. The sink plug was also broken in the kitchen so we had to buy a new one, not a huge deal just saying some of the things that were there. We likes cooking all our meals at the house when on vacation and there definitely were not enough dishes and kitchen tools to accommodate the number of people as well. The furniture also needs to be upgraded. The couch back was broken and only sat maybe 5 people comfortably, again just not ideal for the number of people it sleeps. There were also no pool toys etc we did buy some and leave them there but was hoping they had something there. There was also no corn hole like in the pictures. We did contact the host during our stay regarding the two air mattresses that were complementary and they did drop those off and responded to our inquiry/s questions. We also got late check out which was super helpful since we didn't leave til later in the day. We also did have to buy a bunch of amenities, toilet -paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and some other odds and ends. Not a deal breaker just be prepared to get some of those things. Also could have had some better lounging furniture by the pool. Overall it was a good stay just wanted to note some of the items we felt could have used some improvement. Overall still a good stay

Great stay
Perfect place for a guys golf trip (12). Clean bathrooms and furniture, appliances were in great shape, plenty of beds and space, and a warm pool. As mentioned in other reviews, the games advertised were not available (no cornhole boards, foosball table broken), but we brought some toys in anticipation and had a blast. Would stay here again.

Good Experience
Overall, this property worked well for our stay. It had plenty of room for our family to gather together and to sleep. There was no shortage of beds in this house. The neighborhood was not what we were expecting from the pictures, but the location was convenient to stores and parks.

Although we prepaid for the pool to be heated on arrival, it didn't get up to temperature until the third day we were there after many text messages with the property management company. The HVAC system only worked in half of the house for the first two days as well, and they had to have a tech come out to fix it. The repairman said that the filter hadn't been changed in years, and there was a part that needed replaced but it would "probably work for the next couple days" while we were there. Overall it was a good experience, but there were some hiccups that should've been avoided with better maintenance and preparation.

Fun Stay
It was just as listed. The pool was fun for the family along with games in the backyard. Very spacious. We received a nice welcome basket. The place was clean and towels on each bed was a nice touch. Big kids room was fun with the three large bean bags. It was a great stay!

Scottsdale Getaway
The pictures were a clear representation of the property. I didn’t have any issues communicating with the property manager. The floors could’ve been moped but overall enjoyed the stay.

Pool and a place to sleep.
Overall, we are happy with our stay. It was a short family staycation and this place served its purpose. The pool was great for our small kids. We spent most of our time out there. There were a few snags, however.
The place was tidy, but we found a broken glass bottle in the freezer when we arrived. I reached out to the management company to let them know and I never heard back. The cooling unit in the garage was not working so nobody was able to sleep out there but there were plenty of other beds. Some false eyelashes and old contacts were found in the master bathroom. It made us question how clean the place really was.
We also had issues with maintenance people showing up. We were not told to expect anyone but a repair man showed up on our second day to fix a faucet. We did not let him in because we had no clue if he was legit or not. The morning of checkout, the landscaper/pool guy was there. He had just let himself in the backyard around 6:30am which was very unexpected when we walked out to drink our coffee!
At the end of the day, we got what we paid for: a pool to cool off in and clean beds to sleep in.

Clean and quiet
Came for spring training. Very easy to check in. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Large and open floor plan. There is a charge to heat the pool which I wasn’t aware of. Didn’t end up using the pool at all.

The property was clean and exactly what we needed for our group. It was so close to everything in Old Town Scottsdale and was convenient.
